i can't edit the pdf on the tablet despite having pro subscription i have rebooted the device and tried everything to do but edit feature is not working all other pro feature are working except this one [P.I removed by moderator]
Today 2500rs money debited from my account for one year subscription. Within 5 hours am cancelled that. When I get my refund. Can you please tell it. Urgently money needed for medical emergency.

Going on 2 weeks now with this annoying issue. Every time I open a pdf. In Acrobat to edit, the app automatically closes out. I can read / view documents with no issue, but as soon as I even try to add text or fill & sign, the app immediately shuts down. I have done all the basics ( cleared cache/ verified current with updates) I even uninstalled and reinstalled the App & still same issue. I pay a subscription for additional editing options for my business and store work documents via the cloud so not being able to utilize a service I pay for is highly frustrating and bad for business.I seriously need help with finding a resolution and fast.

Estimado equipo de Adobe, Me comunico para solicitar la cancelación inmediata de mi suscripción a Adobe Express, la cual se renovó automáticamente el día de hoy, viernes 3 de octubre de 2025. La razón principal es que ya no utilizo la aplicación con la misma frecuencia de antes, por lo que el costo representa un gasto innecesario. Además, debo manifestar que tanto la app de Adobe Express como la de Adobe no resultan amigables en cuanto a la gestión de suscripciones, ya que no es fácil encontrar la opción para cancelar de manera clara y directa. Por lo anterior, les solicito: La cancelación efectiva de mi suscripción a partir de la fecha mencionada.El reintegro del pago realizado el día de hoy, dado que no he hecho uso de la aplicación. Agradezco me envíen la confirmación de la cancelación y del reembolso correspondiente por este mismo medio. Quedo atento a su pronta respuesta.
I get the attached pop up each time I open any PDF on my android tablet these are PDF files, I'm not trying to convert anything else, or edit them. I have no interest in unleashing anything I just want to use Adobe reader as reader.

Которая никак не работает по умолчанию ни в одном приложении, ни в Google Play, не в самом гугле, не в Google Chrome, нигде включено, и по умолчаю стоит моя личная учётная запись к которой привязана моя карта, откуда я как раз и хочу делать оплату. Я не хочу привязывать свою карту к другим учёным записям, как мне решить эту проблему и оплатить оттуда откуда я хочу оплатить
Por qué me han cobrado la suscripción si tenía días de prueba gratis!?
The last big app update has effected filling in forms. When deleting text in a pre-filled box the text shadows until you click out of the box. So you can't see what you're typing which is very annoying. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but the problem is still there.see attached screenshot of problem.Thanks
I have forms that have required signatures and premade fillable text boxes. I go into the app, fill out the information and when I go out of the form or attempt to send it for e-signatures it wipes the page clean like I didn't put any information in. It saves into my storage but only as a blank file. I tried the same on my laptop and it works just fine. Please help or create an update fixing the issues.
When I try and open a PDF file from an email it takes me to a subscription page for Adobe and doesn't give me an option to just view it without paying. I'm not trying to edit I just want to view it.
Hello, I have no idea if I started a free trail but I do not rememeber doing this myself. But I have just had $109 come out of my account with a year membership and I didn't even have the app downloaded. Is there anything I can do to get a refund as i have no interest in paying this much money.

Hai, I am facing an issue with adobe acrobat reader as managed app in IOS. users are not able to open the pdf attachments in the app and hence not able to do fill or sign. Added the app in to the managed app list on both Android and IOS. its working fine on Android, but not on IOS. Kindly requesting your asupport and advice on the same. Regards,Abdul Majeed
Dear Colleagues, Hi! Thanks for Acrobat for iOS. It is my top productivity app. I am using Version 25.02.00 (20250219.130851) on iOS 18.3.1 (22D8075) with an iPhone 16e. I purchased the phone this week. Last week, when I was using my old iPhone SE, I was happily highlighting a local .pdf file. With the new phone, when I try to comment the same file, the comment does save after I close the file by tapping the home button. Reinstalling the app did not resolve the problem. Hi everyone,Maybe this is a rather special request but I hope someone can help with this. I'm setting up a Microsoft Intune App Protection policy for iOS devices. With this policy, I want to limit the way a Microsoft Business app can share data with other (unmanaged) apps. Sharing is limited to policy managed apps. Unfortunately I would like to enable my users, to also open PDF files in Adobe Acrobat Reader for iOS. As I'm unable to add Acrobat Reader as managed app, I'd like to exempt it from the rule described above.To do so, Microsoft states the following in its documentation:For a policy targeting iOS/iPadOS, you can configure data transfer exceptions by URL protocol. To add an exception, check the documentation provided by the developer of the app to find information about supported URL protocols. Unfortunately I could not find any hint on what the URL protocol used by the Acrobat reader app is. Hope someone can help me in this case. Best regards,David

I can't log into my subscription even after I say restore purchase.Is there no app support.This is absolutely ridiculous. I paid for an app that I can't restore. I did the update & loged out and back in but still can't restore purchase.
