Solved

The cancel plan button does not appear. I attached an image. I bought it in a hurry for my school project, but I remember I bought it on Adobe's site, but I'm in trouble because I have to get a refund by today the 22nd. The customer center said that consultation is not possible because it is a weekend. The next payment date is still far away, but I would like to cancel the illustrator I will not use anymore. What should I do? Thank you in advance.

I'm creating a file in Photoshop to export as PDF. The font is embeddable (I've done it for another book cover similar to this, and can't figure out how to fix it this time around). I've merged the image layers and left text layers as is. I've double clicked all of them and tried again. Attaching a photo - a couple of the characters are missing pieces of the letter, and it's showing as white. What is going on!? Thank you in advance!

I want to create new style with some settings like color. if (!app.documents[0].characterStyles.item(columnAchaStn).isValid) { app.documents[0].characterStyles.add({ name: columnAchaStn }); }

I solved the problem by uploading the original Word file (WPS) to Adobe online Word converter and get back a NEW PDF file, it works. I can read from my mobile phone (Adobe Reader). As a temporary resort, I can also read the file from "Adobe Sign and Fill" app. My friends can read the original PDF file when.ai SENT them via WhatsApp.

I purchased Adobe acrobat premium for 1year by my iPhone. I can use the same account on my iPad as well but I also want to use it on my PC(windows), I can not log into my Apple account(I log int but it says "free plan"). I think you can use them on both Mac and Windows. If there anything I am doing wrongly? How can i even log into my paid account? Thank you for your support and I am looking forward to hear from you.

I've created a transcript from my videos but its a german/english mix.  The recording is in english and I've also set premiere pro to en_US (in the console). But the installed Premiere Pro 2025 was originally in german.(Maybe thats the issue?) 1. And now I cant regenerate it since its greyed out.2. And how I can prevent this in future. Can i force it to english somehow? Regards

I would love some clarity on this... do you need an extended license to use an adobe stock photo on physical products you want to sell, regardless of how much you change it ?  for example if you were to use a stock photo of a realistic colored skull and you convert it into a black & white threshhold/ dithertone or use the "create outlines" tool in illustrator and its not the only point of intererst on the piece (poster, shirt, ect.) , would you still need an extended license?   also if you are doing freelance and are paid to create art for a product of another persons brand, would the brand your making it for be the one responsible to buy the extended license? or could I buy the license on their behalf to create the art for the product?  anyone who could help clarify it would be much appreciated. I know these are some kind of confusing questions. I attached some examples, I take real life images and convert them to look like these. None of these are fo

When I am reviewing images (by tapping the space bar on a thumbnail) I want to zoom in a bit. When I left click, the image it s-l-o-w-l-y zooms WAY, WAY in. Then when I click again it s-l-o-w-l-y zooms out, which takes FOREVER!!!  Isn't there a way to control the zoom so I can enlarge it to the size I want it, and not have it take a zillion years to do so??

Hi Folks, when I add gopro footage of me talking to the camera the gopro using a level monitor on the screen records at a good volume however when I import it into adobe it seems to be maxxing out the volume and is distorted I'm sure this is a new problem I dont recall having it before, I read about the annoying slider bars that I'd love to get rid of (The alpha channel? and Volume) on the timeline clips so if I use that to turn it down it's better however I now need to do that to all my clips to keep them balanced, Another way I found to fix this is use the enhance speech feature however it keeps adding additional voices akin to the sound of 'Sims' going about their daily lives why is it doing this? I had to rush the video out and so had no time to go further into these random male and female voices from nowhere! I'm not a PRO premiere user so consider that in your replies lol, You can hear the added audio in nearly every conversation with the camera on my video https:/

Hello Adobe team,I'm using the Photography Plan (20 GB), and Generative Expand in Photoshop is currently unavailable because my Firefly generative credits are exhausted. However, according to Adobe documentation, this feature is supposed to be included in the standard plan and should not require credits. I've already signed out and back in, but the issue persists. Please investigate and fix this, as many users — including myself — rely on Generative Expand as a core feature of our workflow.Thank you!Olga Kalacheva

I'd be interested on hearing workflow suggestions for sharpening.  The 1st image below is a composite of 30 photographs.  The areas in yellow rectangles are a bit soft.  The second screenshot shows one of these areas at 100% with the soft area on the left of the yellow line and the sharp area to the right.  In an exchange back in 2022, @c.pfaffenbichler recommended using the Mask of the Smart Filter or multiple instances of the Smart Object, applying different Filters/Settings and Layer Masks to them.  I am curious if anyone uses a workflow without Smart Objects to get similar results.  I tend not to work with Smart Objects because of the increased file size and the complications they create for pixel edits.  It may also be a matter of a workflow that I have gotten used to working with Adjustment Layers, which I feel work well for me and are quite flexible.  Anyway, if anyone has thoughts I'd appreciate hearing them.  Thanks.&

Hi trying to add a gradient to each end of various images to use in banners on a website.  Ie if I have a block colour #0b79b2 on each end of the banner container and the image sides blend into block colour of the container. I tried using feather but this of course feathers all around the image not just the ends. I also tried with gradients and layer masks.  I added the blue to the ends and black to the centre and applied it to the layer mask but only a very thin layer of the blue colour was applied which doesnt then blend in with the block colour at either side of the image.  I hope I have explained myself well enough.  Sometimes its clear in your head but not to others.  I have attached a couple of screenshots to help. I hope I have posted in the right forum .. it was the only one that mentioned photoshop.

Lets say one person puts out a tampered version of after effects in which thousands of people use, some being unaware/young at the time. If reported, does the original person who tampered get in trouble (fine) or does everyone?I always thought about it since everything gets messed with now a days and was just curious. Personally I figured it would be the main source.[Moved by a moderator to the more general Creative Cloud forum as this isn't an After Effects-specific question.][Title edited by moderator for clarity's sake (really long title moved into the body.)]

I am new to tethering.  I have a Nikon Z6ii and a new Macbook Air.  I can get my images to tether in to Lightroom, but they do not save to the SD card.  Is there something I can do to get both? I have a high volume job coming up that I need to show clients images but would also like them saved on the SD card, as I work off of a desktop.
