Photoshop and other applications from my plan cannot find an internet connection. They cannot be verified and give an error, first 12015 and then 102. After that, the application closes. The Internet is available, the subscription is paid. I have a windows 11 64x
Hello,I have:M1 Pro Macbook Pro, 16 gb ramI have a file that I can't export it PDF because of an error. I have read on the internet that I should uncheck the " use graphic procesor" before I should try export it PDF. I tried it and it didn't work. When I unchecked the graphic procesor the images went FADED as if I worked in cmyk ( or when you hit "cmd+Y " ) After that I checked the ' use graphic procesor ' as it was before and restarted the PS.PRobleem is here: The images are still FADED with the processor toggled on and I don't know what to do.After a few restarts now i'm in a complet mess. The photos are faded when the procesor is on and normal when the procesor is off. Before that it was the other way around.I need to have my procesor on because of the performance and I don t know what do to.One thing: If i m exporting the photo, the colors are normal.I have:- Reinstalled PS- Update MACOS- Open the PS with CMD SHIFT CONTROL- Delete cachUPDATE 1: From what i m seeing it's like photosh

Starting with 400x400 image size, with 40 pt text layer. 2 letters, kerned at 5.Wanting to create the same text layer with the same kerning at various larger sizes. For example: 500x500 image size with 50 pt text layer, 1500x1500 image size with 150 pt text layer etc.Simply typing the larger text layer in the larger image size can produce different kerning positions. Normally one px difference. To confirm what the new size should be regarding the correct kerning, I have tried every way of testing I can find using upscaling techniques and they can all give different results. It also changes depending on what size I start with to upscale.Increasing image size Increasing image size with Scale Styles Duplicating the layer, sending it to the new canvas and increasing the font pt Converting to smart object, opening text layer as .psb and then increasing font pt Free transform as a shape and smart object Free transform as live text (this can produce kerning differences within dead zones)If I

Hi ,Sorry, I selected the wrong category. To clarify, the device is computer.I’m using the Brush tool in Photoshop on the web with a Wacom pen tablet. When I draw with the Wacom pen, I often get the following warning, as shown in the attached screenshot:This seems to happen when the pen is touching surface for an extended period of time while using the Brush tool.I have already tried the following:Set the Wacom pen side button / side switch to No Action Disabled Press and Hold for right-clicking in Windows Control Panel > Pen and TouchHowever, the same issue still keeps happening. Is there any way to prevent this warning from appearing, or is there a known fix or workaround for this issue?Thank you.
I am modifying this mirror frame image. With the application of a mask it will be shown in different contexts / colour ways. The NEF image was opened as a Smart Object via Camera Raw.I need to make a few changes to the photo ie: removal of the fine casurina needles (leaves) etc.Is there a non-destructive or destructive way retouching which updates with the Smart Object?I think I have exhausted all options. Hopefully a photoshop fairy will appear!Thank you
The move tool is no longer an arrow. It looks like a paint tool.
Photoshop is running very slow for the last few days when it was running perfect before. I have used the program on different computers, so it is not the computer.
Hi, I am working with LR 14.2 and PS 26.3 on Mac Mini M4 with Sequoia 15.3.1.LR preferences are set to use PS as external TIFF 8bit image editor with Adobe RGB 1998 color profile (same profile is set in PS).I import a RAW image into Lightroom, apply a user preset, export to photoshop, make some changes, save as TIFF and close. Returning to LR I find the TIFF image with a develop adjustment applied.I have noticed that sometimes is the same preset of the RAW image, sometimes there is just the small develop icon in the bottom right corner of the thumbnail which seems no changes has been applied. Is it possible to prevent LR from applying any sort of develop adjustment?
It’s been a while since setting up a new install of Photoshop and having trouble remembering how to change this, and hoping someone can point it out as searching isn’t coming up with anything. I want to allow editing of a mask off the canvas edge, such as using a brush or selection fill. For example this vector shape with a glow effect goes outside the canvas area, and I want to mask it using a selection. Currently the selection only affects inside the canvas area, allowing the bits of vector shape outside the canvas to still be there and produce a glow effect.
I am preparing to take the International Association for Identification (IAI) Latent Fingerprint Examiner Certification examination this fall. The examination materials strongly recommend that candidates become familiar with Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020, as that is the version used during the testing process. I would like to inquire whether Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020 is still available for purchase or download. If so, I would appreciate information on how I can obtain a legitimate copy of that specific version. If the software is no longer available directly from Adobe, I would be grateful for any guidance regarding alternative options for accessing or licensing Photoshop Elements 2020 for training and practice purposes. Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to your response
The Canvas Size has been degraded in several unnecessary ways.Everything is miniature and hard to read on a 4K monitor. Kind of like the Bridge is now. This no longer matches the style of the Image Resize pop-up. Was this intentional? Percent was moved to the bottom of the list, though I believe most of us use that quite often when we realize that we’ve undersized our document, or want to create some margin.Look at the mismatch between the two windows in the attachment. Is Photoshop 27.6 an unfinished version? Shouldn’t the Resize Image pop-up have been degraded in the same way as the Canvas Size?Interestingly, these two extremely important user entry windows have been declining in readability over time. The fields used to be recessed and large, with a high contrast background and bold text that was very easy to see. Perhaps it didn’t look “attractive” that way, but these are two very important user entry panels. Why not provide big bold fonts so that our chance of making an er
Occasionally, I can't transform an object after entering Free Transform mode. The transform box appears, but I can't rotate or manipulate it with the mouse, although entering values directly in the toolbar still works. The Hand Tool also starts behaving strangely—it becomes glitchy and seems to get stuck around a specific location instead of panning the canvas normally. These issues disappear after I close and reopen Photoshop. You can see the problem in the video below:Video captureI suspect I may have accidentally pressed an unknown shortcut or enabled some kind of mode, but I can't figure out what it is. Does anyone know how to return Photoshop to its normal state without restarting the program? Having to reopen Photoshop every time is disrupting my workflow and costing me a lot of time.
