My plan was due to cancel Dec 3rd and an email was sent to my account. Today (Dec 31) on the same account, I got charged..... this isn't the first time Adobe has done this to me either. I honestly have to wonder how many thousands (millions?) of people Adobe "accidentally" (scams) charges that don't check their bank accounts. You can't email any sort of support and trying to get someone in those phone is hilarious. Each State's Attorney General should launch an investigation into Adobe's shady business practices.    <Title edited by mod>

Is there a way to change the units of the measurement tool to fractions rather than decimals?Or can you edit a dimension which is already in place to type the fraction in?I've not been successful at trying to edit the dimension or find a setting to change them to fractions.

Hi! I am trying to help my friend with a project for her kids graduating class of 2026, and they are swimmers. I created a laneline graphic, and I want to be able to make it curve into the shape of a 2. I thought maybe there woud be a way to do this by making a 2-shaped path, or maybe envelope distort, and I don't know if its because the laneline graphic is not one entity (it is still just all of the separate ellipses I made grouped together; when I tried to convert to shape, it refused, and of course when I tried to just make a compound path it turned them all the same color)? Or if there is a different way it can be done? I swear there is a way to make it into one shape/object, but honestly I forget how. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. I tried to search, but couldn't find anything except for how to get repeating shapes on a path, which isn't what I'm looking for. Thank you!

Hello everyone.I've uploaded some vector templates to my portfolio. Some of them are being rejected for allegedly being too similar to other templates in the Adobe Stock collection. Objectively, I can understand some of the reasons. Initially, I thought multifunctional designs would be best for these cases, and in those situations, it's normal for them to indicate a certain similarity to other contributors' work. However, the following design was rejected for the same reason, as were several others. And all of them with the same explanation: "Similar content in our collection."This started to seem strange to me, so I decided to do thorough searches, both manually and using Google and Adobe recognition tools, as well as Artificial Intelligence. However, I couldn't find the similar content they mentioned. Perhaps I haven't searched correctly. I'd like to know if you've seen similar designs on the platform:I'd like to know your opinion, or if anyone has seen a design similar to this exampl

A full-shot view of a static industrial, but futuristic robot arm in a dark, minimal laboratory environment. A human hand repeatedly touches the robot arm at different locations along its surface. Each time a location is touched, that specific contact point briefly lights up with a soft glowing color, then fades. There are no other lights on the robot. The touches occur one after another at different positions, clearly showing cause and effect. Smooth, realistic motion, high-detail metallic surface, subtle reflections, cinematic lighting, shallow depth of field, 4K realism. Es ist unersichtlich, welche Wörter das sein sollten - noch unersichtlicher ist, warum nicht angezeigt wird, welche Wörter es sind. Das macht das ganze System quasi unbrauchbar.

I have an active Creative Cloud Business subscription. Adobe Portfolio is blocked due to an entitlement mismatch and prompts me to subscribe again. I submitted a Portfolio support ticket and received no response. This is blocking a client deliverable. I need escalation to Business or Identity support.

Since upgrading to LR 15 and now 15.1, the develop module is very slow. Switching pictures or applying settings can freeze the interface for many seconds, and my CPU remains pinned for a long time after switching images.  I've tried many of the suggestions that I found in other similar posts regarding prior versions of LR Classic, but nothing is really helping now. No matter what settings I use for Graphics Acceleration (and even though it says it's fully accelerated), it's using mostly CPU and almost no GPU. Has anyone else encountered this in 15.1 and found any resolution? Here's my System Info as reported by Lightroom: Lightroom Classic version: 15.1 [ 202512101606-1bb801a8 ]License: Creative CloudLanguage setting: enOperating system: Windows 10 - Business EditionVersion: 10.0.19045Application architecture: x64System architecture: x64Logical processor count: 8Processor speed: 4.2GHzSqLite Version: 3.36.0Adobe GSDK Version: 1.4.0.171 CPU Utilisation

Happy New Year everyone. So i dont know if super resolution is working properly as i click on the box, the progress bar appears and completes but the pixel count and file seem to remain unaltered . I understood [ a bit like de-noise used to do] a separate DNG file was created but that isn't happening. Advice needed please.

Running Lightroom Classic on Windows 11.  I have not had any issues previously with this setup previously. The issue only appears to happen on images taken earlier than 2025.  I have been running the same hardware, cameras etc for the last couple of years.  I'm not sure if this is related to a recent Lightroom update.  I haven't tried to edit any photos from earlier than 2025 for a number of months. When trying to open files in the Develop module,  when hovering the mouse over the 3 dots above each thumbnail it shows "Loading".  Clicking on the image does not open the file into the module.  My files are all saved as Original + Smart Preview.  I assume it is the Smart Preview that I can "open" in the Library module.  If I right click on the image and "Go to file in library", the file is in the expected folder. If I "Show in Explorer", the file and associated XMP are in the expected location.  I can then open the

