Solved

Hi, I use Adobe Acrobat on Windows and want to navigate back to the location of my last edit. Alt/Ctrl + left/right arrow keys only bring me to the next or previous page. Does anyone know a shortcut that would take me back to the spot where I made my last change?

Photoshop 26.4.1illustrator 29.5.1

Can someone explain to me how come I can edit HDR photos in Lightroom, but cannot export them in HDR? I've seen someone on Reddit saying that you can only export in HDR in Lightroom Classic, but not in the "new" Lightroom. I don't like the classic Lightroom at all, and I find the new Lightroom waaay more user-friendly and intuitive. Even Lightroom Mobile gives me the option to export in HDR, so why is this option not available in the "new" Lightroom? Very frustrating... Thanks, BR, Robert

I have just deleted all my files by mistake is there anyway I can recover them

Where can I find tools like the pen and polygonal lasso in the iPad version of Photoshop?I haven’t found basic and essential tools like the Pen Tool and the Lasso with advanced options, which are fundamental for a professional workflow. The app feels more like a simplified version you’d find on a mobile device, which doesn’t align with the expectations one has when purchasing an iPad Pro M4, a significantly more expensive device. I understand that not all the tools from the desktop version can be included, but I expected a more robust and advanced experience than what you get on a mobile phone. Purchasing an iPad suggests an intention to work professionally, not just for casual tasks or social media posts. It’s disappointing to see that such a powerful tool like Photoshop isn’t fully utilizing the iPad’s capabilities.

Hello, I am desperately trying to get my InDesign to start without throwing an error message at me. The message that I am getting is: "Some files required for colour management are missing. Please re-install the application to ensure proper functioning"I have tried uninstalling and installing (InDesign and the whole Creative Cloud) again, I used the CC Cleaner Tool several times, I manually added some .csf files to this path "C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Color\Settings", but nothing seems to help. I have also downgraded the version and upgraded again, I enabled synced color management through Adobe Bridge, but I can not get Illustrator to work properly. These are the posts I got the inspiration for my "solutions" for. However, none of them helped.https://community.adobe.com/t5/indesign-discussions/colour-managment-files/m-p/11886175https://community.adobe.com/t5/indesign-discussions/indesign-2018-quot-some-files-required-for-colour-management-are-missing-quot

I have a task ahead of me tomorrow that involves stacking up some renders and aligning them to another smart object that's already scaled and positioned off-centre of my canvas.Align tool is not working for me - I need the original SO to remain unchanged, align moves both layers and I also need to transform multiple layers/SOs together.Making new SO via copy and linking in the stack doesn't work as I need the layers exposed and I lose the transforms when I convert to layers.Currently I'm stuck with recreating the stack (with it's specific layer styles) from each of the base smart objects, so they inherit its transform, but that's gonna be quite tedious as there's 24 to do. A script I have that relinks SOs to new folders will make the process much quicker but I need to transform to that base Smart Object (made harder by the fat that when you link layers the scale displays as relative - not absolute!)Are there any other tricks here?

I am involved in a rather extensive scanning project of old family photos (my own family), and find that using the photo restoration feature in Neural Filters quite helpful. I seem to consistently use the same settings. I tried creating an action using that filter, but the action bypasses everything in the restoration feature. Is there anything I can do to change that?

I want to make an Indesign book table of contents that includes the chapter title AND a chapter subtitle on the same line, with only one page number. Is there a way to do this? The automatic table of contents stacks my chapter name and subtitle, and I haven't figured out how to have a page number by just one of them.

I have a textfield with many rowsI want to display a specific row (n) on the first line when the program is first run (without user command)If I don't move the mouse, only 1 row is always displayed on the first line"textfield.scrollV = Math.max(0, n);" doesn't workHowever, it works fine for clicks assigned to buttonsAny solution?

I received an email from adobe about a case number. Not a community support conversation but a case number with adobe. Adobe employee at chat confirmed the email is from adobe. That chat took over 30 minutes. The email states “To review your case history, log-in to your adobe account. I cannot find any case anywhere on my adobe account. So, I contact chat again. Another 30 minutes and the chat agent finally agrees to provide what I am hoping to be a step-by-step instruction on how to find my adobe account case history. It was like pulling teeth to get this out the adobe chat person employee. This is a copy/paste of what chat person provided: To review your case history on your Adobe account, follow these steps:Sign in to your Adobe account at Adobe Account.Navigate to the Support history page.Under Support cases, you will see a list of your cases. To view the details of a specific case, click on the case title. Two questions, hopefully that won't make things too confusing.  I have PSE 2022.My desktop is being overwhelmed by my photos so I'm planning on moving them to a 5T external hard drive. First question: is it better to move the photos and the catalog to the external drive or just the photos and leave the catalog on the desk top?Second question: when I travel I take with me a small laptop which I use to backup my photos.  I would like to be able to do some basic editing and lableing of my photos while I'm traveling so that I don't come home to such so many photos that need to be dealt with.  But I'm concerned that if I load PSE on my laptop and do editing on the road that when I return home and try to integrate them into my current catalog it will be a mess.Thoughts? Thanks!

I have successfully used Lightroom classic for. a few year. My catalogue and raw images were save to an ext HD through LR. Last week my hard drive failed. I took it to a shop and they said the motor had gone and copied all the data on to a new External HD. I have brought it home and plugged into my macbook and opened LR. It can't locate the catalog and wants to use an old one, update  or make a new one. I dare not click anything ! I just want my old way of working back where all my images are together, sorted in to years. It says a new catalogue will not be compatible with older versions of LR classic. There is somehting that says catalog in the new hard drive.  Any suggestions on what I should do ? I do not know the  LR classic version as I can't open it if i dont click one of the catalog options. I use latest version on Sequoia on macbook pro
