Crazy that I can’t get an answer on a phone call and there’s absolutely no support e-mail. I cancelled my plan in late Nov 2025 on a separate account. Made a new account with a different e-mail and here we are 6 months later and I’m still getting charged. I noticed because the charges are listed in a row of each other for me to notice something was off. I even have the cancellation e-mail. Screenshot attached. This isn’t the first time Adobe has done this either, and I have those receipts too

I recently canceled my subscription. I need to delete my billing details for privacy and security reasons yet there is no way to do this. I have been an Adobe user since 1996. I have been dealing with the programs getting worse while they cost more since the introduction of the Subscription model. The recent doubling of billing for useless AI features was the final straw. I never received an email notifying me of the change to my bill, yet here we are. Congratulations on alienating someone who had used and actively evangelized for your products for decades. I taught your products for 10 years, as well. But now I will be teaching around 100 students a year how to use different creation platforms. 100 future users gone every year. Being unable to delete my card information is not something I can live with - having my financial information out there for anyone to steal is unacceptable.

I thought making this public would be the best way to actually get help and not be ignored over and over again by Adobe support.Yesterday I logged into my adobe account, without warning my active subscription has been suspended, all paid for in advance.Why did this happen Adobe? - When will I be unsuspended? - Will I be compensated?It is beyond pathetic that you have to basically call out this company publicly to get any form of actual support.

Da mir Illustrator für meinen Zweck zu kompliziert war, habe ich das Probeabo bereits am 25. Mai wieder beendet – also innerhalb der Testphase.Trotzdem wurde am 29. Mai der Betrag per PayPal eingezogen.Das Problem: In meinem Adobe-Konto steht unter „Pläne“ ausdrücklich:„Keine kostenpflichtigen Abos vorhanden“Ich kann also kein aktives Abo sehen, keine laufende kostenpflichtige Mitgliedschaft verwalten und auch nicht nachvollziehen, wofür genau der Betrag abgebucht wurde. Das wirkt für mich absolut unseriös, wenn trotz fristgerechter Kündigung Geld eingezogen wird und im Konto gleichzeitig kein kostenpflichtiges Abo angezeigt wird.Meine Fragen:Wie kann es sein, dass nach fristgerechter Kündigung trotzdem per PayPal abgebucht wird? You charged me for a subscription I don’t have. Refund me please
I'm be been trying for weeks to cancel my plan. I get error messages every time I go through the portal, and even when I try to change my plan, I get an error message to say it hasn't worked. I've now been charged over £100 and no replies to any emails, with the 'talk to real people' cheat option cleary being a bot, which just sends me back to the cancellation page which doesn't work. I'm at my wits end with this and out of ideas short of starting legal action. How do I get this cancelled?
I subscribed to a substance painter 3D plan and later canceled it after the free trial ended because I am not using it currently. According to the cancellation policy and the email I received at the time of trial activation, I was told if I cancel my plan after the free trial ends before 5th Oct 2025, I'll get a full refund. I canceled before 5th Oct and still haven't received any refund after 10 days.
I cancelled my subscription 1 day after i was charged, I never received an email confirming that i would be refunded. I know the policy is if the subscription was cancelled before 14 days into the billing cycle you will get a refund processed. I just wanted to make sure I will receive a refund.
Two months ago I did a free trial. I used it for one day and didn’t like it so I canceled the trial. One month later I was charged 20 dollars after never using the app. I saw I still had a subscription active after canceling it. So I canceled it and never got my money back. I want an explanation on my account. This needs to be fixed. I pay with my Amex for this very reason and I don’t have to ask you for a refund but just tell Amex that you are not providing me services and still charged me a payment. They will reverse it. I have tried to contact customer service and that is a horrible experience. Realice la activación de la prueba gratuita, lo cancele antes de la fecha que generaba el cobro y me llego el correo de confirmación de que se había cancelado la suscripción gratuita, sin embargo ahora mismo están intentando hacer el cobro de la suscripción cuando ya se había cancelado (no se ha hecho el cobro efectivo porque tengo la tarjeta en 0), pero tampoco puedo administrar el plan por el supuesto problema con el pago. Necesito que me ayuden con esto.
I had a monthly renewal charge occur on my adobe acrobat subscription one day prior to the automatic renewal date. The renewal date was supposed to be on the 12th and the renewal charge occurred on my credit card at approximately 6:00 pm on the 11th, which was just 30 minutes prior to me going onto my phone to cancel the renewal. I am requesting a refund because this transaction was not a fair process as it contradicts the official date of the renewal date and I was not even given the chance I should have been permitted to cancel it one day prior to the official renewal date. I should be given a refund as I have had this subscription for 2 months and no longer needed it. Please help with the refund. I can provide a renewal transaction receipt that was emailed to me on the 11th showing a charge of $9.99 at 6:01pm on the 11th (one day prior to the official subscription renewal date).
Hola! Tengo un problema. Había solicitado la prueba gratuita y la cancelé antes de los 14 días. Me metí el otro día a Adobe y resulta que me están cobrando una "multa" bastante alta (y fuera de mi bolsillo por ser estudiante) por "no haber cancelado la prueba gratuita" siendo que si lo hice. Intentaron cobrarme a través de mi tarjeta (que se encuentra en costo $0) y no lograron sacarme dinero y aún así la página habla de que ya cancelé mi suscripción y debo pagar la multa para YA NO TENER ninguna cuenta de Adobe. Intenté comunicarme durante días con un agente y la IA me dice que no hay ninguno disponible. Necesito ayuda urgente por favor sobre qué hacer. Es una multa que sale de mi bolsillo totalmente y yo SI había cancelado la prueba gratuita dentro de los días que debía.

Esse mês de abril não renovaram, eu não consigo acessar meus apps, porquê pedem pra eu assinar outros serviços sendo que já assino o Creative Cloud todos os Apps. Quando tento Cancelar o plano diz que eu já paguei pelos dias sendo que nem no meu cartão foi cobrado.Gostaria de entender o que está acontecendo, pois preciso trabalhar e dependo de algumas ferramentas.
