Solved

Hello,  for the past few weeks I have had an image alignment issue when reopening ai document Every ai file I open, the images (embedded) have all moved up and to the left. I don't know what is happening and if there is a fix, but it is in every file I open(see screen shots). The thumbnails are correct before opening, but just the ai file is doing this.  I have tried opening the files using the latest Ai, Ai Beta, on my work computer using my work adobe account, as well as my home studio computer using my personal adobe account.   Both are mac version (2024 macbook pro 16") & (2023 Mac Studio). Has this happened to anyone else? Any help would be amazing, as it is so annoying and time consuming to have to realign every image everytime I work on a file.

I have used Creative Cloud for some years, and periodically the app updates withiut issues, until the latest occasion (probably between 31st July and today); while the app updates (Photoshop, Lightroom, CameraRaw) install as normal, Creative Cloud itself fails to update with error 191. This happens on two different PCs. I have looked through the suggested solutions and tried those that were plausible to no avail, and tried the "repar" option offered when uninstalling the app, which also didn't help. My version of Creative Cloud Desktop is shown as 6.7.0.278, dated today. The log file mentioned in the "advanced troubleshooting" section shows the following: FATAL: Error (Code = 191) executing in command 'AddUWPAppxCommand' for package: 'AdobeNativeClient', version:7.0.2.14FATAL: Error occurred in install of package (Name: AdobeNativeClient Version: 7.0.2.14).

As I migrate from LR Classic to LR I want to be able to print directly (without exporting) a processed image from LR on iPad to my Epson SC700 printer. I cannot find a way to do that (as of Oct. 2025) and wondering if anyone knows if this is possible and what the process is. Thanks!

I have a huge issue with PS, i normally use LR but every now and then i select a photo and use "Open as layer" in PS. 99.999999% when i am done i press save. The photo will now open in LR.But sometimes, like now ! the bloody photo just disapears from the face of earth. If i search for the photo in LR, nope, no photo by that name. Can someone please explain (if you know) why it does like this and if the photo is saved, where is it ? (18sex from trashing computer, camera, keyboard, mouse and god knows what that comes in my way, and i cant afford that so ...)

I had the misfortune of having to work with a video that had terrible echo in one of the two mics due to a PA system malfunction (they were mixed so no way to separate the tracks).  I am running PP 25.5 on a brand new fast Windows computer with NVIDIA. 1)  When I first get into PP it takes literally minutes before I am able to scrub on the timeline.  I am assuming this is the AI model chewing up my machine in the background but there is no indication why I am seeing these delays.  It mostly behaves normally after that but I occasionally get into a pause where the playback controls are just frozen. 2)  I can't figure out how to do a "reset" on the AI enhancement so that I can try a new mix of settings.  There are LOTS of sliders so it is hard to come-up with the right mix, particularly when some of them require major rerendering.  It's easy with the filter tools (just check the bypass box),  but the AI tool seems to place a number of con

Hi All-- I'm importing 4K Sony A7SIII footage into Premiere 22.2 (and previous 22 versions). I'm able to import the 4K files, but then when I attach proxies I've made in Media Encoder (as I've done for a year now in Premiere/Encoder 2021), the proxies only attach one by one. I have to go file by file to attach proxies, which is just not an option with the number of files I'm working with. Does anyone else have a similar issue and/or a workaround for attaching proxies quickly to 4K files?

I've suddenly found that attempting to open a specific collection of project files consistently crashes Premiere and I cannot figure out how to fix it! These files (all iterative manual saves of the same project) were originally authored between July and December 2023 using Premiere Pro 2022 on an Apple M1. I have attempted opening them using both Pr2022 and Pr2024, but I get the same crash with both. Things already attempted without success:creating a new project and importing the old sequences (this either fails or crashes Premiere)opening auto-saves of the project (same result)resetting all preferences and plugin cache, deleting media cache, disabling 3rd-party plugins, etc (has no noticeable effect) Curiously, all of these files functioned perfectly well as recently as March 2024. Even more curiously, I can get some of the earliest iterative saves of this project to open successfully, which suggests to me that the culprit must be some effect/plugin/workspace I used i

I have a text box where the space between words is too small.  I don't know how to change it.  Interestingly, I have another text box where it looks fine, but I can't find what setting controls this.    I saved these 2 boxes with separate paragraph styles, but toggling the first box to have the other box's style doesn't change anything.

I am hoping someone will help! I keep Googling my problem and NOTHING is coming up! My pen tool in Premiere Pro suddenly started acting funny.  First, when I make a jointed line with the pen tool, it keeps pointing the edges inward almost like it's TRYING to make a shape/triangle. I attached a photo.  Plus, the reason why I say it's trying to make a shape is because it literally has connected a few times on its own and made a shape when all I want is like a jointed line.  Second, I've been playing around with my settings for hours trying to fix this... that sometimes the pen tool will suddenly start acting funny. When I click, it just keeps making multiple shape layers, yet, I cannot see anything or make an actual like. I think it's just making anchor points but I can't seem to fix it unless I close Premiere Pro and start over without saving.  I don't know what I did but I  am guessing I turned a setting on by accident and can't seem to

Hello to the community,I downloaded a PDF file with a name that was too long. As a result, I can't manipulate (delete, rename, compress, move, etc.) this file. Would you have a solution for deleting it? Thanks in advance.

