I am trying to add users to my license using a k12.hi.us email domain.  The system is not allowing me to do so BUT I have 9 other accounts listed with that email domain. Is there a work around on this? Am I missing a step?

We're willing to do that, but we need more information and/or a demonstration.The Adobe Sales team refers us to Adobe Expert support. However, since we only have a Teams account we can not access Adobe Expert support for Enterprise. The Adobe Teams Expert support then refers us to Adobe Sales and we go around again.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello - I cannot upload Raw files to the creative cloud. In my case, I have a lot of EIP files. I tried loading them but the file type(s) not supported. ZIP files don't work neither. Who can help?Thank you!Anuschka

I am hoping someone could point me in the right direction.  I have deployed an AdobeCC package to a few test clients using SCCM.  I am new to SCCM and I have been searching for how to invoke the remote update manager for all of my clients using SCCM.  I am not using AUSST, I will be going directly to Adobe.  I have found examples for Linux and Mac but nothing for SCCM.This guide says it is possible but I just can seem to find a good example.  Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have Access to Admin Console and we  have  4 users that have received emails that their Adobe Pro Licences had expired.      There is nothing in the Console about any expired Licences, and    received  recent invoice and not reporting any issue.    I have  emailed account Manager , but havent had a response yet.  

hi,last year we bought 5 acrobat pro license from adobe web site. This year, after renewal we cant see the members who has license on our admin console but members using their license properly.  but we need to replace one of the license to another person.  we cant see the members and we cant do it. please help about it. how can we assign the license to different person?

 I’ve been trying to cancel my Team Adobe subscription, but I cannot find the “Cancel Plan” button in the Admin Console. I’ve contacted Adobe support several times, but every agent keeps telling me there are “technical difficulties” and asks me to wait 2–4 hours each time. This has been going on for days now. I’m still within my refund period, but I feel stuck because no one has been able to provide a proper solution. Has anyone else faced this issue? How can I actually cancel my subscription without further delays?

I'm sure this is obvious, but I cannot find it on the website. I currently have a personal account for work purposes, but another 1-2 people are interested in using Creative Cloud as well. If I switch to a business account, how many devices and sign ins will this allow or is there a fee for each license to install?

Hello, I explain what happens.I'm making a number of changes to my accounts and I'm reviewing Adobe. However, in 2017 I opened this account, this was before entering an academic institution where they requested an Adobe account (which I already had) to use the institution's academic plan. Now, I graduated from this institution in December last year. My goal is to modify the account so that it is no longer "managed" or within the organization and to be able to start managing it as a personal account (including being able to sell in stock) But checking by clicking "leave organization" I get that I am no longer going to be able to use it in Creative Cloud, if you eventually want to pay for the plans.My question is if there is any way to leave the organization without affecting my account, since I opened my account before being in the institution, or if they themselves should unsubscribe me.

Allow Adobe Admins to Configure the Auto Update Settings for Individual Apps in the CC App.It would be extremely beneficial for IT Admins if the Adobe Admin Console allowed you to configure and deploy auto update setttings for specific Adobe apps within the Creative Cloud app.Currently admins can only control whether all apps are auto-updated or not. For people who have large volumes of users in their organisation, this would be a really useful feature.Currently, we have certain products that we classify as business critical and others non business critical.The business critical ones we want to control the versioning on, and we control the updates released using Adobe Remote Update Manager (RUM). The non business critical ones, we would love to let the CC app auto update on these. We want to make sure that admins decide which apps do and do not auto update as I believe this is user controlled currently.

Hi, Can anyone help me figure out why the 'files' tab is not visible in my Creative Cloud app? I am trying to add a new user to my work Creative Cloud library but since the 'files' tab is not visible I don't know how to access the library to add him. I also need access to the library so I can manage and organise the files.  When I open Adobe Illustrator I can still see the library so it hasn't disappeared altogether. And I have a back up file on my computer with the extension .cclibs.  I have an Adobe for Enterprise account. My ex-colleague used to be the main admin for our Creative Cloud library but has been let go so I assume her Adobe account was cancelled. My assumption is that this is the reason for my Creative Cloud app being messed up.  Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Decidí pagar el plan por mes estudiantil con el mismo correo que mi unoversidad Usaba ya que eso hice el año pasado y todo bien, pero cuando pagué y luego abrí illustrator para seguir con un proyecto, no me deja abrir el proyecto ya que dice que le pertenece a otra cuenta pero se supone que sigue siendo la misma cuenta e igual me pasa en Behance. Mi cuenta aparece como una nueva y no está mi portafolios que yo había subido pero si yo busco el link de mi portafolio si me aparece pero como una nueva cuenta y yo solo puedo ver no puedo editar ni nada y es bien raro porque mi cuenta ahora me aparece con otra foto de perfil y la que tenía antes solo sale cuando busco el link del portafolio pero es como si fuera otra cuenta diferente de otra persona y el correo con el que siempre entro es como si ya no fuera de mi cuenta de siempre dond

Hello, I really need some help with my. adobe creative cloud desktop app. I can't log in. I have tried everything (delete all the apps linked to the creative cloud, reinstall them several times, change my password, try. new ways of log in ...) and nothing have worked. When i open my creative cloud desktop app and when i enter my. mail adress + my passoword i have the same message every time : I really need some help because the Adobe softwares are my work tools and without them i can't work...  A big thank you in advance to any of you who will try to help me !

So, back in August 2024 we went from Adobe ID to Federated ID successfully.  We then edited user details to align their accounts with our SSO.  Adobe IDs had been largely built with a first initial last name convention.  We have since updated Azure to use first name. last name.  Once the accounts were federated it appeared that the email change took place.  However, that was about a month ago, and I am seeing an increase in tickets where users can't log in using SSO.  Upon investigating, the user is still showing as federated, but I now have their old email convention back on the licensed product and their new email address has no products.  Is this potentially due to the users not logging into their products with the SSO email?

Recieved rencetly some brand new imacs and macbooks. They are the m1 processor. I tried to create a new creative cloud shared license package. When i unzip on the test machine, and try and run it, i get "this software can't be installed on this computer" with the only option being close. Is there a way to see the log to see what the actual error is? is this a known issue? osx version is 11.0.1 which is what came with the machine. photoshop etc, version is 2021 (22.1.1) need either a log file or some explanation whats going on here....
