Hi guysI have a new macbook pro with Monterey on it, I've unchecked the box that says 'animated zoom' but it still stays on. I know a lot of people love it but myself and others in the company don't, how do I rid my photoshop of the A.Zoom? TIADan

Hi everyone,I have a problem with some images that contain a smart object. I need to modify the crop after working with the liquify tool. When I crop, the liquify shifts from the area it should act on. Does anyone have a solution? For now I've duplicated all the images and I'm rasterizing the layer, but obviously I can't go back. As far as I can tell it's not there, and considering that show mask uses the same key and also isn't assignable, this is very frustrating. If you're on a pixel layer \ shows the mask. If you're on an adjustment layer, it temporarily disables it. Ideally, we'd be able to assign both of these, but at the very least, please don't have the new behavior override the pre-existing behavior that we're used to. 

Bonjour, Selon Microsoft : «Les attaques de phishing SVG représentent une menace discrète, utilisant des fichiers image pour diffuser du contenu malveillant directement dans les boîtes de réception./...».  Alors ma question est : pourquoi Adobe (comme tous les grands de ce monde d'ailleurs) inclut-il encore des extensions images .SVG dans la structure de leurs logiciels car si Outlook du grand Micosoft peut être affecté,  il m'est impossible de ne pas faire d'autres liens... So for 3 years this issue is still happening at my High School Mac Lab, this has been asked before but never solved, can someone look into this? If I try to use the brush in Lightroom or Photoshop, I can hover around OUTSIDE of the image. As soon as I hover OVER the image the cursor gets stuck and i can no longer move it. The effect of the brush is applied however,  I just cannot see where I'm painting.  Most of the times it works when I lower the brushsize, but there's no fixed size where it occurs.  And the same problem with Photoshop. I have a feeling there's a link between the brushsize where i can move the cursor and the resolution of the image, but I'm not sure about that.Restarting the Macbook and/ or LR/PS does not solve the problem. Every version of Photoshop for the last 3 yearsApple M1 MaxMAC OS: 15.1 (24B83)                                        &nbs

Hello,When transforming selection (Select>Transform Selection) on a regular layer, it seems to work fine and quick., but when doing it on a group or on a smart layer with multiple filters, this seemingly simple task takes too long to calculate for some reason (rendering the smart filters...), although it's not editing the content of the selection, but just the marching ants.Moreover, when I record an action for transforming selection (or when I use similar code in scripting), the action would transform the whole group/whole smart layer instead of just transforming the selection. the alternative may be the use of "Expand" or "contract" instead of transforming the selection, but that doesn't yield the same result.My workaround for now is to use code to deselect all layers, transform the selection, and then reselect the layers.

Very disappointing, I will try another program, I thought Sharpen would be a basic editing tool, but apparently not.

Nach dem das Programm Photoshop gestern Abend einwandfrei funktionierte, kann ich heute Morgen NICHT weiterarbeiten da sich PS nicht mehr öffnen lässt - Es erscheint nachfolgender Text: "Dieser Vorgang konnte nicht ausgeführt werden, weil die Datei nicht gefunden wurde". In "programmen" auf meinem MAC sind alle Dateien Vorhanden. Letztes Update wurde Ende August durchgeführt. Bitte um eine einfache Anleitung wie ich PS wieder nutzen kann. Danke im Voraus Maria

Hi, I'm new to Ps, and the magic eraser tool hasn’t shown up for me in the app. I can see it in the web version, though. I’ve checked the Extra Tools section and also reset the Essential Workflow, but neither of these helped.  Any suggestions? Hi guys,   I saved PSB like 2 hours ago at work, tried to open it now at home and i got a message that its not compatible with this version of Photoshop (its the same version, same computer, same file location). This happened several times already and i have to say im starting to get fairly irritated and paranoid about reliability of this program.   Anyone has any ideas how to open the file? i have previous versions that work fine but it will set me back several hours of work, and as we all know the first good result can never be replicated the same. The PSB has around 8GB but i made sure it saved and i didnt fiddle around with anything while it was saving.     MacOS 14.5 M1 Max 64GB / Photoshop 25.12.0 20240903.r.806 055f5e9 arm64     so...this is why i pay $700 per year? But at least we can AI generate [cursing removed] flowers right?

