I would like to make sure that whenever I type anything into that first box (John Smith) that the corresponding checkbox (black circle) automatically marks itself, and when the John Smith box is empty, the checkbox returns to its normal state.  Thanks!

I have Adobe Acrobat Pro (2015 Continuous release) on my Macbook Pro (OS Yosemite 10.10.5) and I use Word for Mac 2011. I write a lot of lengthy documents and often insert section breaks so I can change the page orientation from portrait to landscape and back, etc.. When I convert Word documents to PDF only part of the document is PDF-ed up until the first page re-orientation.  It drives me crazy because to enable the whole document to be converted I have to break up my word document into separate documents according to portrait or landscape and then convert each to a PDF separately and then combine them at the end.  It causes no end of trouble with page numbers and headers and footers. Has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone have a solution? I would be grateful for any assistance.  I am about to write another very lengthy report that will contain pages of different orientation and I would prefer to be able to PDF it in one go.  Thanks.

Hi, I am on a Mac Sequioa, using the latest version of Indesign. When I removed a hyperlink, InDesign crashed, it recovered but now I can't export to pdf or package the project. Its 90 pages long. I was able to export page 26-27 only. Everything else does not export. Its a shared file, so my couterpart tried and was able to package if he chose not to save the pdf. But I need the pdf. I was able to export an older file, so its definitely this file. What can I do to recover the file to be able to export it and package it?There is no error when it crashes, just a pdf pop up that says this file cannot be opened. I have it checked to view pdf upon export. I list what I am doing at the time when it crashes. Exportng to pdf or trying to package. Any help is appreciated!

In Acrobat Pro DC, is there a way to paste an object to the exact same location on a different page? This was a feature in a previous version of Acrobat, but I can longer get it to work in DC. The online help does not provide any answer. Others have suggested to use Ctrl+Shift+V, but it does not work for me.

Custom talking avatars. It would be amazing to create talking avatars from characters I have created not just plug and play model. Will this be available soon. I have an entire safety series that has been in the making using a competitor when my company purchased a year of firefly. The project is now on hold until firefly enables custom talking avatars.

When I first deployed Acrobat Pro a couple years ago I remember the note that 64bit was not available globally.  Is that still the case, or can I distribute 64bit everywhere now

Hi there! 😊 I hope you’re doing well. I wanted to ask — how can I remove or reduce the white cast that appears on my renders in Adobe 3D Stager?

Hi everyone,I've been using Acrobat daily for years, and I'm always surprised when I find a new workflow tweak that saves me a ton of time.My personal favorite, which many people seem to overlook, is customizing the Quick Tools toolbar. Instead of constantly digging through the "Tools" panel for the same 3-4 actions (for me, it's 'Edit Text', 'Compare Files', and 'Optimize PDF'), I just right-click the toolbar, select 'Customize Quick Tools,' and add them right to the top.It seems like a small thing, but it's completely streamlined my workflow and probably saves me dozens of clicks every day.It got me thinking: what's your go-to 'hidden' feature or time-saving tip? What's that one simple thing you've learned in Acrobat that you wish you had known sooner?Looking forward to learning some new tricks!Best,

I opened creative cloud on my desktop and I saw this:  When i clicked the update button, it loaded until this popped up I need to switch to a diffrent profile for work, but i cant get into creative cloud. I tried closing the app and starting it again, i tried canceling and trying again.... nothing works. I know I'm online. What can I do?

Hi, I'm learning InDesign and I'm having trouble changing the last page number in a document where the "x of y" style is used for numbering. Currently, the document displays an incorrect y value that I'd like to change, but I haven't found a way to do so yet. The original document has been edited, and the y value remains the same, no longer valid after the changes. Can you offer any suggestions? Thanks.

