Download & Install

I can access other installed apps like Lightroom, Photoshop… but I have to log in to those apps individually. Moreover, without access to Creative Cloud, I cannot update or install other Adobe apps that are not previously installed on my comuter.My Creative Cloud has been like this for over a month now, it would get stuck at “initializing Creative Cloud” then continues to load until it exits and display the above message. I have tried a numerous fix but none solves the problem, including:- Click “repair” (it gets stuck in a loop of downloading, installing then goes back to the pop-up again) (Popup in attached image)- Uninstall from Windows settings then reinstall- Uninstall using the uninstaller then reinstall- Used AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool then reinstall- Reinstall VC_redistx64 2015-2022- Run “sfc /scannow” and “DISM” multiple times without any errorsAttached image is Adobe service terminated unexpectedly in event viewer.   Here is the log from installers from the

I used to be able to use my purchased lightroom 6.  Havent used it in a while and now after asking to be logged in 20 times it does nothing. Now it locked me out as well.  I have my password, have my previous purchased serial number and entered that. It still wont work.  I dont want to update to the cloud and all of that.  Want to use the old version that I had access to and was fine with.  My mom passed away 2 days, ago. Wanted to update a few pics and add to her photo collage.  Login 20 times, put the serial number, it locks me out.  Try to contact customer support its a stupid AI bot that does nothing.  So much new technology and nothing works, cant even get an email from adobe as it says I dont have an active account, yet I am logged in and it shows my previous purchases.  Such crappy support I cant believe it.

Creative cloud is using a lot of memory space and all I use is photoshop (for about the next 4 weeks) for school. If I uninstall CC will I lose photoshop also?

A level 2 Adobe support rep sent me here. I am unable to reactivate by install of the Adobe CS6 Master Suite as I have reached the maximum device activations. I had some software issues that required full system reinstalls, which prevented me from deactivating my installs. Apparently, support is unable to reset activations anymore. Is there any way to reset this on my end? There are no devices listed under "Activated Devices" in my account page.

I have a legit Photoshop CS6. My PC got hit by a virus, the whole screen went white, and I had to reinstall Windows 10 and all my applications, but now CS6 is not letting me activate, tellling me that it is already in used in max allowed PC, which is not true. It was on my son's laptop and my same pc. My son has deactivated his. Now it is not activated on any any other device at all and I can't activate it on my same PC that it was on  a few days ago.

My Adobe CC App has always been displayed in my taskbar (where File, Edit, View, etc are) on my Mac.  Although I am signed in to my Account, and my account is up to date, it no longer displays.  I have no idea how to get it back up on my taskbar.  Any ideas please.

Our computer broke and we needed to purchase a new computer.  I still have the disc and the serial number for the CS5 which works perfectly well for the needs of our almost retired marketing company.  I cannot access any other computer as it is completely broken.  I would like to activate the program on my new computer.

I no longer have access to the computers where the program is activated. What do I do when Adobe won’t help? Adobe “help” says y’all will answer fast. Looking for assistance in activating legacyDesign Standard CS5.5 andAcrobat Pro 9.0 products;previously functioning activation codes are not working and I am simply looking to activate these products to access legacy files; I note the compatibility issue with current operating systems, but as perpetual purchases the T&C require Adobe to allow continued access !

I currently have a 4-month free trial period for Adobe Creative Cloud Pro 2026, but I am unable to download any applications from creative cloud. Whenever I try to install apps like Illustrator, Photoshop, or Acrobat, the installation status gets stuck on 'Waiting' for long time, and the process never actually begins.  I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps, but none of them resolved the issue: 1. Reinstalled Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application multiple times.2. Restarted my PC multiple times Has anyone dealt with this before? Any fixes would be awesome. Thanks!

I only have one device.  Support had me uninstall and reinstall, that didn’t work.  There are no devices listed in my account (I have a legacy version of Adobe Acrobat that is not a subscripton).  They then told me to come to this community and “an expert would help me fix it.”  Can anyone help?

One of our tools requires this version of Adobe Illustrator, and we can no longer install it through Creative Cloud, which now only supports versions up to 22.1. Could you please provide us with a direct download link for Illustrator 2015.3 (version 20.1.0)?  I've already asked the chat agent, but since this is an End of Life product, Adobe no longer supports it.Thank you

Hi, I bought lifetime version of Acrobat X. Unter MacOS 26.5 auf MacStudio M1 bleibt der Update bei 48% hängen und geht nicht weiter. Die  blaue Meldung dass der Prozess ungewöhnlich lange braucht und nach Lösungen gesucht wird erscheint. Ein Abbruch hinterlässt eine defekte Altinstallation. Ein entfernen der alten App und Neuinsallation ist notwendig. Das war bei V 27.6 und 27,7 der Fall. Was kann ich machen?

HeyBy any chanche, have anyone made like official claime or?Anyway, I was kind of thinking, how its possible, that You as customer is buying a full licence, and in some point some corporation thinks, naaah, we dont care You have it.I mean, I run into same issue, and helpdesk gave me a e-mail where I should contact. But its not evaen working :)So I would say I am bit dissapointed enough to find out.