I'm using the brush and that is happening. Idk how can i solve it, it never happened when i was using the Photoshop on windows.

Hello Experts!I posted a few days ago that my Object Removal tool isn’t working properly. Sometimes it works fine, but other times it gets stuck. When I turn off AI mode, it works for a few tries, then the same issue comes back. If I reset the tool, it works for a while again. This problem never happened before, and it’s driving me crazy when I’m working on projects that need to be delivered on time.Another tool I love is Dust Removal. But why isn’t it available in LrC? Also, there’s no way to use it in batch. I tried using it in Bridge, but when exporting, some files don’t apply the effect after export. I really wish it was in LrC or at least had a batch-processing option.And finally, the latest LrC keeps fetching files for a long time and takes extra time when exporting. I honestly don’t know what to do. I know I could downgrade LrC and solve the problem, but Denoise is very important for me. I have created a new file, the only one open, and when I added a photo to the file, 'ghost' images from closed files show up. Before creating the file, I had opened another file and noticed that there were two large patches of red and blue on the screen. I closed that file since it seemed to be affecting my computer memory (not sure really what was going on, but there was a problem). Now I get this image. The two images I notice are a photo of my front door I had edited and another graphics file I created. The new file is 3000px x 2250px, RGB, 8 bits, transparent background. My RAM is good: 25040 MB and ideal range says 13772-18028, with photoshop using 70%. I am on a Windows 11 64 bit PC (V. 24H2, OS build 26100.4946) running Photoshop 26.10.0 CC. My graphics card is working right and no issues: Pass: DirectX available Pass: DirectX feature level 12.2 available, feature level 12.0 required Pass: Above required VRAM (12115 MB of 1500 MB required) GPU Detected:

Lorsque je lance Photoshop, il s'ouvre en arrière-plan (visible dans le gestoinnaire des tâches) mais l'application n'est pas accessible.J'ai redémarré lo'rdi, vidé le cache, désinstallé Photoshop et réinstalle Photoshop en le mettant à jour. Rien n'y fait.Je n'ai ce souci avec aucune autre appli de Adobe.J'ai beau chercher en ligne, je ne trouve aucune solution.Je suis sur PC, Windows 11 à jour.Noter aussi que j'ai tenté la procédure avec aucun autre logiciel ouvert et qu'aucune appli n'a été installée avant la surenance de ce problème.Merci à tous

Hi,I am having issues with the cloud not syncing on photohop on ipad, I have tried logging out on both ipad and windows desktop photoshop, creative clouds, and reinstalling but have had no luck trying to fix it. Is it affecting the syncing of shared files too? Because I'm working on a shared file with a friend and their latest changes isn't syncing to my file. Not really sure what to do here, tried finding an adobe support email wihout luck so I thought to try the community. Thanks so much!

HDR was never to my liking as too much AI effect but now I've been awakened by accidentally touching the HDR button in Photoshop on this image... Wow, it fits! And heres my two questions: 1.) a message comes on screen saying I do not have my HDR display settings enabled in preferenes, I do not want to mess with how it already looks so what and where are these 'settings' and should I even touch them if I'm already happy? And 2.) I cannot use generative expand on this image in Photoshop, so I made a screen shot to get the expanded left side of the image I wanted and that worked. Why does generative Expand or Fill not work on this HDR image and how can I 'fix it' so that it works like a normal Photoshop image file?TIA,  Ken

For several days I have had problems with Photoshop beta, I had to install the normal Photoshop since the beta stopped working, I open the program and it closes instantly, I updated to the latest driver and it worked for a while, then it stopped working, the normal version of Photoshop works normally, but the truth is I want to use Photoshop beta to access all the new tools that are not in normal Photoshop I don't think it's due to computer problems. I can't seem to turn off Feathering (not that I recall turning it on) and now I can't cleanly fill a selection even when the feather value is set to zero. Is this a bug, or did photoshop auto-update and change something while I wasn't looking?
