Hi there,I'm having an issue when sending my document for electronic signature to another part to sign.  I go to "send for signatures" , and then "prepare the form" , I drag the appropriate boxes to the fields that I need them to fill in , then i send it to the email address of the person I need to sign it.  - no problems here. However, the signature of the other person always comes back and it is not in the signature box where I need it, sometimes the signature is 12 pages away from where I placed the signature box.  I'm using Adobe Acrobat DCCan someone please tell me what I seem to be doing wrong ?

it would be nice to be able to query an API endpoint for application usage by user.  this is not product assignment but rather a reflection of the user's adobe desktop app grabbing a license for use in a session.

In Camera Raw i cannot see ‘open picture in Photoshop’ or ‘open object in Photoshop’ after i copied Photoshop to another drive. How to fix that?

For some reason, recently....photoshop now zooms in and out to the center of the artboard.  This is not behavior that makes any sense or is needed.  Wasting a lot of time on this.  Im paying 70 bucks a month this shouldnt be a stupid issue I need it to work properly like it used too. Animated Zoom ON/OFF doesnt workZoom clicked to center ON/OFF does not workZoom resizes window (need this option ON)Zoom with scroll wheel (this works but the window doesnt resize...so it doesnt work) Why are these behaviors different now? I need a zoom in/out to stay focused on the area im working on and NOT default to the center of the artboard.  That is such a stupid behavior.  Just stupid. PS version: 26.9.0Windows 10

Today I was getting ready to import some photos on my iMac.  A message popped up asking if I wanted to allow full disk access.  I was trying to quickly dismiss this, but I must have accidentally clicked allow.  So now when I open the import box to import some film scans on my desktop, there are litterally thousands and thousands of images that pop up... including every icon and photo anywhere on my iMac.  Needless to say I don't want all of this showing up.  How can I revert back to the previous settings?  I only want Lightroom to access what it was able to before... which was the external drive where my photos are stored and only the photos I upload, and import from either the SD card or desktop.

In file explorer pdf file preview pane doesn't shows the text comments added in the pdf file. It the text comments displays in adobe acrobat. this issue is there ony with the pdf files created after may month.

Hello,I have a multipage PDF with about 500 pages. The pages contain variable content, so each page looks slight different. I am looking for a way to shuffle the page or in other words to automatically and randomly mix pages in the page position. So that i.e page one becomes page 300 and page 488 becomes page 2 and so forth. I do not want to do a manual page move.Any idea?

Hello,I’m trying to sign up for the Adobe API free trial, but I’m unable to proceed because the “Sign up for free trial” button is not clickable. I’ve tried different browsers (Chrome, Firefox) and cleared cache, but the issue still persists. Is there a known issue with the sign-up page, or is there any workaround to get access to the trial?I’d really appreciate any help or guidance. Thank you!

Hi all,I have to replace all 15,7 points texts to 15 points. Find/Change dialog does let me enter a decimal value, but somehow I could not get it to find a decimal value. I also tried the script below, but no luck 😞var doc = app.activeDocument;app.findGrepPreferences=app.changeGrepPreferences=null;app.findGrepPreferences.pointSize = "15,7pt";app.changeGrepPreferences.pointSize = "15pt"doc.changeGrep();Does anyone know a workaround? Thanks,Rogerio

Hi, I have a subscription to Creative Cloud Photography Plan with 1TB and I am being billed for that monthly on the 10th of each month. (order number: ADB094559038BE)But for a year now, I am also being billed €18.14 and I can't figure out why that is. This started in June 2020, so that's already €145.12 that was billed unaccounted. I included a screenshot of paypal that tells me money was billed and a screenshot of my Adobe invoice and billing history, to show that these two payments are not related. Thank you for your attention.Kind regards

Hi, I'm a newbie to acrobat and I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong. When I scroll my mouse over the areas that need to be filled out, it allows me to click as if I should begin typing - however, when I type, nothing happens. I attached the pdf for reference. If anyone has any tips on how I can get this to work, please let me know!

