Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Good morning, I have an I7 8700, 32GB of ram and Geforce GTX 1050.Noise reduction with AI is very slow for me, it takes about 4 or 5 minutes per photograph. They had told me that it was done from Adobe computers and the internet connection was important. I have a good connection. Why does it take me so long to do the noise reduction? What influences speed?

I am using the app on my cell phone. When I first got the app months ago, it worked amazing. Lately in the last couple weeks, after editing a photo I go to save it and the app crashes completely losing my work to the point I will have to repeat the edits 3 or 4 times to get it to save. I've tried all the trouble shooting steps that I can think of, my phone has plenty of storage space and this issue still occurs. It's becoming very irritating.

Using current version iOS app and current version iOS Whenever I select and try to export more than 5 images at a time, even when exporting as small jpeg files, I lose the option to "save to photos".  It just disappears from the list, and I can't figure out why. Does anyone know how to fix this so that I can just always export directly to photos since that is where I want my exports to go 100% of the time? Thanks.

Die Creative Cloud App zeigt „Seite nicht verfügbar“, und ich kann mich nicht mehr korrekt anmelden – obwohl ich ein Abo habe und die Programme installiert sind. Ich möchte weiterhin meine installierte Lightroom/Photoshop-Version (keine Updates nötig) nutzen. Ich benötige eine Lösung für die Anmeldung auf älteren Systemen. Danke!

I am on iOS 18.5 on an IPad. Subscriber to LR/PR running LR Mobile version 10.4.0. I imported from multiple SD cards using LR Import right from the card. I can see Camera Information in the Info view for each photo, but only two of the 3 cameras show up under Lightroom View/All Photos/Filter/Camera. Also, the counts are way off. I have checked and there are no other filters applied that would down select the options. Furthermore, I have added photos into Albums in Folders. When I am in an album and use Filter by Camera, I get no camera options: it is just blank. Screenshot attached. Yes I have restarted the iPad. Thanks in advance 

Hello everyone! There is a bug in Lightroom app on Android which causes HDR photos made using the built-in camera to be missing from Imports for several hours or even longer. Ordinary DNGs pop up instantly. Complete restarting causes HDRs to appear but this is far from usable.

Hello everyone, I usually use "lightroom classic", but I tried to use lightroom. and I have trouble selecting a group of photos for export, in lightroom classic it's easy, I know how to do it and I've done it for years, in "lightroom" I can't find the option to select this subgroup of images in the menu, i don't want to do it manualy do you know what i mean? . Can you help me?

Auf meinem mac book air (M2, 2022) wird meine Kamera Nikon Z6 II in Lightroom einfach nicht erkannt! Hab's schon mit diversen Kabeln probiert...

I really do not know what you are thinking by putting all the text in a smaller font than the menu buttons and those are already small on a big monitor.    I cannot read most of what you are displaying now and when I go to the preferences for 150% or 200% nothing happens.    For example the location names of the file are almost half height of the menu font on my 2k monitor with win 11.  I will not continue paying for something I cannot use.

I'm thinking about switching from my current LRc on PC + NAS workflow to a lighter and 100% cloud Lightroom for iPad (presumably an iPad Air M3) with a decent data plan. I still don't have the iPad so I cannot check by myself. Are local masks and and AI denoise available on the iPad LR version ? And how can I periodically backup all my photos on a hardrive/NAS for increased data security ?

I'm trying to export small JPG files of raw images on my Mac. A window opens that says unable to export, and the .text file that does export says "XMP develop error." Full disk access has been granted in my Mac system preferences and I've done it 10 times on a PC no issue. Thank you. 

Hello, I have an issue with Lightroom because I can't use the premium account functionalities. I paid for it in February 2025. I just got a new phone. It was working on my old phone but does not work on my new phone. Every time I try to use the functionality, I get a message that says there is a problem come back later. If it is related to a school account, I no longer have access to this account. If this is the case, I would like my subscription to be transferred to an account that I can access or a refund as I can not use a feature that I paid for. Thank you!

