Solved

So, I was working on this project today and it was working fine. However, when I decided to close and re-open it the comp just completely vanished. Most of the time it's gray, but when I move the playhead it'll be black for a second.I have already tried the following:Clearing CacheResetting PCTurn on software only renderingCheck and uncheck Hardware Acceleratte composition, layer, and footage panelsRunning as administratorReloading my sequencesUnhide each layer one by oneAll of my other AE files work fine by the way, it's just this one that does this.

I have used premier beta 25.6.0 build 74I have used these same settings to export 4 other videos, now after an update, i get this error with no way to fix it. even worse, it will not let me open the file in the non beta 2025 version. Also, when I click on an inserted jpg on the storyline, so it is selected, it will not allow movement and scaling. I double click in the monitor and the scaling boxes in each corner and the centers never show up. however, if I close and reopen the file, it works perfect.

I have just bought a new laptop, Macbook Air.  On my other computer, IMac i have PS istalled in version 26.10.0. Now when I install  PS on the laptop it is version 26.8.1. Will that be a problem?? And how come another version??  Is it important to have the same version?

What is fixed in version 25.5???

Hello,I have already uploaded my work to Adobe Stock as an EPS file. I made sure to reduce the size so that it’s under 25MB.My question is Will reducing the file size below 25MB affect the quality for clientsOr is it fine since it’s saved as an EPS file?I just want to confirm that buyers will still get the full quality when they download it.Thank you!

Whenever I open Adobe Premiere, Adobe Media Encoder or Adobe After Effects the programs won't open and instead just hang on the startup splash screen and immediately stop responding. Adobe Illustrator will open but freezes and crashes as soon as it opens. I had a similar problem last year. I contacted an Adobe support technician who tried helping me by going through my PC for over 5 hours and trying everything from resetting all preferences and settings, reinstalling all Adobe Apps, deleting all Adobe Products and settings off the system and reinstalling them etc. At the end of it they told me my user profile on my computer had been corrupted somehow and that was the reason for the Adobe apps not working. I switched to a new user profile back then and Adobe apps worked perfectly again but the problem was, as this was a new user account, I not only had to set up all my Adobe settings and workspaces again but also everything from my desktop and shortcuts and browser settings et

Hello, the problem is that I don't see the automatic mask tool in Premier Pro and I already updated it.

Hello everyone, I’ve written an ExtendScript panel for Photoshop that opens a custom dialog via File > Export > My Script. However, I’ve noticed that if a user clicks the menu item multiple times, it opens multiple instances of the same window. I want to ensure only one instance of the dialog is open at a time—a common feature in many apps. For example, even in modded apps like [link removed] you typically can’t open the same chat window twice; it just brings the existing one to focus. What’s the best practice in ExtendScript to achieve this? Should I use a global variable to check if the window exists, or is there a more robust method using window.find()? Thanks for your help!

BackgroundLast week I started production on a large translation project (4, 100+ page source files into 9 target languages). Worked on Latin-based and CJK-based documents without issue.I use Extensis Connect (EC) to manage my fonts. The workstation is Windows 11.All software is up-to-date. IssueAs of yesterday FrameMaker is suddenly reporting: The "HelveticaNeueLT Pro 75 Bd Bold" (HNLTP) Font is not available. To the extent of my knowledge nothing changed between Friday and Monday on my workstation. Steps TakenVerified that HNLTP activated through EC displays correctly in EC, and that the font is available and working in other apps (INDD / AI / PS 2025 all show the font correctly).Deactivated all fonts in EC (Vault / System / User / Google) and activated just HNLTP form my Vault. (No change)Deactivated all fonts in Creative Cloud Desktop (CCD), and removed an locally installed fonts, while having only HNLTP active from the EC vault. (No change)Deactivated HNLTP in EC and u

Generative extend gives an error and wants you to use 16:9 footage then it lists a 1.09:1 aspect ratio and rejects actual 16:9 footage giving an error that boldly claims 4096x2160 is 16:9.This is really basic stuff Adobe. you should absolutely know what 16:9 relolutions are. MacOSPremiere 25.4.1

Do you know any authentic site to download this font?

Hi all,I'm trying to create (for personal use) the image below. I have a hi-res version of the dog head on the person's body but it is simply black and white without the sort of illustrative distortion that you see in the below image. Here is the comparsion - Any ideas? The purpose of this project is to recreate the scan of the cover art in high resolution for my music library. Thank you!

What is this character and how do I type it (on a mac)? Shift+what? Thanks!

I for the life of me can't figure out how to add assets to a Library folder in Premiere. I clicked on the "Library" panel on the right hand side of the screen. I've "created a new Library.." and now I don't know how to put stuff in the new library. I can see a "+" add content button on the bottom left of that window, but it's not highlighted and I can't click on it, not sure why. Can't drag files into the panel. Can't find a way to add files in the folder in my browser. What am I missing?

I've licensed about a dozen vectors from Adobe Stock where the description reads "editable stroke", which is what I needed. However, when you open them in Illustrator you find that the strokes have been outlined—not editable. Is anyone checking for this? It becomes a bit of a time suck when you think you found an image you can use, only to find that you must keep searching. Apparently this happens a lot. The last one I found is file 406405946.

After opening and closing a pdf file in the latest version of Adobe Reader, I've noticed a bug. When I try to delete the recently viewed pdf file, I can't because Windows says that the program is open in another program. However, when I click details, there are no details. This is exasperating. I have never had this problem before when I've worked with pdf files. Please help.

Hello Creative Cloud Community, My Behance account has had messaging disabled, and this is critically affecting my work and communication with clients. I rely on this feature daily for ongoing projects. I’m seeking guidance on how to restore messaging privileges as soon as possible. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Hola. En illustrator me gusta la función de cotas para saber las medidas pero hecho de menos saber la medida de contorno de las curvas. O calcular un contorno seleccionando los trazos. Sería una función muy buena.

I  really like Photoshop but occasionally improvements appear to be a backward step to me.The easiest way to explain this change is that on all previous versions,  if I save a Raw image to Jpeg, do a change to the image,  then save again and it would automatically  save it back to the previous locasion and file format.  Now every option defaults to .PSD.  In preferences > File Handling,  I have the legacy box ticked  for Legacy Save As  but it doesn't help.   Pease return to save as previous file fomat.Regards  Geoff Reader

Recent updates have removed the cursor on the remove tool, Mac OS edition, silicone. This is not the case on the Beta Version and I can't figure out what is going on. I can't find how wide the brush is until I start generating an overlay. Wonder if there is a wat to reset this or if I have turned it off by mistake. I am using the standard cursors..

When the Preferences/Interface/Font size=150% the widget is too big for a laptop monitor, and the "OK" button is outside the visible area when the W11 Taskbar is visible. One needs to set the taskbar to "auto hide" in order to see the "OK" and "Restart Lightroom" buttons. That is an obvious bug, which must be fixed. Windows 11 Pro, Monitor size the very standard 1920x1200, scale is the (recommended) 125%.

I am facing an issue with one of my images. In the last batch that got reviewed, there were only 10 images, and I labeled all ten as AI generated. Not only that, I double-checked to make sure everything was correct before submitting. I am damn sure that I did not miss the AI generated label. This is absolutely impossible because I always confirm this before submitting each image. So the chance of this mistake is zero. I strongly believe I can challenge this. Now I want to know from experienced contributors:Can the Adobe review team make such a mistake by tagging it incorrectly? How much can this affect my account? What should I do now? Please advise.
