I’ve downloaded the latest version of Adobe Acrobat on my Mac (running Sequoia 15.5). When I log in and attempt to open certain PDF files, they display as a gray screen. These same PDFs open correctly in Preview, so the files themselves are not corrupted. I’ve also tested using a different Adobe account and encountered the same issue. This doesn’t appear to be related to macOS Sequoia, as I experienced the same problem on my previous operating system.Interestingly, some PDFs—typically ones from businesses—open without issue. And some display partial gray areas. However, any PDFs I’ve scanned myself consistently fail to load and show only a gray screen.

LRC 14.3.1 CR 17.3.1Despite my extensive research, I can't find a clear, single answer online. I can't figure out how LRC works, and therefore if there's a less quality-degrading method.I know of three different ways to modify your composition while maintaining the same number of pixels as the original photo, knowing that cropping a photo reduces its pixel size, which sometimes poses problems later on.One way is to crop and then export at the original image size.A second way is to use the scale slider in the transform tool to "Zoom" into the image to the desired composition, thus avoiding reducing the original pixel size.A third way is to first use super resolution. This will give you twice the width and twice the height. Then crop to the desired composition and finally export at the original image size. And of course, ditch Lightroom Classic and switch to Photoshop for cropping and resizing.Isn't the difference between these three methods obvious? Does this mean that all three solution

I'm shooting Sony FS7 Slog3 XAVC CineEI.I'm looking to get this into a starting point and looking for a LUT for this. I am having trouble finding the rating and info option? You know where you open an edited image to see what settings you used, ISO, F stop and Shutter speed, where did that go?  It was there the other day but not now? IN the screen shot attached you can see there is no rating and info option below view options.Frustrating to say the least, one day there, next day gone?

Hello all,I am trying to cancel my current plan, but I get an error "unable to load data". I suspect this is because there is no payment method linked to my account, however I may be wrong . This is  my final month of  Substance 3D for Students and Teachers plan and would like to cancel it before it (potentially) auto-renews. Does anybody know what happens in case I am unable to cancel it before the deadline? Will Adobe just cancel my subscription or do they charge me through some other means (e.g. phone number or maybe  they charge the university which afterwards charges me for the amount)?  Thanks in advance

Hi,  (Mac OSX 12.3.1 - Premiere Pro V.22.3.0) I have recently opened a project where all my media is located on an external hard drive. All of the media is appearing as offline. When I try to link the media, my external hard drive is not appearing in the Media Browser, however it is appearing in Finder.  If I choose to link the media through Finder, rather than Media Browser, it means that I have to re-link each file individually. This is obviously not ideal on a large project. Does anyone know why this might be happening and how it can be solved? Thanks

Hi there, I'm using the new Tab Export in Premiere Pro 2022 (I'm not a huge fan of it, I admit). Before when there were some In/Out points in the timeline automatically the export range was set to "In/out source", but now even if I have some "In/out points", the export tab is set to "Entire Source" and I need to change it manually (and I forgot most of the time). I do not use "Work Area Bar" as I prefer In/out points Maybe there are some preferences or something I could do to set it to "In/Out Points automatically"?  Thanks

I have a style override that I actual prefer to the original style. I can't figure out what the difference is and need to see what the rules are for the style override so that I can change everything to that style.  Thanks in advance for any help.  Misty

Usually, when I open a JPEG and change it, I could overwrite the existing file with command+S as long as it stayed one layer. Now, for whatever reason, it opens up the »Save As« window. I have to then navigate to the file, and overwrite it »manually«. The weird part is, when I now want to close the JPEG-file, Photoshop asks me if I want to overwrite the changed JPEG-file? Clicking yes does the same... open up »Save as« window ... This slows the work process because before, I could just hit save and it overwrote my file.Seem very much like a bug.

I can't find my files saved in the app after I changed my iPhone and redownloaded the app.How can I find the files? Are they lost?

Hi,I would like to know if there is still a legal and reliable way to purchase Photoshop CS6 in 2025 for personal commercial use (not student or enterprise).I have a few important questions:1. Is it still possible to activate Photoshop CS6 in 2025 using a valid, unused serial number?2. Which types of CS6 licenses (e.g., retail/FPP) are legally transferable to another person?3. If I purchase CS6 secondhand, when do I need an official transfer of license form for Adobe to recognize the ownership?4. Are enterprise licenses allowed to be resold to individuals for personal use?5. How can I confirm that a secondhand CS6 purchase is legitimate and safe to activate, without violating Adobe’s policy? I’m looking to make a legal purchase and want to avoid any activation issues.Any help or official insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I have the digimarc filter downloaded but when i send a lightroom image to photoshop for a digital water mark , the digimarc menu item is greyed outAdobe support says you have to convert the image to 8 bit RGB for this filter to work. Anyone solved the problem?

