TL;DRGlobal Admin Console now supports multiple paid ETLA contracts within a single organization. Global admins can allocate products across more than one ETLA contract in a GAC hierarchy, and Aggregated Reporting now lets you select which contract's data to view and export. Now generally available: the Global Admin Console (GAC) supports multiple paid ETLA contracts within a single organization. What's new:Global admins can allocate products seamlessly across more than one ETLA contract within a GAC hierarchy Aggregated Reporting in GAC now supports contract selection, giving admins more control over the data they view and export GAC is now contract-conscious throughout the UI, with richer contract-level visibility and more granular allocation controls Go to Admin Console Why it matters:Previously, GAC did not support seamless allocation across multiple Standard ETLA contracts within a single org, and admins could only pull the provisioning report for a single contract at a time. I cannot access my enterprise admin console for my express plan. Please fix
I have been repeatedly emailed with requests to consolidate one of our employee’s personal account with our team’s account via our ‘Account Manager’, and despite replying multiple times at this point that we are not interested, without any acknowledgement of that refusal. I’ve just received another one, and at this point am borderline thinking of eating the rest of our subscription term and cancelling. How do I get Adobe reps to quit annoying me with this?
I am the only administrator for our Adobe Admin console, Education version. It is synced with Azure.I have been managing the admin console for over 4 years. This week I cannot get access to it - it says “contact your admin, it doesn’t seem you have access”. There is no other admin to contact.I have tried accessing it via incognito mode - no joy.The admin instance itself is running as I can see apps available to my personal version of the account. However, my admin version of the account is locked out - I can’t get in.Where do I go for help to regain access please?
Hello. In Adobe Enterprise Console for CC we can enforce auto updates under Manage Self Service policies. The User Managed feature “Make Updates available after 30 days release” has been a great feature as it doesnt install the latest Adobe updates that may contain bugs. A feature request is if this same option can be added under the enforce auto updates option. That will ensure users wont opt out of auto updates and also they wont automatically be updated to the newest release. Thank you.
Hello everyone & Happy New Year! We have an AVD host pool with approximately 10 hosts running FSLogix. Adobe Acrobat is installed on each host, and users are licensed with Adobe Teams licenses. This setup has been working reliably for several years. We are currently encountering an issue where each AVD host that a user launches Adobe on becomes registered in Adobe’s licensing system. As a result, users are limited to signing in from only two hosts. Because hosts are dynamically assigned, users are often blocked from signing in to Adobe on other hosts within the pool. Any thoughts or assistance is greatly appreciated.
Sys admin here, a few users want to use the Auto-tag feature with cloud tagging enabled but for some reason, their Adobe Acrobat will hang at 20% when attempting to autotag a document. The big mystery is I have other computers in the same environment with the same version of Adobe Acrobat that will autotag with cloud tagging enabled and not hang at 20%. I have tested this on a few different computers, all using the same PDF file. Both computers have the latest Adobe Acrobat version 26.001.21745. I have a few other computers with slightly older versions where autotagging with cloud tagging is enabled and those work too. The issue seems hit or miss on what computers are affected and I cannot figure out a fix. I’ve tried completely uninstalling Adobe Acrobat/Creative Cloud and then running the Adobe Cleaner Tool afterwards and used the clean “All” part of the tool, and of course rebooting the computers after running the cleaner tool. Looking for any recommendations to get this resolved. Th
I have a “Boeing CC” license installed on my company desktop computer. I wanted to install Creative Cloud on my home computer so I used my Boeing’s credentials which granted me, after second authentication, The Creative Cloud app installation. Now from within the “Creative Cloud Desktop” I hit Install directly under Photoshop or Premiere but nothing happens except a window on the right that says “NO RECENT FILES. Contact your admin, file storage is not included in your account. If I hit Firefly “Open in Browser” it will open. I also tried the “Download” button and it does download a file like “Premiere_Set-Up_707q.exe” or but when I Run it as an admin the User Account Control window will ask authorization to install but again nothing happens, absolutely nothing, not an error, not a message. When I go in the “Overview” tab it says “Adobe For Enterprise” and under “Included in your plan, Photoshop and Premiere are there. What am I missing?