Dear Lightroom Cecosystem (Cloud-based) Community, I am baffled by a current need and thought that perhaps someone here could help. I have an external HD with hundreds of folders, each corresponding to different events. Each folder contains many image files for each event indicated by the folder: For example:*External HD**Event 1 (folder)***Event 1 (image files)**Event 2 (folder)***Event 2 (image files)**Event 3 (folder)***Event 3 (image files) I'd like to find a method by which to quickly create Albums in Adobe Lightroom (currently using v9.1) that correspond to the folder names in my HD. Without this, I have to create each album manually and import the images into each newly created album. This is extremely time intensive and it seems like there should be an easier way to migrate a folder/image structure on an external HD to the folder/album/image structure in Adobe Lightroom.  I've done a bunch of research but can't seem to find a solution. One option p

My MS Surface Pro won't import MP4 files taken with a Sony A6600.   What's worse, any folder containing MP4 files will prevent ALL photos from importing.  If I pick a folder without any MP4 files - all good.   But any folder containing an MP4 file locks up the entire folder. However, on my Dell XPS 9500 - Everything works - all MP4s import as expected - no issues. The surface runs an ARM processor, which Adobe says isn't supported yet, but it notes that the Intel versions should work. Is there any way to filter the import so it will not try and import MP4s - I will have to separate videos into a separate folder in the meantime. Here are the detailsSurface PC Specs  = Dell specs afterwards Microsoft Surface Pro 12in Copilot PC 11th EditionProcessor Snapdragon X Plus (8-core) @ 3.30 GHz (3.24 GHz)Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.6 GB usable)System type 64-bit operating system, ARM-based processorPen and touch Pen and touch support with 10 touch p

A nice feature of photoshop is the ability to alt-click the eye on a given layer so that all other layers are hidden.  Alt-click again, and they are again revealed.  I have a file in which that feature stopped working.  I can take any layer or subset of layers, duplicate them into a new document, and the feature will work perfectly with those layers in that new document.  I tried resetting preferences, but that didn't fix the problem.  If I alt-click the eye on any layer in that file (but only in that file) the action produces no result.  Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this?

Hi, Ligit Elements 2021 downloaded from my "Adobe products page" refuses to install on my new Windows 11 computer (Dell EBT 2250 Desktop). Tried a few times. Went to different state of installation up to 22%.  The kind of errors varies form time to time :1) MSVCP.dll was n ot found2) Error 183 https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-logs.html#error_183 I did pause OneDrive, disable McAfee antivirus and firewall. I work in Photoshop a lot and have been dealing with this issue for a while. I’ve found workarounds, but it’s gotten to the point where I can’t ignore it anymore. When I try to save PSD or PSB files, it struggles hard. Sometimes it takes like 20–30 mins to save a file. I understand they’re large files, but I don’t remember it ever taking this long. A lot of the time it fails entirely and gives me one of these two errors:1.) Error 0x8007045D: The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error.2.) Could not save “DSC000” because of a disk error.A couple months ago, I found a workaround by saving to the desktop first and then moving it to the external SSD, but that has stopped working.I used to not have many issues with JPGs, but now those are starting to be a problem too. I’m having trouble saving them directly to the SSD from Photoshop. The workaround still works for JPGs, but not for PSD/PSB files.SSD: Samsung T7 Shield – 1TB capacity, ~500GB freeNo issues saving other fi

I am writing to formally dispute and request a full refund for a charge that was deducted from my account after I had already cancelled my subscription via the Adobe application.Despite the successful cancellation, the amount was automatically withdrawn without my authorization, consent, or prior notification. I did not approve this transaction, and therefore consider it an unauthorized charge. Please note that continuing to bill a customer after subscription cancellation constitutes improper billing. As no valid authorization existed at the time of the charge, I am requesting a full and immediate refund of the amount deducted. I expect written confirmation once the refund has been processed. Please let me know if you require any additional information from my side.Sincerely,Ahmed Adel

Hello,I’m experiencing an issue with Adobe Firefly credits and would like some clarification.I currently have an active Creative Cloud Pro subscription. Previously, generating images in Firefly did not deduct any credits, however recently I’ve noticed that credits are being consumed with each image generation. The only change I can recall is that I recently logged into the Firefly mobile app on my phone, using the same Adobe account as on my desktop. My questions are:Is credit usage different between desktop and mobile Firefly?Could logging in on mobile have changed account settings or credit behavior? Is this expected behavior under a Creative Cloud Pro plan, or could this be an account-related issue?I just want to make sure that my subscription is being applied correctly and that credits are deducted as intended.Thank you in advance for your help and clarification.Best regards,Cris

Sorry to be posting questions so frequetly... With CF2023 update 17 comes a few new questions. The related note says, "From this update, ColdFusion blocks all class deserialization by default... Classes not on this allowlist are blocked, and an error is logged advising you to add the relevant class or package to serialfilter.txt if you wish to allow it." Oddly, the destination linked-to in the description of "Serialfilter" from that page says "From Update 5 onwards... ColdFusion blocks all class deserialization by default." If the change was implemented in Update 5, then how does update 17 differ? My bigger question is this...  Not being a Java coder, and assuming Adobe doesn't expect CF coders to know what Java deserialization is, I need to ask, are there Java classes that do not "deserialize"? I have a .jar file in cfusion\wwwroot\WEB-INF\lib. With update 17 installed, the class performs fine with no updates to serialfilter.txt. Can I assu
