how to rewrite email, when password is forgotten

I'm in the process of changing over all of my software to an old Win 10 computer to a Win 11 computer. I have the product key, but when the window pops up to add the key I'm prevented from entering the key. I uninstalled my Adobe cloud photography suite from the old one and installed on the new one.  I wasn't able to install the Creative Suite 6 first due to having no dvd drive in the new computer, so had to get an external one. Any ideas as to why it won't let me add the product key?

Seven or eight weeks ago I lost access to Photoshop, one of my CC apps. I can't activate my copy of Creative Suite 6, Design & Web Edition). I seem to be having 2 problems.I know it's a legitimate copy, not counterfeit. I bought it at the University bookstore when I was in grad school, not through Amazon or a 3rd party online. It's registered to my account & has been since I bought it. I've never shared the serial number. My old laptop died & I'm now trying to install it on my new laptop. I'm on a Win 11 machine & I know the programs run fine because my previous laptop was also running Win 11. It won't validate, apparently for 2 different reasons.Problem the first - Creative Suite can't connect to the internet. I have no idea why. So, I attempted to do the offline validation. Where I ran into problem #2. Problem the second - When I put in the request code & the serial number, I get an error message saying that I have CS6 activated on more than 2 computers & it won't give me a response code. I own CS6. My adobe account shows I own this, but it also shows I have no activated devices.I changed my motherboard and when I launched an app now it says I have too many activated devices and to deactivate one. Obviously, this is bad programming as I can't have too many activated devices at the same time as I have none.Furthermore, when I use Adobe's automated UI, it doesn't acknowledge I have a registered product and as far as I have experienced, I can't thereby connect to customer service for them to help fix this. I expect adobe wants me to just pay for a new software package, but I have zero interest in this.This entire situation seems criminal, as I cannot seem to access my legally owned software and the company is pushing me to pay for something else.How can this be fixed?

I know CS5 is no longer supported, but having an issue helping a client. 5-8 years they got a new laptop and desktop and I was able to move their CS5 over by deactiving on both old computers and then installing on the new using the original CD and serial number. They just got a new laptop and desktop again but now that same process is not working. On the old laptop, I was able to click Deactivate and it went through and deactivated. If I try to open it again, it asks for a serial key. On the new laptop, I was able to install CS5 fine. I entered the serial key and got green check and all seemed good. But when closing and then running it again, I'm now getting a message that its still activated on two computers, even though I did deactivate on the old laptop. Reading through some forum posts and reddit, I see mixed signals if what I'm trying to do is still viable or are we now past the point of no return in trying to still be able to move CS5 to a new computer.

I have Adobe CC Desktop App Version 6.5.0.348 released on 01/20/2025 (which appears to be the latest). I have Premiere Pro Version 25.1, and Premiere Pro Beta Version 24.4. The CC Desktop App tells me that I have the latest version of the apps, and that Generative Extend is available to me (but it isn't). My only goal is to use Generative Extend in Premiere Pro (and/or the Beta version), but it isn't available to me for some reason in either the normal or Beta version, despite the fact that I think I'm up to date with everything. How can we make Generative Extend show up for me? I'm running a Mac M1 Pro 14in on Sequoia 15.3 (24D60)

Um Adobe CS5.5 auf meinem neuem Laptop installieren zu können, habe ich auf meinem alten Laptop eine Deaktivierung vorgenommen. Trotzdem bekam ich die Meldung dass die CS5.5 auf zwei Rechnern installiert sei. Nachdem ich auch auf meinem Desktop PC die Software deaktiverte, bleibt das Problem bestehen, nur das jetzt auf allen drei Rechnern die Software nicht mehr aktiviert werden kann. Auf meinem Benutzerkonto wird keine Software unter "aktivierte Geräte" angezeigt, unter "registrierte Produkte" wird aber die CS5.5 angezeigt... Wer kann mir helfen? Im Chat sagte mir die KI das es angeblich keine Software mit der angegebene Email Adresse gebe - diese wird mir in Verbindung mit der registrierten Software angezeigt.Für eine Hilfe die dieses Problem behebt bin ich sehr dankbar!