Hello, some of the users in our company are suddenly unable to access the firefly homepage, despite having more than enough generative credits. There is a red banner at the top of the page stating:"You do not have access to Firefly. Request access from your IT administration."I have attached a screenshot of the firefly page and the users account showing the credits. Our admin had no idea how to fix this, what can we tell him to point him in the right direction?
Hi! We were approved for the Adobe Acrobat Pro's nonprofit discount, which is awesome. Per the Adobe website, up to 10 individual annual subscriptions are available per user licence with this discount. I’ve added one user but I can’t add any more users. I’ve tried using the link that was sent from Goodstack and I’ve tried going directly on the Adobe site but in each case I get an error message that the plan is not available. Any suggestions on how to add users under this discounted plan? Thanks in advance!
I appreciate the toggle in Acrobat to be able to turn off generative features. But some of us admins need the ability in Admin Console to turn off generative features across any/all apps for our users and prevent them from using them. Those of us who work for organizations like publishing companies may need to do this as a matter of legal compliance, not just disagreements about AI development philosophy. We need to make sure that our editors and designers are not accidentally plaigiarizing or accidentally using content that should remain internal and is not yet approved for publication. Other tech vendors such as Google have given us this ability to manage our users. Adobe, we need this for your products as well. This technology promises great power, but with great power comes great responsibility, as well. Please help us use and manage this technology responsibly.
We purchased an Adobe Creative cloud Enterprise license. I have created am adobe account, but the license provided didn’t have a serial number. It has a subscription ID, a tennant ID and a proivder service ID listed? Some instructions indicate that I need to log into the “Adminconsole” in order to allocate a license. but I only have one account and when I attempt to access the admin console it says “We’re sorryyou don’t seem to have access…..” How do I attain the correct information and license this software that is paid for? Thanks!
why do we get email asking us to consolidate individual accounts into a team account?
We have a team account using the Adobe Business ID as the directory. A user had a personal adobe account in addition to her team account, and she was having issues, so I asked her to delete her personal account, and I deleted her team account. Now, I can’t add her back to the team. When I try to add the email address to the team, I get the error “Something went wrong while saving. Error ID:” (the error ID is gibberish that changes each time I try).Using a different browser as well as a private/incognito window gives the same error. I checked that the user is not shown in the Business ID directory. What do I do to add this email address again?
Question:Can Adobe implement a license deduplication functionality directly within the admin console?Details:With SCIM in place, we can implement dynamic licensing based on Entra ID group membership. We use Intune to push individual Creative Cloud applications (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign) based on ServiceNow requests. The issue we are trying to fix is the fact that All Apps users have to be in the individual app groups as well to get the corresponding installation, meaning All Apps users end up double licensed with Single App and Acrobat. The proposed fix is simple: If a user has All Apps assigned, either don’t assign or suppress the license requirement for any other Single App or Acrobat licenses assigned to the same user within the admin console. This seems like a relatively simple, high value change benefiting most customers that use All Apps in combination with other licenses. Most customers using All Apps will run into issues with license juggling and overlaps. Rather than forcing eve

TL;DR Admins can now search for inactive users in the Admin Console using their email address, username, first name, or last name. This makes it easier to locate a specific inactive user when you don't have their exact email on hand. Why this matters Previously, finding a specific inactive user required knowing their exact email address or manually paging through the Inactive Users list, which is impractical for organizations with a high volume of inactive accounts. This has been a frequently requested improvement from admins managing storage governance at scale. With this update, the search field now accepts email addresses, usernames, first names, or last names. Once you locate the user, you can act on their folder using the same options available today. What you need to know Search by email, username, first name, or last name is available directly from Storage > Individual user folders > Inactive Users. Search may return no results in a few specific cases: if the user's inf
TL;DR Federated Guest Access (FGA) is now generally available. It allows enterprise customers to onboard external partners, agency staff, vendors, consultants, as federated users, without requiring ownership of their email domain. This feature is available to organizations that purchased an enterprise plan directly from Adobe and have at least one active federated directory. If that's not your setup, this capability won't appear in your Admin Console yet. What changed Previously, creating a Federated ID user required your organization to own the user's email domain. That meant you couldn't add anyone using a non-claimable domain, such as gmail.com, or a domain claimed by another organization as a Federated ID user. In practice, this blocked a common scenario: bringing an external vendor or consultant into your Adobe environment under the same SSO and authentication policy you use for employees. FGA removes that restriction. You can now add a user with any email address as a federat

I was trying to connect Adobe to Claude and I got this error “Your organization does not allow access to third party applications.” then I checked my account, I found that someone has put my email in their organization. I revoked this and made sure my account is a personnal account here. but the error still is showing up. some internet investigations directed me to the issue that it might be stalled from the Adobe server side. I need someone from Adobe to help me clear this from that side so I can connect Adobe and Claude from my end. the email i’m trying to connect is [Moderator: removing personal information].