Without going into to much detail, we basically have 0 control over anything at my company. So we're resigned to doing manual Coldfusion 2023 updates on our developement machines. On our actual servers we can use the adobe update site.Manual updates seem to have a lot of quirks, so it would be ideal to use the Administrator. Is there a way to point the Update Site URL to a folder to look for updates? It doesn't seem to accept a folder path unlike the Packages Site URL. That still might not work anyway because we don't have local admin access 🙂 Trying to install update 15 through our SCCM we got a bunch of these errors: Exception : Illegal character in opaque part at index 2: C:\ColdFusion2023\bundles\repo/ib6coreutil-1.3.jarI've managed to downgrade myself manually to update 13 but now we're getting the mail error and no amount of felix cache clearing is fixing it. I've also tried setting up the proxy under Package Manager but the error isn't super helpful:

I have searched for the exact state of interoperability of .PSD files that were created and then saved to a shared drive space on my NAS (on local netork.) I have an M3 (2024) Mac on current Sequoia. NTFS ->MacOS format issue, right? Have to be able both read *and* write to these Photoshop files. Most of my editing will be on a Windows 11 Pro tower across the office, but from time to time will want to work elsewhere.  I use the Adobe Photography plan and the Mac is the second computer on the license. I created a mapped drive for the two windows machines and a the mounted drive in Finder. (I believe I have some Permissions settings to fix because the mounted drive in Finder does not display the mapped drive's files, but that's not my most important question today.) "NTFS for Mac" Paramount -> I have other Paramount software products, so will buy a license to their file format tranlation product if that is the route that other cross-platform editing users follow.&nbs

Yesterday, I uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe Acrobat on my Windows 10 PC. I could only open it as an Administrator, and I repeated these steps twice. I thought it might have been related to Malwarebytes Premium, but I no longer have that on my PC. Today, I uninstalled and reinstalled it again, and now it won't even open as Admin. Malwarebytes Premium is no longer on my system. Does anyone have any idea why this keeps happening?

Hi,where is the LIVE Button on ther Tether bar on the latest version of Lightroom Classic on Mac?I`ve used it before, but it's no longer vailable.Any ideas how to bring it back? Known issue? CheersMarkus

I have been having this issue (which has been going on for years now) where my Wacom tablet/pen stops working when I use AE. The issue does not happen right away, sometimes it happens within minutes after I launch and use AE and sometimes it may take up to hours. What happens is the mouse/cursor does not move when I am hovering over the tablet. The only way for it to move is when the pen is putting pressure on the tablet and I drag, in which case also makes it click AND drag at the same time. This ONLY happens with After Effects and it's ONLY the Wacom that stops working, when I switch to a mouse it works fine. The only way to fix this issue is to restart the computer which is only a temporary fix. Please help! Wacom and Adobe "specialists" were not able to resolve this issue for me.

How can I export a PDF out of InDesign that is 95% the scale of the original? The current file is built as a multipage spread document.

Hello forum!   This is my first post here, so please be patient if my question seems out of date. I've been using Adobe's CS5 since 2010 (yikes!) and have never had an issue using it until about a week ago. All other programs (Illustrator, InDesign) work fine and with out any problems, but suddenly I started to have issues with the Photoshop program where is would moderately work (about 3 minutes or so), then crash, to now opening and then crashing immediately. I'm on a MacBook Air (Mid 2012 • Processor GHz Intel Core i72 • Graphics Intel HD Graphics 4000 1536 MB) running on macOS Mojave. Obviously, I just recently upgraded to macOS Mojave, but have been using CS5 for about 2 weeks before I started having issues, so I don't readily know if the OS is causing conflicts with the application. Additionally, I tried uninstalling the entire suite, then reinstalling, but it didn't fix anything with the Photoshop portion of CS5.   Any advice to problem ASAP (I've got deadlines!) would

I am am working on a custom size video. The elements are supposed to float in the middle, and do not bleed to the edge. I just want to add width to the sequence WITHOUT resizing any of the cuts on the timeline, like adjusting the page size in InDesign or increasing the pasteboard in Photoshop. Is there a way to do this in the same file? Or a workaround by copy-pasting to a new file? I attempted making a new file and pasting the finished edit but it still stretches all the clips. Thanks in advance!
