Hi... I've recently received an email from dobe to say my monthly plan for Lightrom & Photoshop will increase by 50%, as follows: "The price of the Photography plan (20GB) annual, billed monthly plan is changing from £9.98/month to £14.99/month (including applicable Tax/VAT) on your next renewal date. To maintain your effective current base rate (excluding any promotions) you can change your subscription to an annual, prepaid plan." Try as I might, though, I simply cannot find a way of changing my payment to an annual basis in order to retain my existing annual cost at its current level. Please can someone help me with this. Before you can change your password you need to know the present one. No help if it was changed without your knowledge. I also found I am shown as being in Dublin when I'm not even in Northern Ireland, and again I'm not able to change it.

Hi everyone,  I haf a student subscription planned to be active until the end of my studentship in June 2026. 2 months ago I was automatically cjanged to creative Cloud Pro and now it is impossible to change it into student version. I tried the support of virtual assistant and had to stay at least 1 hour and half on chat. These virtual assistants say I am obliged to subscribe for an AI assistant for Acrobat plan in addition to my current plan. My proof of studenship was already accepted and I don't know why is so difficult for Adobe support to update my plan based on the studenship proof I provided. I  lose considerable time and patience. Just now I received a mail saying that my studentship status can not be confirmed. I am really not happy about the customer support. Could someone give some advice or help? 

Hey,I'm trying to get all my accounts invoices together. However they only provide the last 3 years.If you want more the Invoice Page say, "Invoice history can only be accessed for the previous 3 years via Account. Please contact Customer Support if you wish to access invoice history prior to this time period."I've looked and don't know where to go to contact.Thank you for the assistance.

For poor creatives these prices are god awful. Also the bundles are crazy and unnecessary. There should be cheaper and better bundles with better customization and prices. Adobe have you heard of starving artist? you mind accommodating them a bit more

I am currently subscribed to LR/LRC @ $11.99/month. I would like to upgrade to include PS @ the $19.99/month price how do I accomplish that? Do I simply choose the new plan after signing in or must I cancel my current plan the subscribe to the new plan? thanks Lou

Hi there, I'm writing from Germany. I did a free trial for the Adobe Acrobat AI assistant and didn't find enough use for it to go onto to a full subscription. When I was going to cancel, they offered a free 60 day extension. I took this, thinking perhaps I would find further use for it during this time. I tried, but found that technical issues with the tool meant it wasn't useful enough for me. I'm now nearing the end of the extension and want to cancel but I'm being told that I'll have to pay a cancellation fee to the tune of half a year's subscription.  I'm confused though, because I signed up for a 60 day extension, not a year's subscription. It seems that at the moment I have a choice of either cancelling now and paying the fee, or continuing until the end of the extension, at which point I'll start paying a monthly subscription fee (and, I assume, will still have to pay the same cancellation fee afterwards). Adobe are currently offering 2 months free subscription to assist people during the COVID-19 pandemic.Basically you "threaten" to cancel your account and, part way through the process it offers the two months free subscription. Personally I think this is probably a permanent offer, designed to dissuade customers from cancelling, and nothing to do with COVID-19 (which would be sad if Adobe were indeed "passing it off" as a humanitarian gesture in this time of crisis for so many people).Anyway, I did this and it worked for me as well but I was mortified to see that if I did actually go ahead and cancel I would be charged around $450 "early cancellation fee"! WTF I've been paying between $85 and $115 since Nov 2015 (I'm in Australia where prices are higher due to exchange rate, plus I subscribe to AdobeStock). I would have thought after all this time I could cancel any time I want with no penalty. What a rort!

I am an India-based common man. P.S. I'm not anyone working in the Hollywoods ! I'm just a common man from Kolkata India, who inspite of having very easily available "pirated softwares" chose to "buy" Adobe product for Individual Freelancing works. And Again P.S. My turnover isn't in Millions Pls ! Still I prefer to "Buy" adobe instead of getting any pirated copies. Never knew I would never actually be able to buy anything from Adobe ! Now coming to my issue. I don't have a Credit Card (As I said my turnover isn't very great, I'm just a commoner). I do have a Paypal account with which I make foreign payments / purchases. I forgot to cancel the trial and kept being charged. I didn't use the app since the trial ends. Is it possible for me to cancel it without being charged?

Hey everyone,I need urgent help with my subscription. I subscribed to Adobe Creative Cloud with a student plan (using my university email) directly through Adobe, not through my university. Since I graduated, my plan has increased from £30 to £60 per month. I want to cancel the subscription, but I keep running into problems:On the “Manage Plan” page, there is no option or button to cancel.
