If I change my email address on my Adobe account, are there any possibilities of losing my subscription?. my Personal account to organization mail.

I am unable setup Azure Idp because the Create Directory button is greyed out There looks to be a directory listed as Business ID but I cann select it the check box is also greyed out  We have 120 licenses for Adobe Pro

Hi, is there an Adobe API that can be used to automatically assign Adobe licenses to users? Because the licenses frequently need to be transferred to different users, and the manual transfer process is very time-consuming.

I'm having problems with the Adobe console. The day the previous license administrator left, my email account as the new administrator was blocked, and so was the console. Now I can't assign licenses to users using the company domain, but only using the domain of their personal email account. 

Concerns Console -> Storage -> Individual users folders -> Inactive usersCan the option to search for an user in the option Inactive users be added as is already possible in the option Active users?

Hi, I´m working monitoring the Adobe licenses of my company, when someone have to leave the job, I take back the license of Adobe of the computer. Usually the computers are MacOs and Adobe Licensing Toolkit works very well on take back the license (using the command "-t" or "--deactivate"), but when I use the procedure of the official page (https://helpx.adobe.com/es/enterprise/kb/sdl-toolkit.html ) on Windows 10 64-bits, the command line marks "Adobe Licensing Toolkit (1.1.0.100) ERROR: Access denied. Operation Failed", I tried it in the administrator account, do it on the PowerShell, writing the direction by myself, probe it on different computers and nothing works. Pd: I also read the article https://community.adobe.com/t5/enterprise-teams-discussions/adobe-licensing-toolkit-doesn-t-seem-to-deactivate-anything/m-p/10546577 before. I really need a solution for this.

Requesting Adobe to allow usage audits for applications and last logins for users from Adobe Admin Console.  There are multiple posts throughout the Community Forum over the past few years regarding this same request, this is one more.  It would be a useful tool for Admins amoung orginizations to have this capability.   Perhaps if Adobe doesn't want to create the feature, generate connections to allow 3rd party monitoring.

When our users log in they are presented with a choice to select Personal or Company or school account. Also when users choose log in with Google, which is usually where we direct our students for most products, it automatically takes them to a personal account which doesn't have the purchased license and causes a lot of confusion.It would be extremely helpful if there wass a setting in the admin console to turn off the personal account and automatically take all accounts into the company/school account for our whole organization.

Ciao, come ritrovare la password di creative cloud installer , per le modifiche o per aggiornare creative cloud.Mi chiede un nome e una password di amministratore  e non riesco a ricordarmela o credo di non averla mai inserita. inoltre quando cerco di installare photoshop , con abbonamento che ho già, non me lo fa installare , forse devo aggiornare  creative cloud sul desktop , ma senza password non riesco ad andare avanti. come fare ?? Grazie

Bonjour à tous, Je rencontre actuellement un souci avec Adobe Portfolio.J’utilisais le service via un compte académique (fourni par mon école) et j’y avais publié deux sites très importants : le mien, ainsi que celui de mon duo créatif. Ces deux sites sont encore en ligne (je peux y accéder via leurs URLs directes), mais ils n’apparaissent plus dans mon compte Adobe actuel, désormais lié à mon adresse personnelle. Malheureusement, je n’ai plus accès à l’ancien compte académique (ni à l’adresse e-mail associée), et je ne peux pas contacter l’école pour faire un transfert ou une réactivation. Ma question est simple : est-il possible de récupérer l’accès à ces sites et de les associer à mon profil Adobe personnel ?C’est essentiel pour mon activité professionnelle, car ces sites servent de portfolio pour trouver des missions et des opportunités. Merci d’avance pour toute aide ou orientation 🙏Baptiste

I need the ability to see which Licenses are activly in use. While there are a variety of metrics that would be useful, I think simply knowing if the user had accessed the product or account in any way.  In order to use the product they must sign-in. I want to know which users have not signed-in in the last 30days. This would be extreemly helpful and honestly a feature that would encourage my organization to move to an Enterprise License. 

This is on a new AUSST instance, Windows Server 2022, IIS.Running  AdobeUpdateServerSetupTool.exe --root="C:\inetpub\wwwroot\updates" --fresh --filterProducts="APRO,AEFT,FLPR,AUDT,KBRG,CHAR,ESHR,DRWV,ILST,AICY,AICY,IDSN,LRCC,AME,PHSP,PPRO,SPRK"After 20 or so minutes it'll fail with the below in the log file. I've also tried without the product filters and get the same result. Trying th eoperation with JUST --acrobatonly seems to succeed, so I suspect it's one of the other products causing problems.How do I address this? I bought the free trail today to test the new editting software and after doing so i was unable to cancel the plani end up getting a screen saying "Unable to load data", i talked to the AI robot and it told me that i didn't have plan but when i go onto the plans section on the main website it informs me that i'm still on free trail it would be nice to know if i actually cancelled the plan or if its still running because i don't want to pay when i only intended on useing premiere pro for a few hours.

Hi,Need to roll out Adobe Acrobat Reader DC MUI 19.008.20080 to 50,000+ machines. When launching a PDF, I get a 'Start Free Trial' in the bottom right hand corner. Whilst the majority or users wouldn't be able to download and install this, I want to remove this as a best practice for a large corporate environment.NB - bAcroSuppressUpsell = 1 already set via policy key/Adobe Customisation wizard but made no difference.
