Solved

Hi there  Could someone please help me? I opened a PDF file on Adobe Acrobat and it was written in Proxima Nova I had to make a few edits and noticed error boxes and some letters coming up invisible (see screenshots).  How can I fix this? Is there a way to bulk fix as it is a 128 page pdf and the boxes and invisble letters are now throughout the document.  Many thanks, Laura

After updating to Photoshop 26.8 (released in June 2025), I’ve noticed that any changes to color settings in Photoshop are being overwritten every time the app becomes active. It appears that Photoshop is repeatedly syncing with the color settings of other Adobe apps, even after I've made manual adjustments. Background behavior:Adobe apps like Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Bridge use a shared file called ACEConfigCache2.lst to manage color setting synchronization.Under normal behavior:If you change color settings in Bridge and enable synchronization:Bridge writes its color settings to ACEConfigCache2.lstOther apps read the settings from that file the first time they become activeEach app also writes its own color settings back to the file afterward The problem in Photoshop 26.8:Photoshop reads the settings from ACEConfigCache2.lst, butIt fails to write back its own settings to the fileAs a result, every time Photoshop is reactivated, it loads color settings from another app

I uploaded a vector, and it has been accepted. I created the vector file with the help of generative AI (which is free and properly credited). During the upload process, I selected the option indicating that generative AI was used. Now, I want to know — is there any risk to my account because of this?

Hi, I'm working on a project where I have trees and buildings. There are trees throughout the image but I need them to fall behind the buildings and not sit above them. I would think that this would be a simple inverted clipping mask like I'd make in photoshop. How would I go about doing this by using another path shape as the mask. I'd like it to be made from a shape that I can easily edit so that I can adjust it later if I need to. The Make Clipping Mask function only shows what is within the shape mask, and for my use case, this is rather inconvenient. I need it to be inverted/work the opposite way where it hides what is within the shape and shows the rest. I also need this to only happen within a layer such as I put it at the top of my "Trees" layer and it only clips the trees, not the buildnigs. I've attached some screenshots that hopeful. Any help is great.

I purchased a Photoshop template image to create a mockup of a magazine. Unfortunately, the magazine image within the psdt file is not the correct proportion to my magazine. I can't figure out how to revise all the layers of those the sizings. Any advice?

I would like to request more graphics in a specific style and am looking for the provider named トラノスケ on Adobe Stock.

Hi,Ever since I switched from PS 2024(25.12.3 version) to PS 2025(26.7 version) I do not have handles when using a gradient tooI.It worked perfect in 2024 and not at all in 2025 versions.I am on Apple M4 Max and Sequoia 15.5 . When using the gradient tool in PS 2025 it essentially works as a classic gradient without the ability to see the handles and  adjust the gradient after it is drawn.I reset the tool a few times, went through the settings but did not find anything that  could restore it.I attached two pics ,first with the gradient tool used  in 2024,second with 2025 versions.Unfortunately I have to stay in 2024 versions now as I use gradients a lot.Appreciate your help !

Generated a video in Firefly and asked for three words to appear at the end of the video. Tried four times, tried putting the words into quotation marks. Every time at least two of the words were missing completely, and twice the words (very short words, like "Golden" and "Triangle") were missing letters.

Hi everyone, I’m working on a book in InDesign and running into a problem with my Table of Contents (TOC). Each recipe page has a title that uses a consistent paragraph style (e.g., “TitleStyle”). However, inside some of these titles, I’ve manually changed the font size of certain words or segments for visual reasons—without changing the paragraph style itself. Now, when I generate the TOC using that paragraph style, the titles where I changed part of the font size manually do not show up as they should but instead keep that manually changed font.  I’ve already: Confirmed that all the titles have the correct paragraph style appliedTried manually changing the font size on the recipes or used a character style on the paragraph styleMade sure the TOC includes that paragraph styleTried checking/unchecking “Include Style Overrides” in the TOC optionsEnsured the TOC text box is large enough and the TOC is up to dateExport, save, change and all...  But

How do I recover my custom patterns once the update is done. They are all gone.

I would like to cancel my stock membership. Auto renewal is 26/02/2018 today is the 25/02/2018. I do not want this to rollover!!! When I tried to cancel a few days ago the option to cancel was simply not available as it was not visible. Today it became visible however want to charge me a $230 cancellation fee!!! This is not right. I was told about 9 months ago by a rep on the phone that I needed to wait until the annual renewal date to cancel without any fee. And now when I do that, it want to charge $230. This needs to be resolved. We want to cancel!!!!we have done everything right.