Hallo zusammen,vor kurzem habe ich mir das Foto Abo bei Adobe gekauft und ich möchte es wieder kündigen, weil es mir doch zu teuer ist. Meine 14 Tägige Probezeit ist noch nicht abgelaufen, also würde ich eine komplette Rückerstattung kriegen. Allerdings kann ich meinen Abo nicht kündigen, weil dort steht: "Wir haben die Zahlung für dein neues Abo erhalten. Die Verwaltung dieses Abos wird in Kürze möglich sein."Das steht dort bereits seit einigen Tagen und ich würde gerne wissen, ob man das beheben kann. Wenn mir jemand auf die Sprünge helfen könnte, würde mich das sehr freuen.Vielen Dank im Voraus 🙂 !

All, I can't figure out what the cleanup folder means in Lightroom web?  It is shown under my all photos menu when you open the carrot.  I have over 1k photos in this folder and I don't know why they are there or what to do with these images.  I can't find the definition anywhere.  Does anyone know what this folder was created for?

I've seen other posts dancing around this issue, but not one that address my bug directly. Here is my process- using a sample file After taking the pictures with my camera I  import them directly into LR     DSC_2574.nef @ 8256x5504  I edit as normal (including crop, but this photo had no crop)  I tap Export -> Edit in PS  PS opens up with the picture    DSC_2574-Edit.psd @ 2560 x 1707  I do my edit (add transparancy, etc, but not important to this bug)  I send the photo back to LR    DSC_2574-Edit.psd @ 2560 x1707 I've read some posts abnout having the full res photo in the cloud, and not just the smart preview The full res file is on the ipad, in the LR catalogIt is in a sync'd collectionThe collection is sync'd to LRCLRC know has the full res photo, as referenced by both LRC and the Windows File exporer.Also, just for completion, I have "store locally" checked on the collection&nbs

Please help, a few days ago I bought a premium subscription for Lightroom for my phone for a month. Today I go into the application and see that I don't have a premium subscription, I updated the application several times and it didn't give any result. But in the Play Market it says that my subscription is active and paid. What should I do? The money is gone, and there is no premium subscription, what should I do? 

I send a lot of albums to clients for event photography via the share option. I copy the link and email it to them. When you download photos from this link, there is no size option when they start the download so they are getting my R5's 8192x5464 files. I think it would be really nice if you could have like 3 download options... original, web and custom. Is there a reason this isn't included? Should I be doing something in LR to resize them before sharing?

Hi I have Collections in my Adobe Portfolio for say Wildlife, Travel, People etc. Each Collection has many Pages (Albums) imported from Ligthroom. This all works as expected. I can navigate to these Collection through the navigation bar but I was wondering whether I can create a 'menu' page with perhaps images linked to each Collection, a collection of Collections. I did wonder whether this is a limitaion of the theme but canot see it offered in any of the themes. Thank you for your help

Hi everyone, I'm running Lightroom 2024 on a 2018 Macbook Pro, iOS 13.4, with the Intel Iris Plus Graphics 655 1536MB graphics processor. 8 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3 memory if that matters. I have "use graphics processor" selected. If i unselect it then Lightroom gets unusably slow. In basically every photo, when trying to add an Object mask, the object brush is randomly cut off from certain edges. I can somewhat fix this by moving the picture around, and then it gets cut off from other edges. There is no pattern to the location at which the object mask stops showing up. It doesn't "select" beyond the barrier and none of my other friends have this issue. What's going on?

Hi, wherever I open, edit or zoom in and out quickly in the Lightroom App (33mp files) my Bluetooth headphones crackle and the connection is lagging (Sony WH-1000XM5).It is very annoying. I'm using the Samsung Galaxy S23.(Android, headphone firmware, Lightroom App is all up to date) Did anyone experience something similar?  Thanks!
