Photoshop

Hola, necesito ayuda, al tratar de abrir photoshop me sale el siguiente mensaje No se ha podido iniciar photoshop porque el perfil ICC no es válido

So I have EXR-IO 2.6.0 plugin installed to work with exr files, but after latest update the open dialog no longer available. Is it no longer supported? 

Haven't used Bridge in a while. Open it and it just spins for hour and not loading any files from my desktop, external drive or anything

I have an extendscript javascript script that has been working for 2 years, that reads from a UTP-8 XML file and fills in the text on the correct layers in Photoshop that worked on 25.9.1 On changing to 25.12.1 This now adds Â before the ¾. I am using ¾ as the HTML entity in the XML file to add in the fraction. This happens on any fractions I use, but not on & or '. Does anyone know why this is happening or what has changed? Or better yet how to fix it.

I wonder if anyone has suggestions on the following.  I needed to match the greens in the upper part of LAYER D (rightmost layer) to LAYER C adjoining it to the left.  I lassoed the area and used Color Range to select the darker green and match it to the left using a Curves Layer.  The red rectangle surrounds the seam dividing the 2 Layers.  But the lighter green underneath the darker green was also selected in the Color Range selection and now these areas in LAYERS C & D (divided by the seam in the blue rectangle, screenshot 3) don't match.  Is there a tool or technique that would enable me to match these areas by, preferably, matching the color in the area of LAYER C defined approximately by the blue rectangle in screenshot 4?  I don't think Color Range will work for the same reason that it didn't distinguish between the 2 different greens in the other instance.  Many thanks.       

I have three problems that may be related. 1. I cannot register. An undefined registration error is reported. 2. I get the error message "Could not locate remote server" 3. I cannot save photos as web graphics because the function is grayed out. Does anyone know this problem?

While using the generative fill, the work process seams to start, but there is no result. It just goes back to the selection.  I read a few times this can happen while using a file in greyscale but mine is in RGB. I´m using a Laptop with the latest Windows and the latestes Photoshop.  Could it be possible, that the feature is blocked by anything? I´m not the only one with that problem...

Hi,CS6 had very obvious pale blue when a layer was active.Now I have just upgraded to latest photoshop 26.2 its a horrid grey when inactive is also grey.Visually its a shock as everything is dead flat and not even a highlight shadow on any of the buttons, panel lines, tools, just black outlines. Like it was designed by a child. CS6 far more pleasing to the eye. Even the icons are sharper focused.I have solved the terrible rulers, grey on grey couldnt see the numbers, and the divisions are now 0.2mm and before 1mm tall. what idiot has messed with all this.That ruler fix was using UIcolors.txt to get the backgrounds lighter matching CS6, now I can see the rulers better though divs need making taller .2mm to 1mm. I guess thats deep in the coding and beyond me. I cannot see where in that UI it controls the colour of active layers.or is it another editable file in adobe somewhere ? I also would like to have the active image tab a pale blue, forever struggling to see the active ima

When you have a layer mask and then want to fill with the background colour which I have set to black, normally all you have to do is press "cmd + delete" to fill the layer mask with black.Now it either doesn't work at all or randomly sometimes works.  It's really annoying, has anyone else come across the same problem. I'm on a Mac mini M4 and all software is up to date. Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks.  Mike

One of my users is getting this error when importing a .cube 3D LUT. Is there anything I can check either in Photoshop or by opening the .cube file in a text editor that can solve this issue?

This is an issue for me as well. I recently refreshed my PC, installed the most up to date latest version of Windows 11 Pro 24H2. I can't even download photoshop at all now, the webpage just keeps saying my OS isn't supported.

Recently did a photoshoot on my canon 5D Mark III and used live view since I neede to be right above my subjects.  My camera had a 1x1 aspect ratio on (didnt know how to fix it at the time, I did now, but didnt see an issue) but showed the full image on image playback so I thought it was fine.  I opened the images in Lightroom CC and they show up as regular aspect ratio until I click on them and they go into 1x1 and dont go back.  Is there any way to fix this or are all of my live view taken shots stuck like this?

I have a slight black line/trace that appears between the drawing of two black strokes on the Cintiq. What can I do please ? 

I've downloaded several 3D Lut files for the Color Lookup feature, and some of the older ones are still in there, but now, any time I add new ones, I have to manually load them every time instead of them being in the dropdown list. I've restarted Photoshop and the computer but nothing works. I've put the .CUBE files into the Adobe Photoshop 2023 folder in C:/Program Files/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop 2023/Presets/3DLUTs. There is no Adobe Photoshop 2024 folder, even though that's the current version I'm using. I tried to create one (this is my computer so I have full administrative rights), but after doing so, it just vanishes and can't seen. How do I get these .CUBE files to stay in the dropdown list so I don't have to manually load them one by one?

HiI'm using Photoshop CS6 and Windows 10.Whenever I try to resize the Photoshop document that I've uploaded to here (because it's 127MB), using the "Image > Image Size" command, I get a message saying "Could not complete the image size command because it's not a valid Photoshop document". Yet I can open it, edit it and save it without any problems - so it clearly is a valid Photoshop document, although there must be something about it that my version of Photoshop doesn't like. (The document was created by someone else but I need to edit it and then resize it.) Any idea what could be causing the problem and how I can  fix it? I've tried resetting my preferences file, but that made no difference. I've also tried creating a new PSD with the image size I want, then dragged all the layers from the problem file to the new file, and then selected all layers and tried to scale them using the Transform command - but I got a message saying it couldn't apply

Why is it that scripts written by me in script events manager are fast to execute with the beta version of PS, but 2024 and 2025 are slow to do so? This is a simple action: duplicates bkgnd. layer, then creates a blank layer below that, fills it with white, then reselects the duplicate layer.

Photoshop used to remember the location of the file you are working on in Mac OS. Now, it doesn't. The problem:File > Open a file in Folder A.File > Export a PNG to Folder A.File > Save the file in Folder A. Now, "Folder A" will be the default for opening, exporting, and saving, even after doing one of those 3 in a different directory. File > Open will default to Folder A.Navigate to Folder B, open a file.Make an edit.File > Export will now default to Folder A.Navigate to Folder B, export your image.Try making a new version of the file. Go to File > Save As.Save As will default to Folder A.Navigate to Folder B, and Save. Now try to do anything with File A and everything will be defaulted to Folder B. It's maddening. Expected Steps:File > Open File A in Folder A.File > Export defaults to Folder A. File > Open defaults to Folder A.Navigate to Folder B and open File B.File > Export should now default to the most recently accessed

Hi there, using MacOS Monterey version 12.7.6 and Photoshop 24.0 (i think is self-updated earlier) and up until today when i went to use the paintbrush im finding the movement of the stylus and marks made on the screen are not in sync. If i were to paint a freestyle black line w my stylus the black line istelf would appear a few seconds after id already lifted stylus up to continue w the image. Anyone know whats causing this? Thanks,Tyler
