Photoshop

Looks like purchasing Lr and PS in a bundle is impossible at the moment, at least from Poland. In total I've tried 3 different banks, 4 different cards, 3 devices and 2 payment methods (card / PayPal). Cards data is for sure valid - it's stored in my browser and it has been used multiple times. Support was not helpful at all.

Hey guys I wanted to ask how to run a script in CS6 to process multiple images quickly into a Smart Object area, my designs are all Black and White and I'm only replacing a single Smart Object on a background image...I've seen a few Youtube videos explaining the process but I want to either create a simple script myself or find one that I could modify/copy...My process would be:Take 250+ images from a single folder (they can be PDFs or JPEGs...what would work better?)Replace the original smart object with each image one by one.Match the width, but not the height (some of the images are more square, some are rectangular etc.)Save as a Jpeg into a new folderCan anyone advise on this?  Cheers, Ben

So, I'm tying to animate using the video timeline, but every time I add an empty frame in between, it deletes all following frames and the drawings are just gone. Is there a way to fix this?

Windows 11, PS ver 26.4.1,  Canon Raw files After carrying out edits/changes etc in ACR and then dropping back into PS an entry is not showig in the history tab that ACR has been used. or is it me and never did ?

Die manuelle Eingabe funzt hier gut, lediglich der Versuch einen Text (von ChatGpt oder in Pages erstellt) mit copy & paste einzufügen scheitert.... Textfeld bleibt leer....🤨 Da der Fehler oft VOR dem Bildschirm sitz..... => was mach ich falsch, oder warum funzt es nicht? Danke!

Hello!I am desperately trying to get my paintings reliably printed.   I have photographed my paintings, uploaded them to PHOTOSHOP, edited and saved them then  printed them at a local print shop.  I did all this but what printed did not match my photoshop/monitor edits of paintings at all.  They told me that I need to get my monitor calibrated using a product called Spyder5Pro, and then use Display Profile Adobe RGB 1998.I used my iMac's monitor calibration feature, but it created some weird colors for my monitor.  It also seemed to create it's own Display profile different from the Adobe RGB 1998 profile.  They appear to be mutually exclusive profiles!I did order the Spyder5Pro, but now I am wondering if it is going to create it's own Display profile, also different from the Adobe RGB 1998 profile.How do I both calibrate my monitor AND use the Adobe RGB profile?My goal is to be able to create my own JPEGs for printing purposes, since I like editing m

When the mask is enabled, the layer has no visible content. When the right-click menu "Export As" is selected, a pop-up box shows that there is no image. When the mask is disabled, there is visible content. When the right-click menu "Export As" is selected, a pop-up box shows that there is an image. Hi. I have this issue that happens sometimes. Sometimes it fix itself, or restarting the software, but not now, and I'm tired of this problem.  In the image you can se a Font-layer (back) and a Form-layer (front) with the SAME COLOR (#ca9506, a kind of yellow-gold), but in the font-layer it work different, it changes a lot form one layer to another. It only happens on font-layer, if I rasterize the layer or make it in form, the color works fine, but if I want to keep it in Font format, to change the words or something, it doesn't work properly.If I scan the color on the font-layer shows me this color: #bb9425.And, fun fact, If I change the color of the Layer font to the same color scaning the layer itself, it goes to gray color.   Photoshop version 26.4.1. For over 20 years, I have battled the menu tree to show/hide selection edges.I toggle this on/off 20x each time I am editing.Does the prolitariat need to sieze the means of production in order to get a keyboard shortcut?

Hello, I am trying to extend the background of this image, but when i select the background, Photoshop does not recognize that i have selected the background, instead it selects the subject, as shown in the screenshot. I am using the latest version of the program. Adobe Photoshop Version: 26.4.1 20250225.r.194 4c5f14b x64. It's the first time this has happened to me. Any ideas or suggestions? Thank you

Hi I'm on the latest version of photoshop and have a swatch palette of Pantone Connect swatches - when i hover over a swatch its not showing up the name - its working fine in Illustrator. Is there a setting I can change somewhere or is this a bug?  Mac info below..thanks 

I'm sure this is just me but... I am a usual Lightroom user, and will probably go back to it now, but on using Photoshop today I am confused by an issue. After auto "de-noising" an image and saving it as a jpeg the image, when uploaded to a 3rd party printing site, still shows the noise in it... Am I going mad?