I wanted to put Lightroom Classic on my laptop but it refuses to install. I go to Adobe, log in, and then CC starts to install then just... vanishes. No processes running, no CC install, no LR install. Every time I try again the same thing happens.This laptop (ASUS Windows 11) has run Lightroom in the past so I have no idea what's going on.Any ideas?Thx.

hello i am trying to access my account on adobe on my mac but everytime i try to log in the page goes to no server even though i am fully connected to the wifi, someone suggested to download a vpn but that did not work out any suggestions? 

My Creative Cloud app is stuck on the email verification page and says that I must verify my email to continue. The problem is, I used a temporary email to log on to the app and now that email is lost forever. I would be happy to make another account with another email it's just that no matter what i do i cannot get past this prompt on the app. i have tried deleting and re-installing the app but it is always stuck on the same prompt that I have no way of surpassing or getting out of.

Hello, I keep getting the error "Access is restricted" in the Creative Cloud client. I have already used the Limited Access Repair Tool and the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled everything after the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool and restarted the PC, but the problem remains. With the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool, instead of at the end: "Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool completed with ERRORS! Check the end of the Log file for list of Errors" but where can I find these? And what else can I do?

Hey,I bought Lightroom yesterday and I can't download it. Adobe says my operating system is not compatible (Windows 11 Home 64-Bit Version (10.0, Build 22631)). I checked the system requirements, and I meet them (i5 12600k, 3.7GHz, RTX 3070Ti 8GB VRAM).What could be the issue? I’ve already updated all drivers and my Windows. What else can I do? 

I use Premiere Pro on 2 devices (mac laptop and windows PC), but never at the same time. I keep getting a notification that it seems like more than 1 individual is using my account, and every now and then I am asked to change my password. This is frustrating as it is just me who is using this account. Any solution?

Please please help me.Yesterday i needed some space on my computer so i decided to uninstall illustrator. Now, being in a hurry i uninstalled it using windows native uninstaller. however, when that didnt work i remembered it was better to uninstall it via CC, so i went there and uninstalled Illustrator. After doing so, i did some other things, shut down my pc and went to bed.today i woke up, and CC has decided that whenever i do anything on my pc, opening a new tab in the browser, alt tabbing, opening a new program, entering or exiting fullscreen, it will open itself, even if fully closed, and ask me the question if i want to keep the preferences when uninstalling illustrator. I have clicked cancel, i have clicked delete and i have clicked keep, nothing does anything. I have uninstalled everything, used CC cleaner to get rid of everything and reinstalled it. Same issue is still there. I have tried using REVO in combination with the above, problem is still there. I have manually hunted

Any ideas please how to complete reinstallation on myMacBook Air. Has now twice stalled at this stage although LRC opens and at first sight appears to be working I am bothered that there are faults waiting to happen.Jeff

When trying to download Lightroom, I'm being told to complete the install , I have to update my Operating System to Windows 11 (version 21H2 or later). My operating system is Windows 11, version 23H2. How can I fix this?

Hey! I've got my hands on a friend's old copy of CS6 Photoshop from way back, now I'm trying to install it on my Windows 11. However, the set-up does not work as after initialising the installator closes itself with no notice. I had to dig in PDApp.log to find the only errors that showed up during the initialisation process - those are what caused the programme to close itself. Tengo un problema con mi instalación. Estaba utilizando mi producto perfectamente hasta que un día al abrir Creative Cloud me pedía actualizar, yo le daba a actualizar pero siempre daba error 44, solo me daba la opcion de salir de la aplicacion. Leí en la comunidad que sería bueno que desinstalase los programas y volviera a instalarlos, Acrobat, Photoshop, Ilustrator... desinstalé todo, y ahora no me deja instalar nada, cuando empieza con la instalación al llegar casi a 40% sale error 44 y me echa de la instalacion. En ayuda solo sale un apartado que dice que pulses en Reintentar, ese boton NO EXISTE, he intentado instalar cada programa por separado en vez de usar creative cloud, siempre con el mismo resultado, imposible instalar productos de Adobe, ahora no se que hacer, este es un PC de trabajo, ya no puedo trabajar