How do you control the corner radius of a rounded rectangle box?

I just updated to Lightroom 14.4 and now the Enhance feature is gone! What am I missing? I use this feature all the time.

Chat GPT  told me so  but I am not sure if it's true .For example  I want to do height map erosion  by slope blur  in sbsar on top of smart object.   Can I have red channel as main  height input , the green as a slope  and blue as intensity ?  My guess SBSAR on top of a layer can't get an access to other layers  but perhaps can split RGBA into 4 grayscale ones inside a SBSAR, right?  Should it work ?      I just want some easy to use and convenient tool  with half decent manual drawing tools  that neither Designer nor Sampler  seems never going to have.    And this not so recent but still a novelty  SBSAR support in Photoshop  + chatGPT scripting  that started to actually work in Photoshop  vs  former two   makes  sort of great hope for  Photoshop again.

I have a still image I am animating and even though I have changed Scale between the 1st 2 sets of keyframes, the image is not animating there.  The 1st screenshot shows the video at its start, with a Scale of 9.  Screenshot 2 shows the video at the next set of keyframes, and there is no change, despite the Scale having been set to 12.  I noticed that the Position keyframe is blue here, the only keyframe that is not white in the video. I also noticed that the frame around the image in the Program Monitor with the handles has changed even though the image hasn't.   I assume both these things may provide clues as to what's happening here.  Screenshot 3 shows the Timeline just after the 2nd set of keyframes, with the image finally "moving."  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

Hi, I have two documents. In the first I want to GREP search for all instances where a number (ranging from 33 to 259) occurs between round brackets i.e. it should capture (33), (34), (35) all the way to (257), (258) and finally (259). Same thing in document 2, where I want it to show me all instances between (260) and (416). I tried some of the formulas noted in some of the discussions but they heavily focus on formulas looking for digits with the caveat of brackets which won't work for me as I need it to exclusively find numbers in bracket. Thanks

Why don't you bring the Ai (Adobe Illustrator) new doc social media template sizes into Photoshop? Is there a way to bring this file into Photoshop's settings folder (in AppData): "C:\Users\X\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator 29 Settings\en_US\x64\New DocumentProfiles\Social.ai"Illy uses an Ai file as a template (for new doc sizes), but Ps uses a single "New Doc Sizes.json" file for it.

I've noticed recently on Adobe Illustrator that I'm not able to resize an object or text box as freely as I used to. Before, I could use the Selection Tool (V) to click on the object, line up my cursor with the corner, then Shift + drag to the size I want. Now it seems like I can't resize that way anymore. I've looked around the Help articles but I'm not sure how to work around this change. I know that I can type in exact dimensions but that's not always necessary or convenient. Any help from the community would be appreciated!

The previous version of After Effects, 24.0.3, is working fine. However, when I install version 24.3 (the latest version), I encounter an error message at startup: 'The Application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142).' I've checked everything, including DLL files, .NET Framework, etc. I've even uninstalled using CC Cleaner and reinstalled it, but the issue persists. I also tried installing version 24.2 and 24.1, but they also produce the same error message. Surprisingly, version 24.0 is working without any issues. Can anyone help me understand why version 24.3 isn't working, while 24.0 is functioning properly?

I'm using a Microsoft Surface Pro 11 (ARM CPU) and have Premiere Pro 25.5 and Beta 25.6 (Arm I guess) installed. I have exported a very simple Premiere project from my iPhone and can see the project saved to the CC library. What I can't see is how to open this in Premiere Pro (beta). I'm wondering if this beta feature isn't available on Arm yet? If it is, where the heck do I open it from? Thanks. BTW, these mandatory topics that we have to select onthe community board are just not at all relevant in most cases... and really annoying 😉

I am using a "dissolve" layer set at say 10% opacity. When I  create a visible stamp layer the dissolve layer effects are no longer visible.  I am using the recent Photoshop Beta version 27.0.1. I tried using the file in a the most recent photoshop version and the same happens.  What do I need to do have the effects saved to the file and visible???

@migos:     Can Adobe Dreamweaver CS6 function with the Windows Pro 11 operating system?   So far I keep trying to tweak the settings in order to figure out why I keep getting this message whenever I attempt to upload a website page modification:   "An FTP error occurred. Cannot make connection to host. The remotehost cannot be found." As background, I still use the same webhost that I've used for nearly 2 decades.   But I switched computers and uploaded Dreamweaver CS6 to it.   Meanwhile last December Microsoft uploaded Windows 11 Pro onto my computer, you know, for my own benefit.   I had not yet begun trying to use Dreamweaver CS6 on my replacement computer.         If anyone here has managed to get CS5 or CS6 Adobe to function on Windows 11 Pro, please let me know so I won't give up and switch website modification brands.   I spent over $1,000 on Dreamweaver over the years and I
