TL;DRIn-Person Signing lets a designated host collect a legally binding signature face-to-face on a single shared device, with no email or printing required. It is now available in Acrobat Sign Solutions and Acrobat Sign for Government (not included with Acrobat Standard or Pro on its own). An admin turns it on once at the account or group level, then any sender can add the In-Person Signer role to an agreement. It works online or offline, and every step is captured in a secure audit trail. Printing, scanning and endless email exchanges shouldn’t stand in the way of the business just for a signature. With the improved In-Person Signing feature from Adobe Acrobat Sign, documents can now be signed instantly, making the process faster and more seamless than ever with any device.Whether you are closing a deal, onboarding a client or finalising contracts, In-Person Signing helps keep business moving without interruptions.Less paperwork. Fewer steps. Better Signing Experience. ✍️ What is I
At Adobe, we are committed to empowering users with tools that make document workflows more flexible, efficient, and tailored to their needs. With the introduction of Dynamic Participation, Acrobat Sign unlocked additional control over agreements — both before and after they've been sent for signature. This feature is designed to adapt to evolving business requirements, ensuring seamless collaboration and streamlined workflows at every stage of the agreement lifecycle. In this blog we are covering the evolution of Dynamic Participations in Acrobat Sign until Today: PHASE 1: DYNAMIC PARTICIPATIONS FOR DRAFT AGREEMENTS What's New? Draft agreements are agreements in the authoring phase that have not been sent to recipients for signature. Dynamic Participation was introduced to add a comprehensive suite of capabilities, which allows users to “go back” and fully customize the assigned participants, agreement names and any other details of their agreements before initiating the signing proc
The Adobe Acrobat Sign February 2026 release just got an upgrade and delivers meaningful enhancements that make signing workflows more flexible, more accurate, and easier to manage—without sacrificing compliance or control. From better in-flight changes to improved authoring and recipient experiences, this release is all about reducing friction while increasing confidence. Here are the highlights: 1. Dynamic Participation for In-Flight AgreementsWork doesn’t always go exactly as planned—and now your agreements don’t have to either. With Dynamic Participation, senders can remove recipients from agreements that are already in progress without canceling and restarting the transaction from scratch. Acrobat Sign automatically revokes access, updates reminders, removes assigned fields, and preserves a complete audit trail. This is especially valuable when the additional signatures are no longer needed.Find out more here. 2. Copy Agreements to Move FasterRepetitive work just got a whole lot e
Easily download the agreement that you have hidden previously from the Adobe Sign account. You have hidden an agreement from the account as you thought it will not be required anymore and now you need it urgently. Not to worry! You can retrieve it until you have not deleted it permanently. Want to know how? Let us help you with the steps: If you access the service directly from Adobe Sign dashboard: Log in to the Adobe Sign account. Navigate to Account > Privacy Enter the email address of any one participant of that particular transaction in the search tab. List of all the documents for that user will appear. Learn about Adobe Sign transaction limits based on the service/subscription level to send agreements. Adobe Sign currently limits transactions based on the service level of the sending party. A transaction is a document sent from your account for signature. Adobe Sign Individual and Small Business plans include 150 transactions per user per year. Learn more about Adobe Sign’s Use Limitations. Transaction Limit: File size/Upload: Adobe Sign limits the size of each file uploaded. If you attempt to upload a document outside this bound, you get an error under the file that says, "Upload limit exceeded." Pages/Transaction: The whole transaction (all files merged together) have a total page limit. This limit is adjustable by the support team on request for business and enterprise customers. If you attempt to send a document that is larger than your account set limit, you get the error "Adobe Sign was unable
The on-screen pop-up notification regarding the addition of the new feature to edit PDFs pops up incessantly on the screen and is a severe interrruption to use of Adobe Acrobat Sign. It stops any typing and brings you back to the top of the screen every time it pops up. Extremely annoying and not helpful and needs to be removed from the site. When will this announcement no longer be necessary and removed?
