hola como estan? les queria pedir ayuda/consulta. El 14 de septiembre habia pagado un plan para empezar a usar photoshop, me arrepentí así que cancelé el plan el mismo día. Pero nunca me reembolsaron. A alguien mas le pasó lo mismo? Saben como puedo contactarme con alguien que pueda solucionar mi problema? Buenos dias. Me inscribí a los 7 días de pruebas gratis y no me servio para lo que lo necesitaba entonces solicite la cancelacion al dia siguiente y me llego el correo indicando. "Lamentamos que te vallas y que el producto había sido cancelado. Pero despues de una semana empezó a llegarme la solicitud de cobro y que no me alcanzaba para pagar la suscripción de 28mil cop intente ingresar nuevamente y me aparece que ya esta cancelado pero me sigue llegando el mensaje y el dia de hoy me descontaron la mitad 14mil cop así compre directamente en la página miran como convertirlo en una estafa. Solicito que se comunique conmigo a través del correo <email id removed> porque ya están realizando cobros sin autorización y si no alcanza para hacer el cobro entonces van descontando lo que ellos quieren. Adjunto dejo imagen del correo de cancelacion y de el cobro que me realizaron el dia de hoy. Primero me llego notificación de que no me alcanzaba para pagar 28mil y luego me cobro 14mil.

Incroyable !!! Je suis dans la même situation, impossible d'annuler la formule Photoshop !! J'ai attendu patiemment 1 an pour résilier à la date anniversaire et là je ne trouve aucun bouton aucun moyen d'annuler cette formule je suis désespérée !! c'est une escroquerie 

Hello. I cannot use any of Adobe Creative Cloud apps/web/etc. On adobe website/ CC I can see that I did a purchase but on whatever I try to use seems no subscription. How can I solve this problem. If needed I can provide my student ID etc.Thank you!

I bought adobe acrobat plan long ago with monthly payment 22 dollars. My next payment will be on 7th october, but i dont use the programm for long time and i dont need it more. When i try to cancel it it writes that i need to pay a fee around 54 dollars. How can i avoid it? Also i see that i cannot delete my payment info.....

Hi! I wanted to end my subscription about a year ago but it said that my subscription would run out in 31 days anyways and if I ended it there and then I had to pay a expensive fee. So I let it run out. But it seems like Adobe renewed a subscription for me on its own and I discovered it now. When I go in to my account to end it It says the same thing over again, that it will run out on its own in 31 days and if I end it now I will have to pay an expensive fee. So my question is, how do I stop Adobe from renewing my subscription? I would be so grateful for help with this 🙏 

Last month I bought a trial period for Adobe Premiere Pro and I haven't used the app once in a month. Could you tell me how I can unlink my card or cancel my subscription because I can't do it?

Adobe needs to add another option in the user contact info. All Adobe emails ome to the email on the account. That email is a public facing email, so I get a ton of spam and all the phishing emails. I spend so much time trying to figure out if Adobe emails are real or fakes. It would be helpful if Adobe used the main email for Log in, Billing, Verifications etc but I would prefer that any advertising or promo emails  have the option to be sent to a seperate/alias email account. That way I can easily apply email rules and any "adobe" emails tthat do not fit the billing or promo rules can be rerouted to junkmail and deleted without trying to check headers, logo quality, link authenticity! Adobe please add an option to uses a diffferent email for promotions and advertising emails!

Hi everyone, I’m looking for help from the community because Adobe’s support bot hasn’t been able to resolve this. My account was originally created while I lived in Russia, but I’ve now been living in Uzbekistan for several years. I’d like to subscribe to Behance Pro, but I can’t — the system still considers my region to be Russia, and doesn’t let me make a purchase. I don’t have any active subscriptions right now, so I can’t change the region manually through the standard billing method. I’m also fully ready to provide proof of my current residency in Uzbekistan, such as local registration documents, if that helps. Has anyone here faced something similar or found a workaround? Hello,today I wanted to try Adobe Acrobat Reader Pro version for free. It showed that 1 week would have been " free trial" but instead, Apple did take the amount of money for 1 month even if the 1st week had just started and I cannot have my money back!Can anyone help me? Thanks

I do not wish to renew a plan. How can I ensure that I do not have to pay a fee? The plan expires on September 21, 2025.

I got creative cloud for one free week and after the week I left but got another free week as an extension. I totally forgot I had this as i stopped using adobe creative cloud and now i need to pay 700 USD, how can i cancle this subscription?

Guten Tag, Habe ein Testabonnement mit anschließender verlängerung abgeschlossen, nun wird dieses nicht benötigt und der Jahreszeitraum ist seit ungefähr einem Tag aktiviert. Gibt es eine möglichkeit das rückgängig zu machen Danke für die Unterstützung, liebe Grüße

J'ai souscrit à un forfait annuel LighttRoom 1 To. Je suis prélevé tous les mois depuis le mois de juin. Pourtant le logiciel LightRoom Classic continue à me dire que j'ai une version d'essai et bloque l'accès au module de Développement.Quelqu'un a t-il eu le même problème.Sans solution , je vais être amené à bloquer les paiements car je ne peux même pas résilier mon abonnement vu que je suis engagé pour un mois.J'utilise la version Version Lightroom Classic: 14.5.1 sur Mac OS 15 (15.4.1 [24E263])
