Solved

I'm using Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 2025.001.20432 on MacOs Sequoia 15.3.2. Some of my pdf documents look fine but other will not display text, unless it's part of an embedded logo. Has anyone encountered this and how do I resolve it? The started sometime after the most recent adobe update. I've attached a screenshot of an example document. This is supposed from a credit card statement.

Hello Team,up until today, when i select "File" and "New" or  select "New File", i used to have a few options for how i want the new blank page to be created i.e Set pixels, page size, etc... However, now when I attempt to open a new page, it is completely different as shown in the screenshot image. How do i revert back to the having all the options for when i open a new file?

Generating an ePub file with InDesign 2025 that contains footnotes, and subsequently passing through ePub-Checker, Google Play, or Apple Books multiples errors with footnotes:• OEBPS/9781788946391.Xhtml:237, 664: Error while parsing file: attribute "target" not allowed here; expected attributeIf the same file is opened using ID 2024, there are no errors.I've created a very simple file with little text and one reference/footnote using ID 2025.

I have recently had a bad hard drive and many files were corrupted (100,000 +). When I view them in Lightroom they have a black "i" in the top right corner and a warning that LR can't read the file and won't be able to make adjustments. So I want to delete the files as they are now useless but taking up massive storage space. If LR can identify these files then I should be able to sort by them, select them and remove from catalog. They are all sprinkled randomly throughout a very large catalog and amny folders are filled with a random mix of corrupted files and good files together. How can I do this??

I am using InDesign 2021 & 2022. It is constantly "Not responding" using both versions. I can't get anything done. This has been going on for months. Since purchasing this iMac with the M1 chip. Actually I've been experiencing issues with InDesign since before this new iMac was purchased. I purchased it to try and stop the issues thinking it was the older Mac I had that was causing the problems. But that seems not to be the case.I open InDesign and then try to open a magazine file and it immedietly hangs up. Every click causes the spinning wheel to appear and then I get the "application not responding" message. I've restarted 3 times this moring and it is still happening. I really am hating Adobe right now.

This is really frusturating because I have looked everywhere for a solution and nothing. Here is the problem I am having:So I've completed editing the episode, everything has been exported and I've closed Premiere, shut down and reused my computer for around two weeks, and so on. In fact, I wasn't even on Premiere since that time. However, for no reason at all, I cannot delete the file even though it isn't open. I have Windows 11(or 10, I honestly don't know I'm not a computer person), and I keep getting the error message "This action can't be completed because the file is open in Adobe Premiere Pro 2023." Premiere isn't even running. And for some reason, all of the other videos that were in the same project have all been deleted.. except this one? I've checked task manager and Premiere isn't running. I can't delete, get rid of, or even move the file from the folder it is in. I even went inside the project, deleted the entire timeline, videos attached, and then the project itself.

Hello,What would be the best and quickest way to fill the permiter following the outside of the Die of this file with white. I copied the die and thought I could put a big stroke with white to the Outside but it would only stroke to Center.Any Ideas or solutions would be appreciated. Thank You

Me reiniciaban los creditos los 23 y ahora me lo pasaron al 10, me quede sin creditos por 20 dias

Since updating to Sonoma, pdfs opened with Acrobat Reader show only partial content. If opened with Preview, they show the full content. (Mac Mini with M1 chip, running Somona 14.7.4)  I've tried re-downloading Acrobat reader and checking for updates, but nothing seems to help.  Attached is a sample of what a State Farm renewal certificate looks like; it should have all the policy information, but all the content is missing.

guys youre killing us, i swear. Who keeps making these terrible calls? You seriously don't KNOW your client base, seriously. Please Hire someone that has done design at least for a month.   So: I pay subscription (very expensive in my country and considering I only get to use apps that are no longer number 1 ) I figured with subscription I'd get more than your mediocre censored models I can't even make wild life thumbnails with. Your video generation service? No one is paying for that either. giving us 2 tries is laughably bad. Superior tech is way cheaper and better.   Why don't you hire me, I'll do it: stop developing those apps no one uses, some because you keep them on other pay walls..how about substance 3d or animate, or XD any of these other apps no one uses and use that money on giving us the AI we DESERVE as SUBSCRIBERS. Stop treating your clients like second class.   and for fcks sake just make After effects fast, how hard is for management to understad that? 3

Hi, Does anyone know how I can disable these 'Discover' pop up thats are now appearing in Photoshop please? I had a very simple task to do in Photoshop, make an image greyscale, close image. As soon as I converted the image a video popup started playing square in the middle of the screen, over my image telling me how I can rotate the canvas and not my head. Shortly after im getting some Kickstart your Project in the corner of my screen as attached image.  Is there a way to turn off all these 'helpful' tutorials? I have rich tool tips turned off but this seems to be a different annoyance. These pop ups have literally just delayed me working for 15 minutes trying to find a way to disable them.  Thanks.

I feel as if it exists.Or maybe there could be a snap button? But Alt+↓ Ctrl+↓ does have some special features.

