Adobe Acrobat Sign

Is it possible to remove the verbiage overall? As in, do not list the verbiage, "Attached is the final agreement between"

Hello everyone. I have an Adobe Acrobat Pro plan and I want to use Webhooks when signing forms to send POST requests to my website for accounting purposes.Can I do this on my plan or do I need to upgrade to another one?

There are only two options for the Reminder Frequency when creating an Adobe Sign Template from Power Automate.  But using the portal has 6 options. To use these options create a Compose action and enter one of the values below:DAILY_UNTIL_SIGNEDWEEKDAILY_UNTIL_SIGNEDEVERY_OTHER_DAY_UNTIL_SIGNEDEVERY_THIRD_DAY_UNTIL_SIGNEDEVERY_FIFTH_DAY_UNTIL_SIGNEDWEEKLY_UNTIL_SIGNED Then choose custom value in the Reminder Frequency field and reference the Compose action.

Hallo, ich habe seit kurzem Acrobat Pro mit Adobe Sign zum Testen. Ich bin noch absoluter Neuling auf dem Gebiet.  Bei mir geht es hauptsächlich darum Versicherungsanträge sowie Maklerdokumente meinen Kunden zur Unterschrift zu senden.  Die Formularfelder kann in den PDFs für die Kunden belegen und dann das Fomulad per Email versenden mit der E-Signatur.  Der Kunde kann dann direkt am Smartphone mit seinen Fingern bzw. einem Pen unterschrieben. Es klappt auch und es kommt unterschrieben zurück. Im PDF wird mir dann noch erfolgter Kundenunterschrift folgendes angezeit. Zertifiziert durch Adobe Acrobat Sign, prod-kms, Zertifikat ausgestellt von Intesi Group EU Qualified Electronic Seal CA G2. Nun zu meiner Frage auf die ich bisher nirgends eine Antwort gefunden hatte. Handelt es sich hierbei um eine fortgeschrittene elektronische Signatur (FES) oder nur um eine einfache Signatur (EES) ?  Da es sich um Versicherungsdokumente handelt bin ich auf die

I need to create a web form (with the intent on using the web form link in a templated email) that has the ability to have either 1 signature or 2 signatures, depending on whether the signer is married or not. When I create a web form and add a second participant, it asks me to enter the email address for the second participant.Creating a web form seems a bit pointless if I have to be the one to add email addresses and send for each use case. I want clients to be able to click on the hyperlink in the templated email that I send, and complete the document.What is the solution to this?

When I log into Adobe Esign and go to manage, I want to view in classic view. I do NOT like the enhanced. Prevoiusly, I could change it back but that option is no longer there. Please contact me to assist. 

Anyone having issues with Adobe Sign, specifically email deliverability?It seems to have started this morning, instead of the usual sender address header as adobesign@adobesign.com, it was spoofing the sender's address so it would come from username@company.com instead. This meant our anti-spoof policy was rejecting these Adobe Sign signature emails - I have since created a rule to accept spoof emails from the adobesign.com and echosign.com domains but users are still not getting emails delivered - they're not even appearing in our email system, its as if they were never sent (looking at Adobe activity page in one of the e-sign agreements, I can see that the email to some of our users gets bounced.) Again this only started happening from this morning - UK time.

Good Day We had an issue causing adobe sign mails being blocked on our mail servers, the issue has been resolved however we beleve our domain has been blocked due to too many failed attempts on the adobe mail server. Can i please be put in contact with one of the AD/Messaging engineers to have this resolved

I sent a document to the wrong person and they signed!  How can I void/cancel a document after it has been completed?

Hi There,Could anyone tell me if there is a way up updating all field roles at once? I have a predesigned form that i need to change the roles to 'Prefill by Sender', but there are 75 fields and I'd rather not do them one at a time. Nun erscheint  beim nächsten Dokument nur noch "Systemfehler" sobald ich die Schaltfläche "Vorschau anzeigen und Felder hinzufügen" anwähle.  Bereits probiert:  - Dokumente, die bereits erfolgreich verarbeitet wurde führen nun auch zum Systemfehler- Anderer Browser- Cookies löschen- Incognito Modus- Abmelden, Browser schließen und Neustart des Browsers mit erneuter Anmeldung

I created an agreement template with several text input fields. I also created a flow in MS Power Automate to auto-populate data into these fields. There is one field in particular that typically gets filled with a large amount of text. This field is situated on the bottom portion of the template, and is typically overfilling the size I have allotted for that field. This is resulting in a lot of the text getting cut off. Is there a way to make the field either spill onto the next page, or have the size/location of the field change depending on the amount of text that is in it? 

