I didn’t expect to need Find and Replace in Illustrator.I tried the Find and Replace option under the Edit menu, but found it wasn’t very user-friendly.The main issue is that the layout gets locked when using it.It also lacks regular expression support and a history feature.Does anyone have any better suggestions? Thanks.

Looking for help finding the Align to Baseline Grid in CS6 Mac with KJC typography activated.Where it is supposed to be located I have the Kinsoku set and the Mojikuni set.Any help is welcomed.

I just got a subscription and cancelled it in less than an hour because I didn't find any interresting features... but I didn't get a refund of the amount that was taken off my debit card!!! Any explanations?

Hello Adobe Stock team,I'm trying to submit my drone footage as a contributor, but I keep getting the error: "Our Account and Submission policy does not allow multiple Contributor accounts."I previously had a second account, which I have already deleted, but the error still appears. I also opened a support case about this around two weeks ago (Case #00515944) but have not received any reply yet.I would like to keep only ONE contributor account and have the other one fully closed. I can share both account emails privately via DM if a moderator can assist. I confirm I intend to operate a single contributor account going forward.Could a moderator please help escalate this so the residual link from the old account is cleared and I can submit again? Thank you for your help.

I made a payment on May 30. Two days later, I tried to cancel my subscription and thought it had gone through, but it seems it didn’t. I finally canceled it on June 14, which means more than 15 days had passed. Is there any way for me to get a refund in this situation?

I started a free trial for Adobe Acrobat Pro and AI Assistant for Acrobat. The welcome email stated that after the free trial ended on May 24, 2025, Acrobat Pro would be billed at CAD $40.94/month and AI Assistant would be billed at CAD $9.44/month.I later received a cancellation confirmation email stating:"You cancelled your Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription. You will continue to have access until May 21, 2025, after which your account will revert to a free membership."Despite receiving this cancellation confirmation, I continue to be charged CAD $9.44 per month. It appears that cancelling Acrobat Pro may not have cancelled the associated AI Assistant for Acrobat subscription, or the billing system is continuing to charge after cancellation. Is the CAD $9.44 charge for AI Assistant for Acrobat? Why did that subscription remain active after Acrobat Pro was cancelled? Can the subscription be cancelled immediately, even when it does not show up on my account?

Good evening. I deactivated the 20 GB photo plan (expires at the beginning of next month) but I would like to reactivate it because I need it. Am I still in time?

Does anyone from Adobe look at this? I have been trying for hours yesterday and again today to cancel an account, followed all correct steps and just end up with a spinning circle. There is no link for any account support email listed. If someone knows how the send a real email, please send a link

Hello Adobe. I would like to get a refund. I was charged for 35.99 euros today on my card. I've used adobe once on a free trial for university and then canceled. I have no idea why is my card being charged now. I can't even see the transaction on my account here with todays date.

Prélèvement sans prévenir, interdit

I recently installed a perpetually licensed Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 on a new machine. I went to Products → activated devices to remove it from the old machine and I do not see any activated devices. When launching the program, I do receive a warning about not being able to use the product in 30 days. In the past there was a list here of every device. Is there a way to reset this or bring it current? Thanks,Theo

Dear Adobe Support Team,I am interested in purchasing the Adobe Creative Cloud Student and Teacher plan with the introductory price of US$7.99/month.Before subscribing, I would like to confirm the eligibility and verification requirements for a teacher in Vietnam. The person who would register is currently a lower secondary school teacher at a Vietnamese secondary school.Could you please help clarify the following questions? Is a lower secondary school teacher in Vietnam eligible for the Adobe Student and Teacher plan? For teacher verification, could you please confirm what types of documents are accepted? In particular, would a teacher ID card together with an official employment verification letter from the school be sufficient, or is a recent payslip mandatory? Also, do the documents need to be in English, or are Vietnamese documents accepted? Can the verification documents be submitted as scanned copies or clear photos? If the school does not provide an official school email address

Hi Adobe Community,I'm posting this as a continuation and escalation of an ongoing, unresolved billing issue. The situation has now gotten worse, and I need urgent support. Background (still unresolved):I have been completely locked out of my account's billing and payment management. Every payment method I've tried is declined with the same generic error:"A transaction can fail for a variety of reasons. Double check and make sure your payment information is entered correctly. If this issue persists, you may need to use a different payment method or contact your bank." I have tried all of the following — all active and verified: iDEAL (Netherlands) Apple Pay PayPal Credit card Debit card This is not a bank-side issue. Every method failing identically points to something being blocked or misconfigured on Adobe's backend.New development — this has now escalated:Despite being unable to complete any payment through my account, Adobe has charged me. Money has been taken, yet I have no

Hi Adobe Community,I'm reaching out because I've hit a complete wall with my account's billing system and I'm unable to resolve it through the standard troubleshooting steps. The problem: Every payment method I attempt is being declined without a clear reason. I've tried all of the following: iDEAL Apple Pay PayPal Credit card Debit card Each attempt returns the same generic error message:"A transaction can fail for a variety of reasons. Double check and make sure your payment information is entered correctly. If this issue persists, you may need to use a different payment method or contact your bank."Why this isn't a standard payment error:The methods I'm using are all active and verified — this is not a bank-side issue. The fact that every single payment method fails with the same generic response points to something being blocked or misconfigured on Adobe's end, not with my payment providers.Impact:I am fully locked out of managing anything plan- or billing-related in my acco
