I recently cancelled my plan for adobe express premium, but they still tried to charge me 2 weeks after i cancelled. Has this happened to anyone else? 

hi I have active subscription on another email but that is my work email and I have left that job and I don't have access to that email..how am I suppose to sign out there so I can use my subscription on my current and personal email?

Hello! I accidentally cancelled a subscription plan I had. I was grandfathered into the $15.99 Photography plan. I meant to cancel another plan - Total mistake! Can my original subscription at the $15.99 price be reinstated? I cannot afford the current price point, and am unable to repurchase for the updated full cost. I cancelled less than 30 days ago, I believe. Hoping someone can help me!

hello, im also being charges monthly $8 every month and im confused because I know i cancelled a subscription with adobe last april and it charges me every 29th of the month

I have two subscriptions - Adobe Acrobat Pro and Adobe AI - that have been wiped from my account.  I am unable to contact Adobe and they are now sending me a "renew subscription" email.  I don't have access at all to what I paid for.  Any help out there?

Hi, I have a question about my subscription renewal.My renewal date is October 7, but I noticed a message saying that Adobe wasn’t able to process my payment and that I need to update it before October 7.Could you please clarify:When exactly does Adobe attempt to charge the renewal payment — is it on the renewal date (Oct 7) or a few days/weeks before?If I plan to cancel my subscription before renewal, what is the latest safe date to cancel without being charged for the next term?Does Adobe hold or pre-authorize any payment amount before the renewal date?I just want to make sure I won’t be charged early if I choose to cancel before renewal.Thanks for your help!

Hi there, I have been debited £21.98 for a number of months now; My account shown no plans, hence I am confused what exatly is the fee for, as I believed that it would also covers Stock adobe montly credits.The only images from Stock Adobe I can download are those marked as ‘free’. 

I signed up for the 7-day trial and want to cancel my plan. All I can see it a "You'll be able to manage this plan shortly" message.   So cheeky of adobe to do this. Payments go through instantly and they don't need time to "process"   It's clearly a way of them making people forget to cancel the trial and charging them for the first month.   Very unethical. However, I am now seeing billing issues related to ₹1,596.54/month and ₹398.84/month plans, which I did not intend to continue after the free trial.When I try to manage or cancel the plans, I encounter a message saying:"You must resolve an issue with your payment details before making any changes to your plan. If you take no action, your plan will be suspended."I’ve attached a screenshot for reference:I do not wish to update my payment details or make any payments. I am writing on here because Adobe has made it essentially impossible for me to cancel my subscription, and I refuse to let Adobe's convoluted cancellation procedures leave me stuck with a subscription that I don't even use anymore.I noticed today on my billing statement that my Lightroom subscription was renewed for another month -- this I have no problem paying for, since it was on me for not remembering to cancel my subscription earlier.However, when I try to follow the steps to cancel my subscription, the "Manage Plan," "View Plan," and "Cancel Plan" buttons are missing entirely.Instead, I'm given a bogus alert saying "There is an issue with your payment details," and the only button I'm given is a "Manage Payment" button.First of all -- zero changes have been made to the credit card being used to pay for this subscription, and this is made even more obvious by the fact that the charge for this renewal literally appeared on my billing statement today.When I try to "update my b

I have downloaded free trial of the Adobe Illustrator and when I tried to cancel it, it offered an extension of the free trial for another 7 days which I agreed. However on that day, they charged my credit card with name: Illustrator ADOBE.COM IE. I talked to the customer service and he said: "I have checked all my records and also with our Backend Team as well for you. Unfortunately, I regret to inform you that the charge matching the information could not be found. In this case, I would kindly request you to contact your Respective Bank at the earliest to Dispute this charge and request for Chargeback (Refund) from the bank. " I searched the web and many has the same problem. Is this Fraud commited by Adobe to knowingly charged our credit card even we ended the free trial before it ends? Anyone reported to the police?

Hi,I’m writing here out of pure frustration after dealing with Adobe support for over a month with absolutely no resolution.On August 18, I received an email from Adobe Genuine Team (mail@email.adobe.com) claiming that my subscription was not genuine which makes no sense, since I purchased my subscription directly through an official Adobe representative.When I contacted Adobe support via chat, they told me:“After checking on our end, I can confirm that no such email was sent by Adobe. Also, the email address you shared is not an official Adobe ID. We kindly advise you to ignore any messages received from that address, as it is not affiliated with Adobe.” Two weeks later, I received another email from Adobe stating that my subscription had been cancelled because it was not genuine.From that moment on, everything has been a complete mess. I am trying to pay for Adobe Creative Cloud. But everytime I get an error  The operation may fail for various reasons. Double-check your payment information and make sure you entered it correctly. If this problem persists, you may need to use a different payment method or contact your bank.  I have tried several different cards but it throws the same error. I have contacted my bank(s) and they say everything is fine with my card.

Hi, I subscribed to the Creative Cloud Photography Plan since last year, and I cancelled my plan in March this year. However, I found out it wasn't cancelled and have been charged subscription fee every month. And there was a subscription fee increase in August from $23.23 AUD to $30.99 AUD, but I wasn't notified at all. I cancelled the plan again today and had to pay over $60 AUD for the cancellation. It would be appreciated if I could get refund on monthly payments from April and the cancellation fee. Thank you.

Hi I'm still a student enrolled in classes but my plan seemed to increase by 3x ($21/m -> $61/m) after this annual renewal. I will be a student for the next 3 years so how do I prevent an unjustified increase in price, and can I please have the excess refunded. I don't understand why Adobe cannot even send you a warning email let alone an invoice to warn you of these things.
