E quando fui atualizar as informaçoes do cartao, automaticamente foi efetuado a compra do plano completo da Adobe, sendo que, eu queria apenas o plano de fotografia! Dobrý den.Dcera si založila účet a aktivovala zkušební verzi Photoshop. Photoshop nešel ani instalovat, nepřišel žádný e-mail. Účet u Adobe byl zrušen a dnes se chtěla strhnout platba z účtu. Předpokládala jsem, že když je účet zrušen, a nemáme ani žádný e-mail o aktivaci Photoshop, tak že se to prostě nepovedlo. Nebudu přeci platit, za něco co ani nejde a nevyužívám.Poradí někdo jak zrušit to předplatné?S díkem Alice
