I find this an absolute stain on Adobe. never have I come across a company that makes it impossible to cancel a subscription, I have recently run into a crisis and can’t afford the subscription, yet Adobe makes it impossible to cancel. im reporting them to the ACCC. this is so so wrong.

I've recently noticed an automatic withdrawl coming out of my bank account that is listed like this "PP*Adobe Inc 402-935-7733 CA 05/15" in the amount of $16.28. This is a monthly withdrawl and when I look into my Adobe account, I'm not seeing any subscriptions, plans or other expenses that would indicate a monthly charge/withdrawl. I do have a few products from Adobe which do show up in my account however they were one-time purchases and do not indicate any additional fees, subscriptions or charges associated with the products. I'm just curious if anyone else has or is experiencing this issue. My gut tells me this is a scammed charge made to look like it's coming from Adobe.
Vorig jaar had ik een Nederlands sprekend iemand via de helpdesk. Die heeft mij geholpen door een Adobe banknummer in Duitsland te geven zodat ik daar geld naar toe kon overmaken.Helaas kon ik dit keer alleen maar Engels sprekende helpdesk medewerkers uit Ierland te spreken krijgen en die wilden/konden mij niet helpen, ondanks uitleg over vorig jaar, waarbij ik ook even aanneem dat mijn chatsessie van vorig jaar vast wel ergens op een server te vinden zou moeten zijn. Helaas ook daar geen steun in gevonden.Is er dan nergens een kundig helpdeskmedewerker die mij kan helpen in dezen?
I want to purchase Creative Cloud Pro. The website says there are special prices for Ukraine. During the purchase process, the region displayed is Turkey, and the special prices don't apply. I'd like to change my region to Ukraine, as I'm currently in the Ukrainian army. How can I resolve this?
Good afternoon.I just realized that I accidentally forgot to cancel the free trials and the payment have been processed when I realized the problem. However, I didn’t use any credits since I didn’t need to use the application and simply forgot to cancel the subscription. I cancelled it within 14 days, May I get a refund please? Que tal, hace 2 meses aproximadamente hice una suscripción de asistente IA en Adobe Reader, no me gustó, porque siempre me daba la información en otro idioma y era muy complicado la interacción, por lo que decidí hacer la cancelación, posterior a ello se me ejecutó el cobro de S/. 100.00 PEN de mi tarjeta, he estado buscando la forma de comunicarme, desde mi correo o por el mimo aplicativo y simplemente no había forma hace más de 2 semanas, logré enviar un email para que me den solución y un reembolso de dinero, pero no ha habido respuesta, pido por favor una solución inmediata, gracias.
My current account is created under ‘China’ region, and I want to change it to ‘U.S.’ since I have moved. In my previous post, it is suggested to do this with help of live agent from support team, but that will require an active subscription which cannot be done without having the region changed (China is a special region where the subscription cannot be purchased normally online and instead have to go through a third party vendor), so this issue seems to be stuck in limbo. Another thing I can try is to change my email address to another one and free up my current address to register for a new account, the problem with this is I cannot link any social account (ie. google) that were used to link with my ‘China’ region account, and I cannot unlink them from the old account because the ‘China’ region account setting doesn’t have the option to ‘unlink’ social account. So it is still preferable to change my old account to ‘U.S.’ instead of creating a new one.Any suggestion is welcome!
Sinds 6 april heb ik een Cloud Pro abonnement. Proefperiode is verlopen en er is inmiddels al een maand betaald. In de proefperiode werkte alles prima. Na de proef periode werkte er niks meer. Alle programma's staan op "kopen” of "Proefperiode”.De betaling is dus al voldaan, begon er een nieuwe proefperiode uit het niets. Maar kan nog steeds niet de programma's gebruiken. Ik moet ze dan kopen. Vreemd toch ik heb een Cloud Pro abonnement met alle programma's. Help. Ik kan zo'n 2 weken geen programma's gebruiken met ik heb er wel voor betaald!!!! Alle trucjes en tips van uitloggen, inloggen, refreshen en opnieuw installeren heb ik geprobeerd. HELP!!!!!
I sign up for the free trial. Once I sins that I was unable to sign back into my adobe account. Because of that I can’t cancel my free trial. I do not want to be charged for a product I don’t want.

Crazy that I can’t get an answer on a phone call and there’s absolutely no support e-mail. I cancelled my plan in late Nov 2025 on a separate account. Made a new account with a different e-mail and here we are 6 months later and I’m still getting charged. I noticed because the charges are listed in a row of each other for me to notice something was off. I even have the cancellation e-mail. Screenshot attached. This isn’t the first time Adobe has done this either, and I have those receipts too

I recently canceled my subscription. I need to delete my billing details for privacy and security reasons yet there is no way to do this. I have been an Adobe user since 1996. I have been dealing with the programs getting worse while they cost more since the introduction of the Subscription model. The recent doubling of billing for useless AI features was the final straw. I never received an email notifying me of the change to my bill, yet here we are. Congratulations on alienating someone who had used and actively evangelized for your products for decades. I taught your products for 10 years, as well. But now I will be teaching around 100 students a year how to use different creation platforms. 100 future users gone every year. Being unable to delete my card information is not something I can live with - having my financial information out there for anyone to steal is unacceptable.
I thought making this public would be the best way to actually get help and not be ignored over and over again by Adobe support.Yesterday I logged into my adobe account, without warning my active subscription has been suspended, all paid for in advance.Why did this happen Adobe? - When will I be unsuspended? - Will I be compensated?It is beyond pathetic that you have to basically call out this company publicly to get any form of actual support.

Hallo zusammen,ich benötige bitte Hilfe zu einem Problem mit einem Illustrator-Probeabo.Ich habe am 21. Mai ein kostenloses Probeabo für Adobe Illustrator abgeschlossen. Da mir Illustrator für meinen Zweck zu kompliziert war, habe ich das Probeabo bereits am 25. Mai wieder beendet – also innerhalb der Testphase.Trotzdem wurde am 29. Mai der Betrag per PayPal eingezogen.Das Problem: In meinem Adobe-Konto steht unter „Pläne“ ausdrücklich:„Keine kostenpflichtigen Abos vorhanden“Ich kann also kein aktives Abo sehen, keine laufende kostenpflichtige Mitgliedschaft verwalten und auch nicht nachvollziehen, wofür genau der Betrag abgebucht wurde. Das wirkt für mich absolut unseriös, wenn trotz fristgerechter Kündigung Geld eingezogen wird und im Konto gleichzeitig kein kostenpflichtiges Abo angezeigt wird.Meine Fragen:Wie kann es sein, dass nach fristgerechter Kündigung trotzdem per PayPal abgebucht wird? You charged me for a subscription I don’t have. Refund me please
I'm be been trying for weeks to cancel my plan. I get error messages every time I go through the portal, and even when I try to change my plan, I get an error message to say it hasn't worked. I've now been charged over £100 and no replies to any emails, with the 'talk to real people' cheat option cleary being a bot, which just sends me back to the cancellation page which doesn't work. I'm at my wits end with this and out of ideas short of starting legal action. How do I get this cancelled?
I subscribed to a substance painter 3D plan and later canceled it after the free trial ended because I am not using it currently. According to the cancellation policy and the email I received at the time of trial activation, I was told if I cancel my plan after the free trial ends before 5th Oct 2025, I'll get a full refund. I canceled before 5th Oct and still haven't received any refund after 10 days.
I cancelled my subscription 1 day after i was charged, I never received an email confirming that i would be refunded. I know the policy is if the subscription was cancelled before 14 days into the billing cycle you will get a refund processed. I just wanted to make sure I will receive a refund.
