Solved

Hello! I just updated my premiere to 25.4 and my Nvidia studio drivers to the latest version but I can't seem to be able to use my GPUI mainly use my desktop but I'm preparing my laptop to work on a little trip and even though software rendering is allegedly removed since 25.2. It is still the only option available to me, I already tried swapping between studio and game ready drivers, several resets and I can't seem to make it work.I'm using a Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 4800H. GPU: Nvidia GTX 1650 Ti AND 32gb of RAM. Windows 11Here's some pictures showing the version and the rendered option greyed out. Any help is appreciated

Was about to upgrade but Chat GPT is talking about some serious bugs people came across going from 15.2 to 15.6 like catalogue corruption and masking not working and more.I am wondering how widespread is it? anyone here have big issues?

Is it possible to deselect a choice in a radio button group on a fillable PDF? There are times a radio button choice may be selected accidentally. When this happens, the only choice one may have is to abandon the form they have been completing, and start from scratch in hopes the mistake is not made again. Our forms are very detailed and with multiple pages and combinations of drop downs, check boxes, radio buttons, text boxes, etc... with questions totaling well over 100.  You can imagine someone's frustration if they've completed over 100 questions and near the end of the form there's a radio button question they did not mean to answer... The radio buttons are used exclusively for one choice selections only, otherwise check boxes are used. I'm interested in any simple solutions. Maybe Adobe can come up with a solution. I don't understand why radio buttons don't function the same way as check boxes. If you click once, it's marked; if you click again, it clear. Any help is greatly

Hello, I am seeking help as I try to get the total ink coverage of a document below 240%.  I have viewed the document using color separation in inDesign to determine where there it is over ink by 241%. I have opened the art assets in Photoshop, and used Convert to Profile to create a custom CYMK profile that is set to 235% total ink. Then set mode to RGB and back to CYMK to apply the profile. All my art is either .psd, .tiff, or .jpg (I believe they all can embed color profiles). Upon updating that art in inDesign, the art still appears over ink. I have inDesign set to preserve embedded color profiles. I can't see to get the total ink changes in Photoshop to be reflected in inDesign. Any tips? Thank you!

I just updated my premiere pro to the 2025 version and I cant find where I do speed ramping. Hi, whenever I use text in the library filter and the result kicks in, the first picture becomes unreadable (except for a very lowres preview). A restart of lightroom helps, even with the same filter applied (filters locked). But as soon as I type a different set of characters, it happens again with the newly filtered set, and LRC needs to restart to be able to view and work on the first photo.***** EDIT: it doesn't happen consistently, but occassionally. Even with the same text applied, sometimes the same picture can't be read, but entering different text and then the previous again can solve the problem too. But it is always the first top left. Hard to figure out what the problem might be.Windows 11 latest, LRC 14.5, CR17.5

Hi gang; I know how to checkout masks from the layer the effect is on, but I would like to be able to do that from another layer. I have seen this from a few other plugins so it seems like it's possible. This would allow me, I assume, to checkout paths as well (as opposed to just masks), correct? There are interesting things paths can do like animated squiggly lines that masks cannot. I searched through the example projects but didn't see any examples on how to do this. Does anyone have any insight or code snippets they are willing to share? Any limitations or issues in checking out another layer's paths / masks? Thanks,-Richard

@frameexpert - Appreciate you looking at this. I have about 1/3 of what I need, but I'm over my head and hopefully, there is a simpler way. What I want to do is take - https://community.adobe.com/t5/framemaker-discussions/script-to-change-red-text-to-black/td-p/15293234/page/2 and expand it to work with a table selection.   I also saw: https://community.adobe.com/t5/framemaker-discussions/iterate-all-tables-in-framemaker/m-p/10338583    I found a couple of supposedly decent scripts from a google search - first: // Get the active document var doc = app.ActiveDoc; // Check if a table is selected if (doc.SelectedTbl.ObjectValid()) { var oTable = doc.SelectedTbl; // Get the row and column information of the selection var topRow = oTable.TopRowSelection; var bottomRow = oTable.BottomRowSelection; var leftCol = oTable.LeftColNum; var rightCol = oTable.RightColNum; // Iterate through the selected rows and columns to access individual cells var

I use Acrobat reader strictly as that: a reader. No editing or any fancy stuff. So I find it annoying that each time i open it I have to get rid of unwanted stuff on-screen. I'm not even sure what the corrrect terms are for these things, but it's the panels on the sides with all kinds of gadgets and stuff in them, including the toolbar that appears on the right side even after closing that panel.I want to get rid of this stuff. Permanently. (At least on program start.) All I want to see is my document (well, the menu bar and the toolstrip at the top are OK). It's the stuff to the sides of the document panel that I don't want.If I ever need any of these things (which would be rarely) I know how to find them in the user interface.I've looked all through the Preferences items and haven't found anything that addresses this.Is there an option that I missed there? If not, would it be possible to add this capability to a future release?Everyone nowadays seems to just want more, more, more from

I recieved a video of someone singing, an .mp4, that I need to edit into a larger composition. When I play it on my desktop through Quicktime, it sounds great. The second I open it in Premiere or Audition, the audio clips terribly. I have tried all sorts do de-clipping and FFT effects, nothing seems to be fixing it to sound as good as it sounds when it plays in Quicktime. Anyone know what's going on?

