So I've cancelled my 2 plans, which are free trials on March 23rd, 2026, because I can't afford them. And I have emails confirming my cancellation. Today I received notice emails of failed billing on my account for those exact 2 plans that I've cancelled. They probably failed because my bank account can't afford them. Hi, I clicked on to do the seven day trial for Adobe Scan and I canceled it before the end of seven days. I just got my bill from Apple and I’m being charged for two subscriptions one for 19.99a month and one for 9.99 a month. When I go into my Apple subscriptions, it shows that I canceled a 9.99 a month sub subscription. There is no 19.99 subscription showing. So I’m being charged about $30 and I don’t know for what. When reviewing my account and plans page, I noticed that I have been subscribed to the same “Creative Cloud Pro” plan twice under my Adobe ID. Both plans show identical inclusions (Photoshop, Lightroom, 100 GB cloud storage, and Generative AI uses) with renewal dates in April and March 2026 respectively. I did not intentionally purchase or knowingly agree to maintain two subscriptions for the same plan.Because of this, I have effectively been paying for the same plan twice each month for roughly the past year. I only required one active Creative Cloud Pro subscription and had no reason to maintain two identical plans. IRETA (my organization) was incorrectly categorized under Medical Research and Addiction Treatment, even though our Articles of Incorporation clearly state that we’re a public health nonprofit focused on community health, education, and systems improvement. We do not conduct medical research, provide clinical care, or run treatment programs.I’ve submitted multiple appeals, uploaded all requested documentation, and even sent Goodstack our governing documents and mission statements. How do you request a refund on Adobe? I do not see any link to request a refund on their website. I cancelled a Adobe Pro subscription before the trial period ends but was still charged several amounts despite not having any active paid subscription.
Hi,I tried the Manage Plan Option for weeks, on an Apple Mac Pro M1 Computer with Chrome, Chrome in incognito mode, Safari and on Android Phone with chrome. Everytime the same thing: the manage plan content does not show up, so I cannot see my plan, my payments, nothing.
