Hello, So here’s my situation that I'm hoping to get some help with: I recently received an email saying my student plan was set to expire, so I went ahead and ordered a new Creative Cloud 12-month plan and preemptively redeemed the activation code a day or two after ordering, as I assumed that it would just automatically take effect after my student plan expired, extending my license for the additional 12 months I purchased.  At first it did seem like that was the case and everything was running like normal, but now I can't seem to access any of the apps that are supposed to be included in the new plan I just activated. I updated both the apps and my computer, as well as updated my card on file, in case it was expiring soon and that was the cause of the issue, and then i even tried removing entries in the host files as is suggested in the help articles, but nothing worked.  So then I resorted to trying to uninstall and reinstall the apps again, but now —&

Hola! hace dos meses adquirí el plan de Photohop + Lightroom de 19,9 USD. Al querer cobrarme el segundo mes (el 8 de agosto), no tenía fondos en la tarjeta y cuando la recargué, ya no me anduvo más lo premium, no me reconoce la cuenta como tal y no me deja descargar lightroom a la computadora.EXIJO me solucionen, porque estoy pagando por algo que quiero y necesito usar!!!

I've just been suddenly kicked out of my Adobe programs, because it claims my device is not activated, and tells me that I need to sign out of at least 15 of 16 other devices listed as being signed-in to continue using it on this device. Essentially I get this screen: activation-limit-reached-1 but there are 16 devices listed as activated on the right instead of 2 (which is of course, impossible to achieve even if someone hacked my account.) There are even little dots along the bottom of that portion of the screen that erroneously overlap the "If you need to manage accounts for a team, switch to a team plan. Or shop our offers." blurb, and left/right arrow buttons to use to naviatge through all the listed devices. It appears that my current device erroneously became duplicated 15 times (alongside my old device, which is supposed to be there) and states they were all activated yesterday, even though I just got kicked out in the middle of using an Adobe product today.&nbsp

Ingrese a una supuesta "Prueba gratuita" el día 20 de febrero, me extrajo de mi cuenta personal CLP$57.971. Hice todos los reclamos correspondientes con comprobantes y movimientos. I'm writing here in hopes to get a refund. I was offered a 7 day free trial . I agreed to the free trial. The trial was to end on august 29 -today. But today I was charged $69.99. I was going to cancel today. What do I have to do to get a refund ? 

Adobe will not let me access my account so I can cancel my account plan I don't need two plans but Adobe for some reason won't let me access my account to cancel my other plan.  In 4 days I will start getting charged another $22.99 per month twice for two plans , as I can not get into my account to cancel. This is thief of my money they have already been sued for just this reason. Tonight, when I tried to open Photoshop, the login pop-up showed up, asking me to re-login. I tried to do so, but then it told me I must reset my password. So, I press 'Get 2FA code from Email' - done, but then it asks me to get a second 2FA from SMS - from an older phone number that I no longer have access to. I was stuck there - I couldn't log in, couldn't reset my password because it kept asking for the old phone number for 2FA. I've tried to call support, but they couldn't do anything either. I am going crazy because I really have to work. WHY WOULD YOU NEED TWO 2FA CODE???????   By the way, the account email is similar to this account, but ends with 10 instead. I tried to call support twice, but the line was shut down by the automated system because the holding time was too long. The guy in the call was extremely unprofessional, spent 2 hours waiting, and gave no direct answer, only trying to scam me into purchasing my plan all over again in the new account. Cependant, on m'indique que des frais d'annulation anticipée d'un motant de 1116,5 DH vont etre facturés.Etant etudiant, je ne peux pas assumer ces frais supplémentaires.  Ich bekomme leider diese Fehlermeldung. Allerdings besitze ich nur zwei Rechner, einen Mac Mini und ein Macbook Air. Letzteres wird mir von Lightroom plötzlich doppelt als aktiviert angezeigt, was natürlich kompletter Schwachsinn ist. Daher weigert sich der Mac Mini aber leider, mich mit LR arbeiten zu lassen. Was kann ich tun?

