공정위는 당시 소프트웨어 시장이 구독 방식으로 전환되는 과정에서 소비자 권익을 보호할 필요가 있다는 판단에 따라 어도비에 시정을 권고했다.공정위에 따르면 어도비는 이용자가 소프트웨어(포토샵·크리에이티브 클라우드) 구독서비스를 취소해도 요금을 환불하지 않았다. 환불을 하더라도 잔여 약정 의무액의 50% 금액을 이용자가 부담하게 했다.예컨대 연간 약정을 한 이용자가 3개월간 소프트웨어를 사용하다 구독을 취소하면 남은 9개월에 상응하는 약정 의무액 중 50%를 납부하도록 한 것이다.공정위는 “해당 조항은 고객에게 부당하게 과중한 손해배상 의무를 부담시키는 약관 조항”이라며 “계약의 해제 또는 해지로 인한 사업장의 원상 회복 의무 등을 부당하게 경감하는 조항으로 무효”라고 꼬집었다.이용자가 서비스를 사용하는 과정에서 발생하는 손해에 대해 회사의 배상 책임을 일정 금액 이하로 제한한 약관 조항도 불공정한 것으로 판단했다. 회사가 언제든 일방적으로 이용계약 해지권을 행사할 수 있다는 조항, 소송 제기 기간을 1년으로 제한하는 조항 등도 불공정 약관으로 지목됐다.방통위 관계자는 “공정위에서 다뤘던 문제와 같은 이슈”라며 “(방통위 소관인) 전기통신사업법 안에 규정된 이용자 불편 행위와 관련해 처벌할 수도 있고 안 할 수도 있는데 지금 진행 중인 과정이고 위원회 의결을 통해 결정될 것”이라고 말했다. 전에는 체험판을 사용하게 했는데 초보자들을 위한 것이였죠! 아도비프로그램은 전문교육을 2년이상 받은 사람만 사용할수 있는 프로그램이라는거 아시잖아요! 초보자는 프로그램을 다운받아 놓고도 사용 못합니다. 알고 있으면서 아무한테나 학생들한테도 판매를 하고 있어요?  구매시 주의사항도 없이!!!! 이건 통신판매업법에 위반되기때문에 불법판매이고 광고도 못합니다. 무효입니다 환불해주세요!!

Buenas Comunidad, he venido aquí por su amable ayuda/asistencia, me he suscrito a una prueba gratuita de Abobe pero la he cancelado antes del periodo límite, y por error me he suscrito a una prueba pro, la cual me ha descontado casi 20U$, Quiero solicitar un reembolso, y no encuentro una guía clara en la web.

I subscribed adobe firefly.. although i finished my project, i forgot to cancel the subscription and i just did. can i get refund? 

I cancelled my subscription but my credit card has still been billed monthly for months. I go into my adobe account and it says I have no plans etc so I can't figure out why I'm Still Being charged or where it's coming from??

Fiz a renovação de minha conta Adobe em 28/08/25 e até agora o  pagamento não foi recebido, apesar de debitado em minha conta via boleto, e o atendimento via chat insiste em não resolver meu problema. Já abri vários chamados e ninguém resolve. Estou sem acessar os aplicativos...

hola, he intentado acceder a photoshop hoy con una cuenta de creative cloud hasta enero de 2026 y me dice que mi cuenta ha expirado, el bot me dice que no hay ningun agente disponible os ha pasado a alguno?

I attempted to subscribe to the Adobe Creative Cloud free trial, but I wasn’t able to complete the process because Adobe tried to charge my card, which doesn’t have sufficient funds. This was unexpected, as the subscription details clearly state that payment should only be required after the free trial ends, not immediately.

subscription was suspended because of payment issues, now adobe deducted payment from my card but didnt resumed the services and there is no any customer care number to contact or any transparent process to settle this issue. kindly help me on this.

After being prompted to log in using Google, I appear to have created a new account, not logged into my usual account.I cancelled the trial subscription for the account, but it has taken payment. I can't find live chat, or an email address for customer services. How do I resolve this?

I signed up for Adobe through a link in the Coursera Graphic Design course, which advertised a 4-month free trial. At the time, I thought I had already purchased the Coursera course, but I later realized I had only registered and was still on the preview version. When I added my payment details for Adobe could. I was charged immediately, and my account now says I’ll be billed again unless I cancel before September 21st. This makes me unsure whether the 4-month free trial was actually applied to my account. How can I confirm if the 4-month free trial is active on my account? If I cancel my current subscription, will I still be able to redeem the 4-month free trial through the Coursera course link once I fully enroll, or will canceling prevent me from using the trial offer again?

Boa noite!Estou tentando cancelar minha conta a meses porém quando tento cancelar, aparece que tenho que cancelar minha assinatura primeiro, pela play Story. E sou redirecionado para o app, mas lá não tenho nenhuma assinatura vigente.. Preciso que cancelem essa conta, está sendo uma dor de cabeça.. nunca deveria ter assinado.Aguardo retorno.. 

Adobe me descuenta todos los meses 27.917 pesos, revisé mi cuenta de adobe y no tiene registrada esa tarjeta, es una tarjeta que termina en 0922, no tengo como localizar la cuenta que me cobra ese dinero, le escribí al chat de Adobe, pero me indica que los agentes virtuales no están disponibles en este momento, no sé que más hacer. I cant add my card that completley works fine. Once i upload all the right details it says its updating. Then it updates and says billing issue. I have called my bank and its not them. It says adobe. I made my account in New Zealand and I am living in thr UK now. The card is a nz account. Could it be that Im trying from the Uk? Anyone had this issuue and know how to fix Thankssss  

Just so folks are aware, in the May 2024 Adobe financials, the company grossed 5.3 billion USD with a NET profit of $1.57 billion dollars, a 29% margin.  Apparently that's not enough profit, so our monthly fees for creative cloud are increasing 100% !  Does anyone else wonder where all that money is going to go? The CEO receives $44,000,000 per year in cash and equities, maybe that isn't enough, so those of us on the using end need to double our expenditures to Adobe.  And Adobe is buying back shares so the value of those top executives who own the bulk of the shares can increase their net worth.  This, however, is just typical of the American Corporate Greed.

I would like to change from Illustrator to Photoshop, is this possible without getting a new subscription?

I live in Canada and I am trying to purchase the adobe lightroom app for my pc but when i click start free trial it says my country doesn't support this purchase. I don't understand. I have clicked that I am in Canada but it makes no difference. I am beyond frustrated with this app... first I had to download an entire creative cloud and now lightroom trial/ purchase won't even work which was the whole point. Any tips on trouble shooting this? I tried to start a virutal chat and it says that I have to contact my administrator but I don't even know how to do that. This is all new to me. Please help!

I cancelled my Adobe Illustrator free trial before the trial period ended, and I even received a cancellation confirmation email (screenshot attached).
