I would like to report an issue encountered with Acrobat Reader on iPadOS 18, in the single page view with horizontal scrolling. If you try to quickly scroll through multiple pages of a .pdf in quick succession, you will not get the desired result, as you will move within the document always by one page. In other words, when you scroll to go to the next page, you always have to wait until the end of the transition on that page before you can scroll again to reach the still next one; otherwise, the transition effect always starts again on the same page, thus preventing you from moving quickly. I have encountered this problem precisely on IPadOS 18, but not on the same version of Acrobat on iPadOS 17, so I guess it is some kind of incompatibility. Also, the described fact occurs only in the horizontal scrolling view, while everything is fine with vertical scrolling.

크리에이티브 클라우드로 저장하던 파일이 열리지 않습니다. 오프라인으로 다운 받아지지도 않으며 열리지도 않습니다. 복제를 해도 마찬가지고요. 해당 파일만 열리지 않고 나머지 파일은 잘 열립니다. 또한 다른 컴퓨터에서도 열리지 않습니다...이 파일을 다시 열 수 있게 하거나 아니면 작업 내용 일부라도 파일을 살릴 수 있는 방법이 없을까요?

I understand a Creative Cloud All Apps subscription comes with access to download free Photoshop mockups (e.g. signage, displays, business cards, etc.) but where/how do I browse and download them?

I keep instinctively trying to resize my text frames using these......boxes? handles? and clicking on the left OR right one like....sucks my text out and makes a small picture/icon of my text and makes it copy/pasteable. What is this thing even called and how do I make it not do that? I just want to be able to shorten or lengthen text frames without changing their other dimension quickly and easily.

Hello! Hoping someone here can point me towards whatever setting is messing with my right click. Using the right click button on my pen on an image pulls up the background color drop down menu instead of the normal right click menu with "edit in photoshop" etc. Right clicking with my mouse works just fine, so I'm assuming this is an issue with something I have set wrong on the tablet. I've tested right clicking both the surrounding background area and directly on the image; with the mouse I get each respective menu, but with the pen it pulls up the background color menu for both. Thanks in advance!Tristan

I have a text heavy Illustrator file with lots of text boxes.I just updated from the Mac OS from Monterey to Sequioa and when opening the file the font appears larger. The font I am using is an apple font Maku.  I have tried different versions of Illustrator (28.7, 24, 25), it doesnt make a difference.I have tried disabling "Enable Missing Glyph Protection", also didnt workI have tried deleting and reinstalling the font, didnt work Any suggestions please!  

I have been looking at the AI generated results because I am a professional designer who pays a lot for my monthly subscription and am appauled at how bad the results are. Is adobe trying to destroy the creative industry by using sub standard functions in to their applications. Not only do some of the results have no resemblance to what actual subjects look like, but the amount of extra anchor points and bad joins would take a designer a couple of hours to go through and fix. Please adobe, look at what you are producing, the cost is too high, Photoshop generative fill is very poor resolution too and you can easily see the join from where the AI has badly done its job. None of the AI features are of any use to a print designer, as print is so unforgiving and the wuality just isn't there. And before a community expert says can you post some examples, I am not wasting my time screengrabbing things that you are all aware of and are ignoring already. I switched from PC to mac a few months back with a new mac book pro. Ever since, i have not been able to highlight on pdf's which I do a lot. And its getting really annoying. I can't find any articles or discussions that pertain to my issue - which is that it simply doesn't hightlight. I select the text, and it will be boxed like its highlighted, but nothing happens. Can't change colors, just nothing happens. What am I missing here? This is what i run into all the time.

Have attempted to install PS Elements 13 from brand new disc. (Windows)Installation works so far as it is on the PC and will run if I bypass the connection request, but how long is it going to do that for before it blocks me from using the program?  IT asks repeatedly whilst the program is running too.  Have manually registered the serial number on my Adobe account and it is showing as verified.But each time I open up the Elements editor it tells me to register and then comes up with an error messages telling me that it cant complete the process as I am not connected to the internet.Obviously I DO have internet connection, as I am signed into Adobe account, internet web browser etc.  so what is the problem and is there a work around?NB -same issue occurring on the Premier Elements 13 program as well.

So I finished an animation and in the test screen it all looks good, frame rate and dimensions match in encoder, my animate is all up to date. But it's still bugging out like crazy. I have audio in it, but the audio exports fine. I've tried removing the audio, but the visual is still glitching. It completely skips frames or stays on one frame for way too long and I've tried to find anything online, but there's nothing. I've been at this for two days now. The first attachment is how it should be (recorded from my phone) and the second one is how it exports. I didn't include the sound since it's copyright and hasn't been affected by the export Any help is appreciated 🙂

Is there any freaking way in AE to bring in footage (multichannel EXRs) with alpha, then IGNORE the alpha for compositing purposes? I've been looking for this solution for years. I want to be able to bring in my footage ONCE, then composite WITHOUT ALPHA, but still have the alpha available for final stenciling. This just does not seem possible in AE. When extracting channels from the EXRs with the Extractor effect there is an "unmult" checkbox, but it does not remove the alpha. Presumably it unmults the edge pixels with the import color that's set in the interpret footage menu. But, even with this unchecked, comps STILL result in unwanted alpha stacking on edge pixels. So, the ONLY solution I've come up with is to import all my sequences twice, once with alpha ignored (for comping) and once with it premultiplied. The second one is only used as an alpha stencil where appropriate in my comp flow. This is incredibly hacky and inconvenient, especially when dealing with

Hello all, I am trying to print and export a PDF version of my Adobe InDesign document with the document gride included in it. I have tried multiple alternatives but so far haven't succeeded. Does anyone know how I can make the document grid appear on the exported PDF and also on the printed copy of my InDesign document? Thank you in advance.

I'm running v.22.4.2. on an iMac. When I open a particular file, the area is black, with no image visible. I have tried re-saving the file in various formats, and have the same issue. What am I doing wrong?     {Thread title edited by moderator}

I'm in acrobat pro and getting this when I run preflight there are no options, then I get an error: unable to copy the user specific settings -- then program crashes. I've uninstalled and reinstalled acrobat. I'm on windows 11 - latest update. Any ideas? Thanks
