Hello! I had a monthly subscription of Indesign which I unsubscribed the day before the autorenewal of the subsription. Then I see that Adobe tried to charge me anyway (but it didn't work since I got a new debit card and haven't updated the card on the account). How can I let them know that I wont pay that new charge since I don't even have access to Indesign anymore? I'm also currently abroad and cannot call the support directly until February. Anyone with a recommendation of what to do? Thanks!

I was charged 33.29 after I canceled the free 7 day trial, I recieved an email confirmation of my cancelation yesterday, and it made me cancel again today. how do I go about getting a refund 

Hello, I was just charged $29.99 for an adobe subscription after making a free trial. However, I know I cancelled my free trial and recieved an email saying that it was cancelled. I've attached a screenshot as proof.

I want a refund on my membership. It's not letting me. Will not let me cancel my membership either. Is there a customer service phone number?

   Hi, I've been charged twice for a 7-week trial. The email and everything stated that the payment was going to be made on November 21.However, it was charged right away. I want to clarify that although it says pending, I can see it on the amount owed on my credit cards, meaning that it has been processed. Please reimburse my money as soon as possible as I don't have the money to invest right now. Thanks in advance 

Hello,I signed up for the 7 day free trial and now want to cancel the subscription. Adobe says I have to cancel through the apple App Store, however my subscription does not appear there and I have confirmed with multiple people at apple that the subscription was not purchased through apple. Adobe says they are unable to cancel because they insist it was purchased through apple. I am completely stuck. Please help.

Just observed a error message on Lightroom app that my subscription needs to be verified. What is this about?

Good day! I have received a message that states that the payment for adobe has been successful. I already checked app store to make sure that I had no pending subscriptions. This payment was unexpected as my Adobe Subscription did NOT show in my subscriptions section in the app store and I thought that the subscription was already cancelled before the expected payment date. Please take notice of this especially when I need that money as I am currently financially struggling. Thank you.

I wanted to download a pop art font. Adobe suggested a free trial to do so that ends on 13 December 2025. I said yes and it immediately debited money from my account! Maybe it's because I already pay for photoshop, I don't know, but the LEAST they could do is warm me that the free trial is not valid for me!Instead it just said 'start free trial' and then debited money from my account! 

I am trying to reach someone at Adobe about the recent charges to my account.  I have attempted to cancel this service however my account says no paid subscription yet my card is being debited $29.99. I need to get this stopped.

I have the same issue. Can anyone respond please?I forgot to cancel it and was charged last month, but I'm not using the service at all. I don't see the manage my account on account of the outstanding payment.

I’m having a serious issue with my Adobe subscription and I’m hoping someone here can help or escalate this.I cancelled my previous plan over one month and six days ago, and I was told that I would receive a refund. However, I still have not received any refund at all. In the meantime, I have already been charged for my new subscription.I contacted Adobe Support multiple times through chat, but every time I was told something different and no one was able to resolve the issue. To double-check, I also contacted my bank — they confirmed that no refund was ever issued to my account.I’m a student, so this long delay has been really difficult financially. I just need the refund that was promised when I cancelled the old subscription.Is there anyone from Adobe who can actually look into this or escalate it to the correct team? Hi, for last few months I'm getting invoices from ADOBE in Portugese. All invoices were send to me in English so far. I use Polish and English in my profile (that was set for last 5 years), so I have no idea where did that language change came from. I have contacted Adobe Support on chat - they asured me that they have changed it and now I will get invoices back in English on my email... it was twice, the same situation for Adobe Assets invoice and few weeks later for my CC subscription. Today I got another invoice for ADOBE Stock Assets - in Portugese again, the whole email was writen in Portugese. Please help... anyone? I know I can generate and download English invoice from my panel... but I was getting them on my email, and it was convinient - can anyone help me to solve this problem?
