Hello, I am a student attending university. While looking into converting photos into PDFs, I learned about an app called Adobe Scan and used it, realizing that I could use it for free for 7 days. I made a payment for a 7-day experience, but I accidentally paid for a year's worth. That amount is too much of a burden for me, a college student. It's shameless, but how can I not get a refund?

I got a trial for Adobe Acrobat Pro and I did cancel it prior any charge applied. Nevertheless, Adobe continued to charge me with the IA Assistant services. It has been impossible for me to contact Adobe to request the refund of 2 months incorrectly charged: I’m continuously sent to the Community, to a useless IA chat or to Q&As. This is a terrible customer service. Extremely disappointed.

I received an email from Adobe that says I can download Freelance, Business, and Stuff from Hoodzpah Design, free for a limited time. The “Redeem now” link does not work. Hello, I thought I cancelled my free plan correctly but I did not. I received an invoice today of the monthly payment but I haven’t used the service since the end of the free trial. I know there is the 14 days policy and I would like to get reinbursed (I cancelled the plan after seeing the invoice). Hi, I see in my bank account two subscriptions running from Adobe and I don't know how to cancel it, when I'm clicking on manage subscription it opens in Google Play store, but they are no subscriptions from Adobe there.
i am unable to buy plan with a free trial, i have attached my 2 card with it, which has a good balance in it but when i attached the card and subscribe to the plan it shows you have a card issue, contact the card issuer, kindly reslove this issue i want to purchase but with free trial.