I have trouble with dust getting into the scanning process of printed photos. I know, I know - work harder on avoiding the dust in the first place. I will, but I will never eliminate it, and I'm getting ready to scan a LOT of photos. The content-aware Spot Healing Brush does a magical job, but it's laborious to click on all the spots one by one. While doing that on a a particularly dusty scan of an old 8x10 aerial photo of a marathon (see small snippet below), I decided to look for something more automatic. Because it was scanned at 1200dpi, the image content had no sharp color changes, making the dust distinctive by sharpness. I tried the Dust & Scratches filter, but even at a setting of only 2 or 3 pixels, I was not happy with the effect on the image content, and a setting of 1px didn't catch enough of the dust.So my engineering brain started imagining how the various smarts of Photoshop could theoretically be combined to automate it, and I thought I'd ask if something like this

Hello, I work for a company that asked me to build them a photoshop specific workstation, after considering going overkill (9950X/128gb ram/ 4080) I spent a little more time and saw the diminished returns of some specific pieces and came up with a more budget friendly config. The projects mostly consist of 20gb tiff files for color correcting and some editing using clone tools and stuff like that. Using some of the hardware we already have (2x 2tb ssds 2x 5tb hdds), this are the specs ryzen 9700x64gb ram 5600mhzAsus TUF b650-e motherboard.RTX 4060ti. 1tb nvme. 2tb sata SSD x25tb WD Black x2 The questions I have, since I don't work with Photoshop at all are: Would 128gb ram have a big impact considering the size of the files?Is the 1tb nvme enough for System + scratch disk or should I have a different disk for the system? The project itself will be saved to the 2tb ssds and eventually moved to the 5tb for storage.  Thank you in advance for any tip

Hi all.I recently got a Photoshop subscription, but I've been using it for the past four years through my college, which provided it to students. I never had any issues until my school subscription ended, and I had to start paying for it myself. Now, Photoshop crashes whenever I try to save my work—though not every time, it happens about one in three saves. My PC specs haven't changed, so I don't understand why this is. Hi there! I need an EASY way to get rid of LOTS of repeating dark spots. I am making BIG art prints out of my paintings that are painted on cotton fabric - the holes in the weave of the fabric show up as darker spots, see screenshot. I tried lots of instruction on getting rid of repeating patterns. The only thing that worked was an FFT. But it didn't work well with every painting. Right now I am manually editing out the more noticable spots with spot healing. But boy, are these two options complicated/a lot of work. I don't have experience with all of the new editing capabilities, AI etc. But if one click can edit out people perfectly, there should be an easy fix to make this pattern less noticable, brighten up/blend in the dark spots, right (either in PS or LR), right?! Also, the fabric is super fuzzy. I hope there now is also a way to easily, automatically edit this out with a few clicks, instead of manually healing away every single fuzz :'(?  Thank you!

I'm having a problem opening existing PS files on PS 2021. When I try to open them PS opens and has the file title showning on the tab and the file image displayed in the Navigator window. But the file does not display on the work area/artboard. I'm on Big Sur, could this be the problem.

Hi, I'm trying to create a script for Photoshop that  will convert layered tiff files to png files with transparency.I created this script, but despite having transparency = true in the save options, the pngs are saved without transparency. I work in CMYK mode creating comics and my color swatches all have 0% black. When I try to do a gradient, say from 30% magenta to 40% cyan the  gradient tool is adding 4% black to the blend. I have two computers, both running latest versions, but it is only happening on one. I can't see any difference in settings so am baffled as to why this is happerning. In researching this, I noticed someone had the same issue 3 yeras ago but the community didn;' have an answer then ...  Hopefully, better luck this time! Any ideas? Thanks!
