My GCash account was deducted 1891.68 PHP after tax for supposedly subscribing to Adobe—which I do not remember subscribing to. The last time I used the service was months ago, and I do not remember that I subscribed to any service, aside from free trials, which I unsubscribed from. Looking at my transaction history, I am supposed to be billed on March 24 for the continuation of the free trial, yet I am charged on March 10….
I purchased Photoshop a while ago for thumbnails. I recently bought a new pc and got rid of my old pc. I logged into my account on Adobe CC and it says I have no active subscriptions and wants me to buy photoshop again. I know that I am paying for it because I just checked my card and was charged recently. I do not even get emails each month about my receipt or photoshop payment which is ridiculous. Because “I don’t have any active plans” I can’t even contact support. Can you believe that? So I am just sitting here getting money stolen from me. I just want to be able to use the photoshop that I am paying for. You would think Adobe would be better.

Avevo un abbonamento mensile per cui ho pagato un rinnovo di circa 8,00€. al Al momento della scadenza non ho voluto più rinnovarlo nuovamente e ho quindi annullato ENTRO la data di scadenza (7 marzo2026), tramite il mio account, l’abbonamento che avevo sottoscritto. Purtroppo però, nonostante abbia ricevuto anche per mail una ricevuta da parte vostra che mi confermava l’annullamento dell’abbonamento per la mia intenzione di non rinnovarlo, ho visto tramite l’app della mia banca che vi era una richiesta di addebito sulla mia carta di un totale di 36,59€ (attualmente in corso di contabilizzazione). Vorrei comprendere come mai ci sia stata questa richiesta di contabilizzazione di tale somma sulla mia carta, anche se io avevo provveduto ad annullare il rinnovo dell’abbonamento entro i termini previsti. Why is adobe charging me when I cancelled the free trial the same day as getting the free trial? It's causing me not to be able to pay my phone bill which is very frustrating and stressing me out.
I am not sure if this is the correct category for this question, so sorry about that. Basically I applied to Substance apps for students program, verified my identity and received my redemption code. However when I try to apply it, it errors; “This seems like a mistake on our end. Shall the issue persist, contact customer support.”I did try contacting customer support but no luck. Half of it went with the chat bot and in the other half I was told that I would be called by an expert but I wasn’t.Any help is appreciated.

After several weeks of warnings from Adobe and being shut out of the software for "two users" using the same program, I received this email today. I logged into my account and changed the password. "Your account password was reset." Your Adobe account appears to be in use by more than one person. An Adobe account can only be used by only one person--not shared.
