Hi Adobe, I am a Bangladeshi Video Editor.I want to buy Adobe subscription for whole year and keep repeating till i stop editing but do you know what is the issue i can’t a suitable adobe official pricing like Indians. Considering our country status the ideal pricing should be from 700BDT - 1500 BDT. I know you have official resellers but they charge from 5000BDT - 15000BDT per month which is almost equivalent to USA pricingSo, I am one of the millions of Editors from Bangladesh requesting Adobe to add Bangladesh as a region. As if we can buy this at a low price like in India. This is No brainer, millions want to pay but they don’t access to the right channel thus leading it to crack software use. Hello,I have had a monthly subscription to the Lightroom Mobile version since 2021. My last payment was processed through Google Play on June 7.Today, I noticed in the app that my subscription has been suspended and that I am being offered the option to start a new subscription. However, the new subscription costs more than three times what I have been paying. Until now, my monthly fee was 9.99 RON, but the new price is 37.99 RON per month.I was not notified in any way about any upcoming changes, and my subscription had been renewing automatically without any issues.I would appreciate it if you could explain what happened and why there has been such a significant price increase.Additionally, I couldn't find any information about how much cloud storage is included with the 37.99 RON/month subscription.Thank you in advance for your clarification.

I am trying to change my Adobe plan. My plan auto-renewed after my student discount and it is way too expensive. Every time I go to manage my plan I get the same message. We couldn't process your request. Please try again or contact support if the issue continues. I have tried multiple times over the past few days. It keeps saying the same thing. I have tried to ask for support in the chat box but the screen freezes and I cant type anything into the chat box. I have no other way to seek out any help. I don’t want to keep paying this rate and it is also too expensive to cancel my plan because it has just renewed. Please help, I really need to downgrade my plan.
When I got my new Google Pixel 10 Pro XL smartphone I had to re-sign in to the Adobe Account Access app. Whatever I did a regular email address and password, an SMS code, a code sent to my email address, etc made the Access app appear to sign in however it quickly switched to “Something went wrong” and at the bottom “Close app”. Several times I have cleared cache, cleared data, I even uninstalled the app 8 different times and reinstalled it 8 different times. Today I finally got a hold of an Adobe live support agent who gave me all the same directions that I have already preformed about 10 times. I guess Adobe doesn’t know how to fix this problem either. Does a user out there know why I keep experiencing this? Does an Adobe user out there know of a fix to this problem? Thank You,Barry

Hello. I recently discovered that I had two Adobe subscriptions. I had already canceled one of them and believed my subscription was fully canceled. I continued to be charged monthly without realizing another plan was still active. I have now canceled all plans. Because this was an honest misunderstanding and I have already paid several months, I kindly request that you waive the early cancellation fee and review my account for any possible refund. Hi,I know plenty of topics on this. I started a trial...yet after +1 week I can not close the Adobe Acrobat page I was working on not even closing my macbook. Was so annoyed with trying things did not cancel the trial in between. I rebooked my money...now I can not seem to cancel the whole subscription at al.I am irritated, could not even use it for what I wanted to use it for. Now I have to pay an subscription and CAN NOT cancel within the 14th days either? HELP?

PLEASE REFUND ME !!!!!I thought i already cancelled adobe as i was barely using it, pretty sure i went through the cancellation process, but maybe didn’t click tedious “ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT TO CANCEL” frigging button, and seems it didn’t actually go through and it’s still charging me. I immediately cancelled adobe plan today, the auto-renewal is tedious, even the cancellation process. If i never get my refund even if i cancelled it within like 5 minutes of me getting charged for auto-renewal, never gonna use adobe again Might as well just use final cut pro omg….. literally owning the app’s better than subscription, and honestly i didn’t really find it significantly more useful compared to other editing apps.

I have been charged for 2 years for adobe. Charges for 19.99 and 4.99 a months for two years. Please refund all money back to my account. A free trial is FREE, and this is scummy business practices, and cause for a lawsuit. Fix the problem, refund my money, thank you.
When I’ve tried to make a purchase via adobe express from work done like “front and back” flyer for example it just glitches when trying to pay and says “cart expired” and no matter what card I try to use that has available funds with all the information typed in correctly aligning with billing address it still seems to not let me purchase.
How can I cancel my subscription without a HUGE financial penalty? The program is diabolical and not fit for purpose. Legally, can Adobe charge me a massive penalty for NOT providing what I have been paying for? I have tried all the endless ‘self-help’ suggestions Adobe posts on its support page. NONE OF THEM WORK.
After paying for Adobe Pro service for 2.5 years I am now attempting to cancel since I know longer have the need for it. 2 Questions: Why do you put “we get it” next to the option to cancel and then open a popup that just spins without ever loading a screen where I can actually cancel? Why is there no option to actually get through to a human being to get this resolved? Even to get here I had to finagle through several different screens where most links just sent me in a circle back to prior pages that didn’t work.Please proceed to cancel my plan as of today and send me confirmation of this. I'm be been trying for weeks to cancel my plan. I get error messages every time I go through the portal, and even when I try to change my plan, I get an error message to say it hasn't worked. I've now been charged over $200 and no replies to any emails, with the 'talk to real people' cheat option cleary being a bot, which just sends me back to the cancellation page which doesn't work. I'm at my wits end with this and out of ideas short of starting legal action.