Hi thereI have used the free trial and cancelled the subscription on the same day. And i still got charged a week after using the free trial and cancelling my subscription. I am upset about this. Am i able to receive a refund please?

Hello,I need my first footnote on the first page of each section to be an asterisk rather than "1". After the first one, the footnotes need to continue normally (1,2,3...)Is this possible?

Hi all! I have been having an issue with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC for the past month or so. It is constantly freezing and barely useable. As soon as I open the program by itself, it works for around 5 seconds and then freezes for a minute, then works again for a few seconds to a minute, and then freezes again. Same with opening any of my PDFs. It's just constantly freezing for minutes at a time making it very difficult to use the app.  It is running version 2020.013.20014 (most up to date according to my creative cloud app), I have done a clean install already as some of the help documents have suggested, but it's still hanging up. Quite sure my apps are not set to auto-update, and I've had Acrobat functioning for years properly on my pc and all of a sudden just constant freezing (doesn't actually crash technically) within the past month or two. Anyone run into similar issues or have a potential solution? Thank you!

Hi. I have a broken 32bit exposure slider. It can't be the graphics card. I have an RTX4090 and I'm using the studio driver. Does anyone know what to do about it? Thank you

I recently installed the new CC 2018 and the font filtering isn't working. Keeps showing no results found, even for Arial and Helvetica fonts. How do I correct this issue?

I do my best to not use Adobe Bridge. It has a nice batch renaming function; but for the most part, it's like a vestigial appendage: I haven't had any need or desire to use it in over 10 years. For all these years, when I close a file in Photoshop, Bridge would auto launch and I would have to keep closing it. It was extremely irritating. I'm on a work computer that does not have Bridge installed. Every time I use Cmd-Shift-W to close a file in Photoshop, the Creative Cloud desktop app is auto launching and attempting to install Bridge. PLEASE STOP THIS. I would prefer to have the choice to only use the apps I want to use and for the Adobe suite to not keep trying to do something that I do not want it to do. This has been happening for years. I may have submitted a feature request years ago about it. It's very frustrating. Thank you.

Hi, I am using Premiere Rush in my iPhone 11pro/256GB and it has take 68 GB storage from my phone I have deleted all big files.  How can I clear this 68 GB storage from my Rush app ? Kind Regards Rohan Pawar

just like the title says. whenever i update the programme/reopen it, my keyboard shortcuts and other preferences get reset. i've tried saving over the default shortcuts, making my own separately named shortcut list, etc, and yet my shortcuts keep getting overridden every time i reopen the programme. i make sure that i save my settings every time i adjust my preferences so it can't be that i just "forgot", and it's impossible that i'm forgetting to save my preferences every time i use photoshop when i use it almost daily. it's very annoying to re-do all my preferences whether i want to doodle or do my homework. and it's not reasonable to keep photoshop open forever because having it open in the background while i'm using other heavy programmes like maya or unity makes my laptop turn into the sun. if anyone has advice to prevent this from happening again or any reasons why this is even happening, please let me know.

At some point in the past, I turned off the contextural task bar. I now need access to it, but have not been able to get it to appear in the workspace. I opened the window menu, and the task bar is checked and highlighted, but no panel appears. I'm using OS 14.7.4 on an Apple M3 w/16 GB, and version 26.4.0 of Photoshop

Is there an overlay option? It looks like the app should have an overlay option. Thanks

Hi everybody, I’m looking for some help with image trace settings or failing that advice on reverting to an older version of Illustrator. Image trace on the new version (2025) is nowhere near as good as the last version, which I think was called Illustrator 2022. On the last version the setting just called “Photo” did a good vector of the image you want to trace. In the new version the setting “High Fidelity Photo” does a terrible job! As you can see in the examples here. The left image was traced in the pervious version and the right in the new version. This is making a right hash of my band’s poster. Does anybody know how to make the settings on the new one the same as the last version? and if not, can we go back to the old version of Illustrator? or is the update irreversible? Thanks for your help, Gareth

In LRC, I have installed the plugins for Luminar Neo and Topaz Photo AI. There seem to be two ways to get to the plugins. One is File->Plugin Extras, the other is right clicking on the photo, the selecting "Edit In".  Question- why does Luminar Neo show up in both menu options, but Topaz is missing in the Right Click/Edit-In menu?

This is the first time I haven't been able to download my Instagram reel. It's my first time doing a reel around 45 sec, I usually do reels around 30-35 sec. I keep getting the same error message: "Download failed. An error occured while downloading your file. Try again."  I even tried downloading it on my iPhone and it won't do it there either. I've deleted my cache, restarted the app and still no luck. This is really interrupting my work. Any suggestions?