I subscribed to an Adobe free trial and canceled my plan on August 17, 2025, which was before the free trial end date of August 19, 2025. However, my account still shows an order (Order Number: AD03530600628CPH) for InDesign and Adobe Stock.Could you please confirm that my subscription is fully canceled and that I will not be charged any fees after the trial period?Thank you for your assistance.

Compré el plan de 249 para Photoshop y lo cancelé el mismo día 03/04/2025. Me hicieron un reembolso y hoy me llegó como saldo retenido en mi tarjeta. Más tarde, Adobe hizo el cobro de 249 otra vez y ya no tengo saldo retenido 04/04/2025 . No puedo hablar con un agente porque están cerrado hasta el lunes   

I have been signed up to Adobe for a few years now. I haven't been using it much recently due to my employment. I went to use Photoshop the other day and it said I had to sign in, when I used my regular email it signed me up for a new account with no access. I last paid $49.94 for adobe creative cloud on the 5th september (and on the 5th of all months previously). I went to cancel this direct debit and there is no option to do so. Why can I not have access but I'm paying? What is going on?  When I login with my regular email and free adobe access I cannot get any support from a REAL person because I am not paying a subcription... but my bank account says otherwise. I keep being sent around these ridiculous internet loops and I'm 50 quid down. This is such rubbish support for someone who has put a lot of money into this software 😞 Helen  

I can't seem to access the adobe store to get the invoices. I usually get it from Adobe Store My company needs that invoice.

Yesterday I accidentally bought a subscription because I thought it would give me a free trial but it didn't, so I canceled the plan to get a refund, and it said that I would get a refund, now there's nothing in the plans tab, can an Adobe employee check that my refund is being processed? 

My current payment method is expiring soon so I got a new  company debit/credit card to use for Adobe. It's a brand new card, just got it this afternoon, and I'm trying to update my current card or add a new one altogether, and I keep getting this message:  It's a Visa card from the same bank as before, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with any of the numbers or information. I can't put the company name into the name slot because it requires a first and last name (both of which are on the card, which is what I'm putting into the fields). There's no reason this should be doing this... I really miss the old days of buying something in a store and keeping it for 10+ years without having to bother with a monthly subscription.

Hello, I was benefiting from the teacher plan in September 2022, but my plan changed automatically in September 2023 because my education information was not updated. Last week, I uploaded the document stating that I am still a teacher and my discount was approved, but I cannot switch to my old plan with discount. How can I get my old discount?

I want to cancel my trial. I am unable to do this because it keeps saying that I will soon be able to manage my membership. However, this message has been showing for a week already, and I would like to cancel my subscription. How can I do this?

CS6 installed using DVDs, that I bought in 2015, on new computer with Windows 11. Activated and working. Problem: Receive warning message to register or it will stop working in 5 days. Started at 7 days. Unable to re-register with Adobe. Adobe Chat Help sent me here.

This week when I log into my computer I have been told that I can't use my Adobe account as the maximum number of devices are already using it. I only use it on one device and I am the only user. Today when I have been trying to work in Adobe I have had my apps shut down twice as I assume someone else is logging into my account. How do I stop this happening? I have followed all the suggestions from someone at Abobe on instagram (changed password, linked email account, activated account verification) but it is still happening. I need to be able to work. How do I contact someone at Adobe who will help me solve this and secure my account for me? 

From R$47 to R$ 71/month for the same plan. It's a very high change from one year to the next! What is the justification for this?

Hi everyone, TLDR: I wanted to cancel the yearly renewal, which would have started in November, but instead my subscription was completely cancelled immediately after the chat ended today, 28 August, and we did not reach any conclusion regarding my refund request. I want to share what happened because it feels completely unacceptable and potentially unethical. My yearly Creative Cloud subscription was automatically renewed, even though I had previously contacted Adobe about affordability issues. Initially, they offered to move me to the student plan, but I still had to continue paying monthly even when I couldn’t afford it. Months later, knowing that Adobe has faced legal scrutiny in both the UK and the US over misleading subscription practices, I contacted them again to dispute the automatic renewal and request a full-year refund. Instead of addressing my request, the support agent cancelled my subscription immediately, starting from today, without my consent