Hi there!I recently updated my old LR (v5) to LR CC Classic (8.2) and reinstalled VSCO presets. The problem is that when I apply a VSCO preset (canon) in a raw file (canon) the VSCO camera profile is missing. And I cannot import them manually in the profile navigator.I have checked that VSCO preset are correctly stored in my user library. In particular:HD Mac / users / my user / Library / Application Support / adobe / camera raw Camera profiles / Vsco film Canon profilesSettings / Vsco film 1 / toolkit / toolikit colorMy OS is Mojave and the library user is hidden. I have made it always visible.I have tried different solutions from the forums but nothing works and I am a little bit desperate because VSCO are important in my workflow.Any help would be much appreciated.Regards,Paco

Hi guysI have created an interactive form in Adobe InDesign 2023. The form opens to full screen and is designed to get the viewer to enter details in four steps/pages.However, when the document opens in Acrobat Reader the error listed in the Subject appears on the screen. This happens when the PDF is opened on three different laptop computers running Adobe Reader. They can fill out the form to print it but cannot save the details. Every version of Reader is above 9.I have checked solutions to the problem online but none of them seem to fix the issue.Don't recall this happening when I generated interactive PDFs through InDesign 2021. Pretty sure I could fill out the form within any Acrobat reader. The only other common thread that I can think of is that each client has a pretty old mac laptop running Catalina. Not sure if that is affecting the functionality in the Adobe Reader with newly created InDesign documents.I have attached the Document Properties from the PDF within the reader of

Hi Folks,I am trying to filling a government form from the US and it is a PDF. I am using the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader DC on my iMac. I fill in the fields and click save or save as but nothing sticks. When I reopen the file the data is gone. I tried getting an Adobe ID but that didn't change anything. HELP!  Thanks, Rick

Hi - I have multiple PDF files that I want to convert to Jpegs but want to do it as a bulk job. Do I need Pro for this? Thanks

I've been editing two tracks of captions on a short video on my iMac (Sequoia 15.7.1) in Premiere Pro 25.5.0.  I save the project many times during editing.  After closing the project, most of the time when I open it again, one of my captions tracks has disappeared.  Today, I opened the file once and both tracks were back, but not in my edited form.  I now export the captions tracks after some editing to save them.  What gives?

I'm looking for help with deactivating photoshop CS5 on my old PC so that I can install it on my new PC.  Every time I try it tells me to connect to the interenet. Adobe agents are unable to help and have directed me here. Please help ...

So far I know of 2 different ways to export to a PSD, but each has it's own problem:'Save Frame As / File' — flattens all layers'Save Frame As / Photoshop Layers' — saves low-resolution, also some with some glitches (at least with the 3D objects I'm using) Is there a way around this? I don't get why the first option flattens everything and exports it at a lower resolution?

Is there a section in Adobe Premiere Pro 2025 that would allow me to describe what each video clip is about before I turn it into a sequence? And for that matter, I would like to do the same for sequences as well. Thank you for your help.

Hello! I am trying to use the brushes in the brush library, but when I double click to add to the document, it doesn't do anything. I've looked up tutorials but they're all older and from when Animate had a different UI. Could someone help me with this? Thanks!

How can I render out an mp4 / H.264 with an alpha channel? I want to make an animated overlay for my twitch broadcasts and hopefully for other people but I can't even get it to be transparent.

Acrobat Pro DC ability to create digital signature field no longer showing and I've selected "This document requires signature" in the Prepare Form dialog box. Any clues? Has this been removed? I only see signature and signature block in the tools menu

Each time I try to install from Creative Cloud it gets to the 88% downloaded point, hangs, and then returns "Installation failed". Internet connection is normal. Also repeated tries always fail at the exact same percentage/Apple M1 MaxSequoia 15.5   [Topic edited by moderator for clarity.]

From a corporate standpoint, We do not want our users storing IP related documents on the web or cloud storage. This option would violate our internal ssecurity policy. We would like to lock this down in Adobe Reader DC and not give our user the option to do this. Also, we will be deplying this to a large group of users so the package will need to be editied to do this.I have already looked over the options in Admin Studio and haven't found a way to switch this off.Any thoughts?

I've moved to a new coomputer and have reinstalled Acrobat but now when I try to save any PDF as a PDF/A I get an error message.  This is true whether I use 'Save As' and select PDF/A from the pulldown options or whether I go to Save As Other and select Archivable PDF/A.  It's the same result.  I have a screenshot of the error message but didn't want to upload it unless asked.  It basically says "Could not copy file C: [complicated Acrobat path that is not the saved document]; C: [complicated appdata path that is not the intended destination]. The parameter is incorrect."Any help?  If it fixes *either* method of creating a PDF/A I'm fine with access just to one but right now I can't make any type of PDF/A.  Thanks,