When I circle item in Photoshop and click Generative Fill--I get a message-"this feature is currently not available." I can use the Remove feature of that task bar, but not Generative. I have updated, but this has been going on for a couple days.
Since updating to Photoshop v26.10 I’ve encountered a severe bug with layer masks. After using “Remove Background” (or when working with masks in general), painting with black on the mask works as expected (removes areas). However, painting with white does not restore any masked areas. I’ve been working professionally with Photoshop and masks for years – this is not a workflow or settings issue (foreground/background colors, brush mode, opacity/flow, etc. have all been checked). The problem persists across files, even after restarting the Mac and testing on completely new documents. This issue appeared only after updating to 26.10, so it seems to be a regression/bug introduced in this version.
I recently started to wrok with video grading and get to know False Color it is very valuable tool to set proper exposure when taking video but also to set exposure at color grading stage. This video explain it breefly. However there's no such tool in Lighroom & ACR.Highlight and Shadows Clipping warning built in the ACR is serving entirely different purpose, i think it simply tells you if data you import from ACR to Photoshop is goingt o be clipped, but it does not aid in setting exposure.Allow me to demonstrate.Highlight Clipping warning is turned ON and histogram shows clipping, yet no red overlay is showing in ACR. If i was to export JPG rom ACR it would also have sky overexposed. So highlights clipping warning in ACR is not intended for aiding exposure. This is a False Color plugin from time-in-pixels set up to capture main monitor input and show False Color on another monitor, it clearly shows the highlights are clipped. Now i use adjust sky ex
My workflow is built around the regular use of various JSX scripts—from different authors, ranging from simple ones with just a couple of lines to complex ones with hundreds of lines. About two weeks ago, I started regularly getting the "JavaScript code was missing" error when running certain scripts. Re-running the same script usually works without problems. Or it causes a repeat error. It's unpredictable. Otherwise, Photoshop works reliably and quickly. My Windows 11 system is up to date and has all the latest updates. All device drivers are up to date. I'm confident my hardware is working correctly (including because no other applications experience errors, and the operating system logs contain no records of hardware issues). Strictly speaking, nothing is installed on my computer except Photoshop, Office applications, a browser, and the operating system. The paths to all system folders and user profile files contain only Latin characters.I read all the available materials on this top
I select my photos in Bridge and open them one at a time to edit them in Photoshop. I can open a few images by double-clicking on them in Bridge, and then suddenly Photoshop doesn’t react anymore when I want to open them. The only thing that helps is forcing Photoshop to stop (because when it happens, I can’t close photoshop the normal way anymore for some reason) and restart it. It gets quite frustrating when I have to do it every four or five photos.
Here's an interesting yet gross tech adaptation moment I did not see comoing.I feel utterly violated. Upon export of an image I just completed to send off I am being prompted that a content credential is being applied because generative AI was used. And this is Adobe's to watermark in my image metadata how? That is the first problem. [cursing removed] with watermarking my images. If Adobe wants to watermark my images, they can pay the subscription. Until then, this has ethical implications that transcend the nature of our relationship. The second problem is: THERE IS NO GENERATIVE AI in MY IMAGE.I need first to be clear that even if there were, Adobe has no business force tagging creations I have made with the tools I pay for with information I do not want included. Among dozens of other concerns moral and ethical, there's the challenge that I face now; Adobe is playing content creation police and they are issuing a ticket for Ai when there is none and I CANNOT OVERRIDE IT
Hi,chapter 1 verse 1 of tracing around an object. Black for brush colour, Create the brush diameter and adjust the hardnesss slider until the soft edge matches that of the object. e.g. 7 pixels fade off, Q for quick mask and away you go. I trace within the object, so tracing along an aerial wire is a sane achievable task etc.Start tracing then lessen the diameter when you come across a narrow item, e.g a ships tapering mast, or a side view propeller blade, or aerial post etc. FAIL FAIL FAIL.Photoshop despite existing since version 3, has the brush softness change as well, so the propeller blade ends up with a trace far sharper than its soft edge has. e.g 3 pixels.Thats the rule of tracing broken. what should be a constant softness of e.g. 7 pixels is 7 with 5 then 3 then 2 for items that are thin or taper. There should be a setting called keep feather edge thickness, tick it then alter brush diameter, and I use [ and ] keys. Is there such ?As after 30 yrs of working with
Tried using ACR autonomous image straighting feature. The image I thought was an easy task for AI. The subject is the Parthenon complex in Centennial Park, in Nashville TN. Once the process was finished and I was back in PS the image did not look straight. Using the Guides in PS I discovered the top A frame where the mythical creatures are housed the platform from Left to Right was off by a substantial amount. Correction; Since this is a well known structure perhaps have an image db where ACR can connect and use as a refrence point to insure edges are at least at a 90 degrees flat. Yes, image was corrected using Adaptive Wide Angle FilterJust a thought.