A month or so ago Adobe stopped  allowing me to get a signature from another party from the pdf I had opened.  I can only add my signature.  As a work around I needed to go into my Adobe account and upload the document to get the signature function to work. Can anyone shed light on this please it is incredibly frustrating also that there is no email for support.  Sue

I've been getting Braintree charges and I don't even know what it is about. I haven't hired the service, I haven't selected a plan, I don't even have a Braintree account.  I need help from Adobe to cancell the plan and get the reinbursement. 

Does anyone know if/how to set a maximum amount of characters allowed in a text box or restrict the amount of characters to the natural limits of the text box? (Alternatively, can a reader scroll through a long text box? Input seems to be unlimited but the reader cannot see what's outside the perimeter of the box...)

Hello!If I create the templates for my team, are they able to revise and make changes to the template if I am out of office? Let's say some verbiage has to be added to a template I created. Will they be able to revise and edit, or will they have to create a new template with the changes? 

Because Adobe Sign's date fields default to DD-MM-YYYY, which is not standard for the US, I always need to change the format to the standard MM-DD-YYYY. While this is annoying, there is now a problem with the dropdown menu making it impossible to change the format. What is happening? This is how the dropdown menu looks now:  

I've created forms some forms with e-signature fields enabled and the security settings are set toFilling of form fields = AllowSigning = Allow When clients come to use the forms, they are able to fill them in but can't sign and receive the error message "Fill and Sign is not available due to the document's security settings." Also on mobile (android), the signature field is completely removed.  The client is using Adobe Acrobat to fill and sign forms.  I've been creating forms the same way for a while now and this problem has only just cropped up. The client said they have no problems with docs that don't have any security at all but I would like to some to protect the content. 

Hi ,I'm creating a form template in Adobe Sign using the web authoring interface. The form contains two signature fields for the  same recipient:Signature A: Visible when a checkbox is unchecked (default state).Signature B: Visible when the checkbox is checked.Each field has its own condition set properly based on the checkbox. However, the issue is:When both signature fields are conditional, Adobe Sign automatically inserts an extra signature block at the bottom of the document during signing.If I remove the conditions and keep one signature field always visible, everything works fine—but that defeats the purpose of having dynamic visibility.My questions:Is it expected behavior that Adobe Sign adds an extra signature field if all signature fields are conditional?Is there any workaround so that only one of the two conditional signature fields is shown, and Adobe Sign doesn’t insert a third one?Any help or guidance from those who've encountered a similar issue would be appreciated.

Seit einer Woche gibt es bei uns das Problem, dass Signatoren bzw. Empfänger von meinen Adobe Sign-Dokumenten anscheinend nur eine Eingeschränkte Ansicht auf das Dokument haben. Es wird teilweise nur die Seite des Dokumentes angezeigt, auf dem die Person unterschreiben kann und sonst nichts. Das Verhalten kommt, nachdem wir etwas getestet haben, anscheinend nur auf, wenn ich selbst eine Unterschrift im Dokument gesetzt habe. In den Einstellungen habe ich nichts bezüglich eingeschränkter Dokumentensichtbarkeit gesehen, und mein Account scheint auch nicht die Berechtigungen zu haben, hier in den Einstellungen etwas zu ändern. Gibt es hier einen Lösungsansatz bzw. was müsste ich hier damit machen Empfänger und Signateure wieder das vollständige Dokument sehen?

Hi,I have a problem where Fill&Sign is incorrectly changing the date formatting on Excel documents.I have set up an example excel spreadsheet, but behaviour is the same on our actual excel spreadsheet. (see attached example spreadsheet). I am using the web version of Fill&Sign. The excel document has dates formatted as dd/mm/yy, with cell type as date. (see screenshot Excel Screenshot.png)When the document is loaded into Fill&Sign, it changes this to mm/dd/yy. (see screenshots Fill And Sign.jpg and AdobeSign Screenshot.png). If I convert the excel spreadsheet to pdf first, then add the pdf to Fill&Sign, there is no conversion. I have my profile language set to English(UK), which is dd/mm/yy format as standard. I cannot find anywhere else to change date preferences. I also cannot easily change the excel spreadsheets themselves, as they are created by external programs. I would prefer not to have to pre-pdf as it creates a more complex workfl
