Hi,I was cleaning up my accounts once I noticed 2 separate Adobe billings, one to each of two separate banks (separate credit cards). OK, the brief history:I opened up an account (account_1) using my student email while in college, followed later by a new separate account (account_2) when I become an instructor. Recently I retired from the college where I was an instructor and created an account (account_3) for personal use. I was able to cancel my account_1, since I no longer used it. I was able to cancel the plan/subscription in my account_3, since I no longer needed the functions it offered, but kept the account. This account was only responsible for one of the billing items. But I cannot find, on any of the 3 accounts I had, explaining the billing for the plan/subscription for the other bank.Basically I’m getting billed for a service I can’t find in my accounts and I can’t cancel. How can I cancel the phantom service I’m being billed for? Thanks in adv

I'm trying to use the Collect Files function but it keeps including files and comps that it should omit.  I tried Collect Files > For Selected Comps > Generate Report Only and it reported that I used files that were not in the comp I had selected (or any precomp within that). I also tried Collect Files > For Selected Comps > Reduce Project and it collected a bunch of comps and files that were not in the sequence I had selected.  Any idea why this might happen? Thanks!

Dear folks in the Bridge team! It's beyond understanding how you don't realize, these versions of Bridge are a big failure!? It's like an early beta version. But already 2 years in beta... Compared to version 12, the newer versions have numerous bugs, the UI is almost non-responsive, etc. The overall feel of the software is like a bunch of libraries put together in a hurry, by a student.Annoying things:- The window often misses the clicks. Yes, clicking in the window, too often does nothing. Tested on multiple computers. (I have to connect this bug with the annoying sticky hand tool bug where the mouse button release is missed, making the hand tool and the lasso tool unusable in photoshop, and Lightroom Classic is affected as well with this sticky hand tool).- Scrolling is painfully slow, to the point of unusable. I see, the scrollbars were reinvented, just to break the things, because there are absolutely no benefits having some super minimalist fancy scrollbars. Instead of fixin

Come risolvere?

This book says "Generative Workspace" in the Edit dropdown menu. But there is no such a command in it. How to get it?

Hi everyone,I recently upgraded my system with an NVIDIA RTX 5080 (Desktop GPU). While Photoshop detects and uses the GPU without issues, Lightroom Classic (v14.3.1) shows the “Use Graphics Processor” option as permanently grayed out.I went through all standard troubleshooting steps, including:– Studio driver 576.52 (clean install)– BIOS set to PCIe, iGPU disabled– Preferences reset, admin launch, full Creative Cloud reinstall– GPU correctly assigned in Windows and in NVIDIA settingsI also spent over 2 hours in Adobe Remote Support (case ADB-40345402-L1L2) with no solution. The agent could not confirm whether the RTX 5080 is officially supported in Lightroom Classic. The case was closed without follow-up.So my question is simple:👉 Is the RTX 5080 currently supported by Lightroom Classic?👉 If not, when can support be expected? Thanks in advance for any clarity!

OS：Windows10 64bit