I want to export 2D view image for optimization purpose. So when i export PBR textures. There is no artifacts in the Basecolor, but when i export the 2D view i see these weird artifacts in both exported and 2D View. What is the reason for this and how to solve this?thanks in advance....

Hi! I've updated ACR, Lightroom Classic (v14) and Photoshop. When I open a DNG or Canon CR3 Raw file in Photoshop, ACR opens and I can see and apply the new adaptative color profile (beta) to the file. ...But, the very same file opened in Lightroom Classic does not show the new option, in the Profiles panel. Am I missing somenthing? AK

I have a function that is to populate a movie clip with the values of variables. this.pd_PTSVBBEVA=function(){ // This all works fine: exportRoot.PTSVBBEVA.pDisplay.pName.text = t_PTSVBBEVA; exportRoot.PTSVBBEVA.pDisplay.pDesc.text = c_PTSVBBEVA; PP_URL = u_PTSVBBEVA; // this bit does not: var pPic = new createjs.Bitmap(p_PTSVBBEVA); exportRoot.PTSVBBEVA.PDisplay.pic.addChild(pPic); exportRoot.PTSVBBEVA.PDisplay.pic.scaleX = .2; exportRoot.PTSVBBEVA.PDisplay.pic.scaleY = .2; } The error produced: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'pic')  'pic' is certainly there in my MC, it is an empty MC:  Looks like it should work, I have a similar function that populates another type of MC in other applications that displays the image just fine, what might I be missing here? Thanks!

We've posted a bunch of forms on the internet that require a signature.  The signature field isn't showing up.  When I open the form locally on my computer the field shows up and I'm able to sign it.  Am I correct to assume that signatures will only work if opened in adobe software like reader.  Is there a way to sign forms using a standard web browser like Edge without adobe software? Thanks for the help.

As a Creative Director I have an Adobe ID associated to my company email and have a full Adobe CC licence. As a Photographer, I have subscribed to the new Lightroom CC with my personal Adobe ID.The procedure to switch from one account to the other is absolutely painful and makes me want to just not use Lightroom CC at all (and it's the same with other photographers I know). This becomes particularly excruciating when I travel, because I can keep the 2 IDs separate on different workstations when in the office/home, but I would only have one laptop when travelling (or even when I get back and may want to continue editing a picture on my working machine, because it makes more sense to edit in on the 27'' Retina than on the 13'' laptop). That's my case but it seems from yearly-going conversations that this is a much requested feature. With the CC app always on I'm sure it shouldn't be much of an issue to verify on the spot whether I'm launching an application for which the active ID doesn't

I saw just now on Facebook an offer from an online site selling licenses for Adobe products. It says that for only 29.90 euros, one can own a lifetime license for Adobe Acrobat 2023. The link leads to a site that also offers Adobe Animator, InDesign, Premier, and more. Can anyone from Adobe confirm if this is true or not.Having been a victim of similar offers that turned out to be fraudulent, I have doubts that the site is legit. Some apparent victims commented to complain of unresponsive or non-functioning customer service.I'm attaching a screenshot of the Facebook post and of the site itself. This is the URL of the site: https://soft-media-germany.de/en/product/adobe-acrobat-pro-2023-for-windows/?fbclid=IwAR3MVFM_T3ACmHmjFHQ20Uysu54SyyT6CBU1EDC2eUMFJrMqj2wJQqcnhBg

Hi everyone,I need a little help. My Adobe Stock Contributor account has over $25 in earnings, and it’s been more than 45 days since my first sale (April 14). I also have no pending payouts. However, the “Request Payout” button is still not clickable. I’ve tried different browsers, refreshed the page, and cleared the cache, but nothing works. Is anyone else experiencing this, or does anyone know what I should do?Thanks in advance!Muhammad Mehrab Nabil

How can I overwrite the "Created Date" to keep the original date (either original Created Date or Date Taken) the file was created and not today's during the LrC export process? I am exporting pictures on Windows 10 Lightroom Classic (23.5) and applying a 'limit file size' to reduce my iphone's photo library storage. I include "All metadata" in the LrC export process. In the new files that are created, the "Created Date" (which is the date iphones and computers use to order files chronologically by default) is today's date. The "Date Taken" (date taken applies to pictures taken with a camera only) is still there so I haven't lost the metadata during my export process. How can I overwrite the "Created Date" to keep the original date (either original Created Date or Date Taken) the file was created and not today's during the LrC export process? The other answers in this forum have been for computer users who are able to utalize their finder/file explorer's ordering sy

HiIve only just noticed that when in Camera Raw Filter from photoshop (24.0.0) when i look at the highlight clipping (red) its not actually using 255,255,255 is pure white for clipping like i assumed. I know this as i have a colour on the screen which is 250,251,255 and CFR is telling me this is highlight clipped. I only need to know pure 255,255,255 for clipping, how can i change this?No wonder when i setup Photoshop to show clipping for pure white, the results were different to CRF>Hope that makes sence, Thanks for any explaination.
