I work on social media posts using templates, the same fonts, colours and guides are used month to month so I usually just duplicate the file on the Cloud app, rename the file and then work with that file for the next batch of content. Recently I tried that and when I tried to open the duplicate file I received an error basically saying I'm not the owner of the file (screenshot provided). I havent changed anything and this had always worked, the only difference I've noticed is this file says "online only" which I noticed one or two files have the same issue when labeled with that. I am running illustrator beta and have already flagged a problem where you cannot open files directly from the adobe cloud using the beta versions and have to open files through the apps, but this is an entirely new problem. And yes I am aware that I could create a template for my file preference but this issue should still be addressed.

Hello, As I cannot find a way to contact a human or chatbot via phone or chat, I am posting my problem here. Perhaps someone on this message board can assist me with resolving the issue.I wish to cancel my Adobe subscription, Acrobat Standard, prior to the automatic renewal on 12 October 2025. When I attempt to do this today, 9 October, 2025, I am told that I will have to pay a cancellation fee of 13 USD (see screenshot), which is basically a charge for an extra month with no access to the services. My question: on what day could I cancel this subscription without the cancellation fee? That is, if I cancel on 12 October, would I not incur the fee? But if there were then no fee, wouldn't I then have to pay the subscription cost for one more month of services, as the contract automatically renews? Thanks for any clarification, community. Kai

Hi folks, TL;DR: I am trying to find (or create) a way to automatically relink all linked objects across multiple subfolders from a shared drive in a single PSD upon opening the file in Photoshop CC for MacOS. Long version: I work in a studio where PS files must be shared between a team of artists and many of us touch the files at different points in the process. We have container PSDs with multiple linked objects in each, and the source files for the linked objects are stored on a shared Google Drive. MacOS changes the base directory for the shared drive to each person's username and Google Drive has its own credentials, so that even when the relative folder placement remains the same (ex. SharedDrive/Folder/Workfiles/Example.psd) the absolute path changes upstream from the files, forcing each artist to relink all the files manually at open. (ex. Users/NameNameson/Library/CloudStorage/GoogleDrive-namenameson@companyname.com/SharedDrive/Folder/Workfiles/Example.psd)We have di

When a color block with a linear gradient is mirrored in Illustrator and then copied and pasted into Animate, the direction of the linear gradient of the color block is reversed. The first image is in Illustrator, where the top-right and bottom-left parts are obtained by mirroring the top-left part. The second image shows the result after they are copied into Animate. Is there any way to solve this problem?

Hi everyone,My indesign acts a bit weird with some pdf files. If I want to insert a pdf file I get following error: "failed to open the pdf file". It works on another computer so I really don't know what the problem could be. This is what I've already tried:- removing the creative suite and installing it again: doesn't work- placing the pdf file and opening the options: doesn't work.Hopefully one of you guys can help me.Regards!Daniëlle

Hi all,I just resolved a difficult issue I was having with installing Adobe Reader and thought the resolution was worth sharing. The computer lost power while Adobe Reader DC was installing. After that, I was unable to install Reader. I kept getting "Error 1328.Error applying patch to file C:\Config.msi\PTEDE6.tmp" when using the installer from https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/. I tried using the Adobe Reader Cleaner tool from http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html but it didn't have any effect. After spending some time examining Process Monitor logs, I discovered the installer was accessing cached Adobe Reader installation files from this folder:C:\Windows\Installer\$PatchCache$\Managed\68AB67CA7DA73301B744CAF070E41400After deleting that folder, the installation completed successfully. (You will need to turn on the option in Windows Explorer to "Show hidden files" and turn off "Hide protected operating system files" to access this folder through Windows Explorer.) I

Today, I noticed that Export As is trimming out invisible pixels automatically.  In the screen shot, my image is 3072x1024. Export As treats it as a trimmed down 2734x437. This is not at all what I need. Is there a checkbox to turn this off? -- Save for Web (Legacy) does save out without trimming, however I try and avoid using that tool anymore, since I am affraid Adobe will someday remove it entirely.

Hi!Why can't I delete a row in a table in InDesign anymore?Someone with the same problem?

Just wrapped up my 2nd InDesign project, which required me to try out a bunch of styles and swatches. Some I ended up sticking with, some not, and I kinda lost track of which ones the magazine needs to render correctly.  Can InDesign search said document for stranded/unused styles/swatches, and point them out to me for potential deletion? All this experimenting was just for this single project, anyway. Just so I don't accidentally delete anything important while cleaning up after the unnecessary bloat manually. Thanks!

Dear Illustrator community,in Photoshop if you want to transform a point text by its true bounding box, there's a trick: you can put the text inside a group and the bounding box will touch the edges of the letters perfectly. I'm looking for a similar workaround in Illustrator. I would like to transform the text with the bounding box touching the letters but I don't know how to do it without expanding the text. Could anyone give me a hint? Thanks in advance!

Finally i found out how to set tool options, so here is a script that switches tools Sample Mode. And finally we can assign a shortcut to that. For some tools it toggles "Sample All Layers" on/off,for others it switches Sample Mode between Current / Current & Below / All Layers / etc.In the start of the script there is a variable called 'includeAllOptions' that controls whether to cycle all options (set to true) or only Current / Current & Below (set to false). The script will appear in the top of the File / Scripts menu.It was kinda hard to figure some stuff out, so i decided not to encrypt it's contents, so that anyone could investigate it.Happy switching ☺ And if you have any comments, questions or suggestions, i'll be happy to hear them. The script:/* <javascriptresource> <name>Switch Sample Mode</name> <enableinfo>true</enableinfo> <category>Hirlin Scripts</category> </javascriptresource> // Oleksii Hirlin 2021 */ var includeAllO

Ahora mismo tengo Muchas gracias.
