Solved

I created the catalog a few days ago and it worked for a while. I imported about 200 photos and processed most of them. Then the next day I noticed that the photos reverted to the original imports. I then discovered that several catalog files were automatically going to the OneDrive Recycle bin. I was unsuccessful trying to restore these files and I believe the catalog is hopelessly corrupt. I have not been able to open LR Classic the last few days. Should I reinstall Lightroom Classic?  I have about 6,000 photos in another catalog. I do not know if this catalog is corrupt, too.

I’m having an issue when trying to combine files using the context menu shortcut. I’m on Windows 11, and when I attempt to combine files through the context menu, it only opens the program without showing anything. I’ve already tried repairing the installation, uninstalled and reinstalled the program, and the PDFs are not corrupted. Is there any solution? I’m using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. Utilizo o Adobe Acrobat Pro DC

I am trying to animate photos for our magazine, but I keep getting "Can't load - We can't process this prompt because the reference image doesn't meet our User Guidelines. You can upload another image and try again."  We own and have published these images so I am unsure of what the issue might be.  Thanks in advance for any help with this matter. Kind regards,John Lawless

Hi Folks,I have a problem that's been driving me nuts. Whenever I use a custom workspace, Premiere develops a huge lag, a 1-2 second delay between any mouse click and the action registering in the program (specifically the timeline). Keyboard delay is a little better, but it's still there. The thing that's super frustrating is this only happens in custom workspaces. The lag disappears in the default "editing" workspace. I edit with two monitors, so I tend to use a workspace I've set up for that. Resetting the workspace doesn't help, the lag persists. If I delete the workspace and re-create it, I'll have no problems for 2 or 3 days, but then the lag returns. This is dumb. How do I fix this?Windows 10 1803Intel i9-9900k 8 core64GB RAMNVIDIA 980 TiPremiere is installed and running off an Intel NVME SSD.

My colors are looking washed out on my Dell monitor, accurate yellows in Quicklook preview (right), inaccurate colors in PS (left) I am using sRGB: SPECSIntel Core i9-14900HXNVIDIA GeForce RTX 406064GB DDR5 RAM1TB SSDAll latest Adobe/Win11Pro/and video driversDELL SE2419HR 24" Additionally, if I press Win+P to bring up display settings and enable extended monitors, to extend my screen onto my Asus ROG Strix G16 laptop screen, suddenly the Dell monitor wakes up and shows accurate colors.  Hello friends, I hope you're doing well. Today I received an email from Adobe stating that my account, which contains 7,000 photos—resulting from two years of hard work, time, and energy that I invested in my youth to make stock photography my profession—has been blocked. There was no explanation, just a link. I replied to them asking for an explanation, but they only referred me to a link to their policies without providing a clear response. I replied again, asking them to allow me to continue my work, promising to be more careful and to review the guidelines thoroughly to ensure I haven’t violated any rules. I’m still waiting for a response...I don't know what to do, as I’m deeply shocked and saddened. Has anyone had a similar experience who could help me? Is there any hope, or can they really close my account with 7,000 photos—on which I was building my livelihood—without any prior warning or notice? 🙂

I am working on a poetry book that has more than 100 images in it. I am trying to split columns for poems that are long but I have to change it because the author wants the last line not included in the 2-column text. I tried to unsplit the columns again but it crashes. If I am able to unsplit, the problem is I cannot split it again. This is so frustrating.

I want the top layers "blending options". How to fix the layers options?

Hi everyone, I've recently tried to start contributing to Adobe Stock. I signed up, and when I attempted to upload my first image, my account displayed this message: "Inactive account Our Account and Submission policy does not allow multiple Contributor accounts."   It's possible that years ago, I might have inadvertently created multiple Adobe accounts on my device, perhaps for different Adobe services or just forgotten about old attempts. However, I can confirm that I haven't actively used any of these as a contributor, nor have I uploaded content to them. My current attempt is my first genuine effort to become an Adobe Stock contributor.   Has anyone else encountered this situation where old, unused accounts caused their new contributor account to be flagged? How long did it take to resolve, and what was the process like for you? Any advice on navigating this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for any insights.   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct

I can't get adobe acrobat to save anything.  I pull up a pdf from web and wish to save to my local drive and I get a blank box.Do I need to reinstall?

I had to reinstall Adobe acrobat pro but after I did I lost the combine pdf option in the file explorer, I have ran updates (even the one that was supposed to fix this issue), repaired the installation, enabled optional addins, etc and can't get it to come back up. Is there anything else I can take a look at, I need this feature.

Hello,Is it possible to set a time period for the autodelegation feature?Rgds

I am using Acrobat DC Pro. Within the "Edit PDF" tool is a "T" button to add text onto the pdf. The "T" is also a button on the upper menu. The button has stopped working in my version of Acrobat. Clicking the button and then clicking within the pdf places the cursor in the correct location, but nothing prints or moves as I type. I have the same for the "Fill & Sign" tool. Clicking within the pdf places the text box in the correct location, but nothing I type is showing in the box. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the program and cannot correct the problem. My keyboard works perfectly with all other programs. Any ideas appreciated.

How?I searched through the settings and cannot find a means to turn on this security option.Currently the only thing the reader does is open them in a new browser window.

I am exporting a document as a pdf and using acrobat to edit the document. When I open the pdf it looks fine but as soon as i edit anything some of the text is compressed and becomes dificult to read. Example below:

Hi -  I am working on editing a form that has many date fields that the user needs to enter. I want the user to be able to type digits continuously (e.g., 08222025), and as they type a slash ("/") is automatically inserted after the 2nd and 4th digits. So the final format appears as: MM/DD/YYYY (e.g., 08/22/2025). The formatting should happen live as the user types, not after they exit the field. Ideally this would limit input to only digits and input length to 8 digits.  I have been trying various versions of JavaScript in the Custom Keystroke Script field but have not had any luck. I am a novice at JavaScript especiallly within the Adobe environment so any help is appreciated!

Hi there, I tried Firefly a few months back when it was in its testing phase. I knew that I would be updating my website with some new projects at some point, one of which was a branding project that used an illustrated pheasant in the logo. My idea was that it would be great if, for use as an animated header on the case study page, I were able to take the illustration of the pheasant, have him run in from offscreen on the left, stop in the middle of the screen, look around, and then run offscreen to the right. I had a go in the testing version of Firefly, was pretty pleased with the results (knew it would need a bit of tweaking) but figured I'd come back to it when it was time. Fast-forward to the present day and that time is now. However, using the same illustration and the same prompts, the results I'm getting are nowhere near the same as previously. When it generates the video it's completely changing the style of the pheasant (which I need to stay as is for obvious reaso