Dear Adobe Customer Support,I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request a refund on my Adobe Photoshop subscription. Here is the situation:I subscribed to Adobe Photoshop in December last year and paid for a monthly subscription fee.Unfortunately, Photoshop could not be installed on my laptop for some reason, and I have not been able to use it at all.Due to an oversight, I failed to cancel the subscription, and my bank account has been charged approximately 60,000 KRW per month since then.I would like to know if it is possible to receive a refund for the unused subscription period. I understand that there may be policies in place regarding refunds, but I would appreciate it if you could review my case and consider my request.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

Adobe glossary seems to be quite brief and not saying anything about these types of markers. As well as most of Youtube videos that never cover them. There are 5 types of markers here. And I've got several questions about them:   1) What is the difference between Comment, Chapter and Segmentation markers? When you chose one of them only the label color automatically changes, and the only difference is that the Comment marker has a comment text box, whilst the other two don't. So why should I use Chapter and Segmentation markers if I can just use the Comment marker and don't type anything in the comment section? Why are there Chapter and Segmentation markers if you can just create one of them and change the color yourself?   2) What's the Web Link for? What is the Frame target - what should I type there? Why is there a separate marker for a web link if you can just type the link in the Comment Marker text box if you need it?   3) What is the Flash Cue Point,

Now every time I try to open the program I get the error message "An error has been detected with a required application library or file and the product cannot continue. Please reinstall the application."  It does not work even if I reinstall the program. So what happens? How to deal with it? (My system is Win 10)

I always for years (since I can remember) rename a .pdf file in the Adobe version I was using, (which I can't remember which & how many versions. However, on my HP Windows 10 Laptop, I'm using Adobe Reader Touch & above that is Acrobat Reader DC. Then in my toolbar, next to the address bar on Google Chrome I have an Extension called just Acrobat Reader I believe (which is 100% totally useless) just like anything I try to use to open a file I have saved in 15 GB (free version) of Google Drive. But that's another story for another forum or Google if they would allow you to contact them. The question I'm here about and the problem also is: I use Adobe Acrobat Reader DC to open all my .pdf files. Even though it's not in my "Start List" in Windows it says Open with... the above, every time I go to open a newly downloaded PDF or any .pdf file. My problem is: I used to be able to RENAME any & all .pdf files that I opened and now I can't find the option to "Re-Name" a file in any Ad

Version 25.3.0 on Macbook M2 Max , macOS Ventura 13.4 I've run into an issue where my export tab is freezing and/or won't even open up (just stays on the edit tab), and this happens whether I click the export tab, press command+M, or route through file->export. This issue is only happening on one specific project, and works fine when I try to export on a different project. I've tried all basic troubleshooting, reinstalling premiere, restarting computer, clearing caches, duplicating the project, unlinking and relinking all media, and even importing the project into another and the issue always persists, so I suspect it may have something to do with the source footage but cannot identify a specific root cause as it's a project-wide glitch and still persists no matter what sequence or footage I try to export. I am working with a combination of BRAW, JPG, and mp4 files and they were shot on Blackmagic, Gopro and Insta 360, but there aren't any "weird" gopro or Insta 360 f

I have an issue where I am no longer able to take a photo from cloud based Lightroom and edit it directly in Photoshop. I get the error that says, "Lightroom is not allowed to control Photoshop. Make sure this is allowed in the system preferences > security and privacy > automation “. I’ve tried granting the automation in my security settings and have also granted full disk access to both Lightroom and Photoshop. No luck. However, this action works perfectly in Lightroom Classic way it used to in my cloud based version of Lightroom. I uninstalled and reinstalled both Lightroom and Photoshop multiple times and have not resolved this. Any ideas on how I can correct this issue?

When writing my manuscript (I use FM to write my fiction novels), I sometimes add comments for myself in the side heads. These comments can sometimes be fairly long - too long to fit nicely into the width of the side head. As en example (the text is in Afrikaans, in case you were wondering 😊):I'm using Structured FrameMaker, so the Structure view for the above example looks like this:The EditorComment relates to the first Paragraph only, but because of the length of the EditorComments text, it pushes the text below the Paragraph beginning with "Iets wat Rudi gesê..." down the page. Is there a way to have the text in the side heads rotated vertically instead? The EditorComment is specific to the Paragraph, and can appear anywhere (and multiple times) on the page, so having a text frame on the page isn't practical. I tried insertig it inside a Table, but can't seem to find a way to set the Cell Rotation, and when I manually rotate the cell, it automatically changes width to

Suddenly the right panel of Lightroom Classic for Windows is grayed out (see screenshot). I looked at Troubleshoot issues with Develop module and tried each suggestion:Restart your computerMake sure your subscription is activeSign out and then sign in againInstall the latest updateReset hosts fileNone of it worked. I've used Lightroom Classic casually for the past year, and I've never run into this before.  Any ideas?