Hi,I sent 132 individual agreements using Acrobat Sign Send in Bulk with a CSV file. The bulk send worked correctly and recipients are signing their individual agreements successfully. However, as the sender, I received a completion email only for the first agreement that was signed. Many agreements have subsequently been completed, but I have not received completion notifications for them. When I open those agreements in Acrobat Sign, their Activity logs confirm that they were successfully signed and completed.I have also checked Personal Preferences > My Notifications, and Email > “Agreement signed or approved” is enabled. Is this expected behavior for Send in Bulk?Specifically:Should the sender receive an individual completion email for every child agreement created by Send in Bulk? Does Acrobat Sign suppress or aggregate completion emails when many Send in Bulk agreements are completed? Is there a specific account/group notification setting that an Acrobat Sign administrator nee
I have submitted the official form for a free Adobe Acrobat Sign Developer Edition account multiple times, but I still haven't received the account activation or access email.I need this account urgently for API integration development and testing. I have checked my inbox and spam folders, but there is no email from Adobe regarding my registration.I already have access to Adobe Developer Console, but when I try to access the Adobe Acrobat Sign API, I receive the following message:"License required. Your organization does not have a license to access this API. Please contact your admin. If you think this is an error, please contact customer support."I understand that Developer Console access and an Acrobat Sign Developer Edition account may be separate. I am specifically trying to obtain the free Developer Edition account for API testing.Could an Adobe representative please check whether my registration request is pending, whether my email address is already associated with an Acrobat S
Hi Adobe Sign Community, Please help me upvote 2 features for TEMPLATE MANAGEMENT. You have the ability to give 3 votes to each Adobe Sign feature or bug request in that space. You get a total of 10 votes. These are ones that I think are critical and should have feature parity w/ Docusign. Please also add your comments there. Adobe Sign should allow you to clone/duplicate an existing template so you don't have to build a new one from scratch.https://adobesign.uservoice.com/forums/21617-acrobat-sign-general/suggestions/51843477-adobe-sign-should-allow-you-to-clone-duplicate-anPlease make it possible to ADD or DELETE individual pages of a template!https://adobesign.uservoice.com/forums/21617-acrobat-sign-general/suggestions/49568225-please-make-it-possible-to-add-or-delete-individua Thank you for your help.
I'm experiencing the exact same issue with Adobe Acrobat freezing at 72% when preparing a document for e-signatures.My Adobe account clearly shows that I have 1 free Request Signatures transaction remaining, but the upload consistently freezes at 72%.I've tried multiple PDFs, including a simple one-page document, signing out and back in, and repairing Acrobat. None of these resolved the issue.Interestingly, when I select "More Options", I can get past the 72% upload screen, but Adobe then displays an error saying I don't have sufficient transactions available. To isolate the issue, I signed out and switched to my second Adobe account on the exact same computer. That account showed 2 free transactions available, and I was able to successfully prepare and send the exact same document for signature without any problems. This strongly suggests the issue is specific to my original Adobe account rather than the document, software, or internet connection.Could an Adobe representative please inv

Hi,I am trying to send document for signature but when I click on “Specify where to sign” get an error Authentication failed. I tried same on web, it shows error “E-signing services are temporarily unavailable. Please try again later”
I’m just trying to find the location of the bio-pharma settings page, which allows admins to configure Acrobat Sign to meet FDA 21 CFR Part 11 requirements, and I can’t seem to locate it. In this article, it states that “ The Adobe Acrobat Sign Bio-Pharma settings page is available to the enterprise and business levels of service”, so I’m just trying to find out if a Adobe Acrobat Pro Teams plan falls under business levels of service:Configure bio-pharma settings | Adobe Acrobat Sign However, in this page, at the beginning of the video, there is a title in the bottom right corner of the video, that states that accessing the bio-pharma settings can only be used by an Enterprise plan, but it doesn’t specify Creative Cloud: Using Bio-Pharma Settings | Adobe Acrobat Sign Overall, I'm worried the bio-pharma settings page only applies to the Adobe Enterprise Creative Cloud, and there’s no option for accessing it with any Adobe Acrobat Pro plan. If anyone has any insight on this topic that w
Does anyone have any insight as to why my esignature form keeps changing? The new clean version is so much nicer and easier to use VS I actively want to pull my hair out when using the old one as it’s so clunky and cluttered. Desired:What I get sometimes (which leads to the really sub-par signature field editor):

How do I redact a document that has been signed using Adobe Sign?
We successfully submitted the Acrobat Sign Developer Edition registration for The Hut Hustlers. The confirmation page stated that an activation email would arrive within approximately 30 minutes. The email has not arrived, although other Adobe emails are being received normally.Could an Adobe Community Manager check whether the developer account was provisioned successfully or whether the email address is already associated with an Acrobat Sign account? We can provide the registered email address privately.
I am the admin for our account, we only have 2 users at this time. My team-mate is out of the office on vacation for the next week. I need to check/follow-up on 2 agreements that my team-mate sent out for e-signatures before she left on vacation. How can I view the agreements that she has sent? Also, how can she view the agreements that I have sent? I’ve searched the KB and I found 1 post about this from 4 years ago that was never answered. I can’t be the only person who needs this information. I really appreciate any insight that anyone has. Thanks so much!Sara
I complete a form, then select e-signature. Recipient receives the form blank. It is removing all completed data from the form.Trying to fix myself, and notice when I go to add the signature recipient in, all the completed data is removed, and new empty text boxes are put in its place.
So basically, i want to be able to share with others whose documents i am waiting on for signature.
I used to have no problem sending multiple documents at once for e-sign. I just drag all documents into the e-sign window and once the e-sign is done, I can just download each individual document separately. But it's not the case anymore since about 1 month ago. Right now when I try to send multiple documents for e-sign, the system just automatically combines them into one document. And once the e-sign is done, I can no longer download individual documents. Even though the 'download individual files' option is still there, it's just this one combined document available for download. Anyone has the same issue? Any fixes? Thanks.
Signed up for a developer account, waited over an hour. Checked spam. Did not receive any email from adobe.
