Hello,I often set up a collection of images, then generate smart previews of them and export them as a catalog.I do this so I can edit them on my laptop while traveling.I've been doing this for ages and works great for editing on the road, but yesterday I exported a lightroom catalog, and now that I wanted to do some editing, my images are not appeating (The file could not be found mesage)If I click the images for editing,  they are not appearing  (I can see the small thumbnails)I also tried with an old exported lightroom catalog that I worked on it las week, and had the same result,  same message.I am using the latest version  14.3.1 for windows on both computers

Hey all! I am running into a problem where my layer is becoming transparent when I enable motion blur, is there anyway to fix this? I'm trying to animate this poker chip to rotate and move off screen. Btw I have a one node camera layer

I recently received an email stating that my student subscription will expire soon. However, I did not have a student subscription, nor have I ever. My account was created via TechSoup way back in 2016. I expect the explanation is that someone did something in the account database that added a student flag or something because the plan hasn't changed (that I can tell at least), and while I don't regularly look through my account information, I don't recall ever seeing the Education Information section before I got the email. The reason I expect it to be an error is because it says "Student until January 1900" which is preposterous and such a value should naturally be prevented through conditional checks and verification measures. The School field is also blank, which probably also shouldn't be possible if the account was created through a normal process. Since my account is nearing 9 years of age, maybe TechSoup was originally giving "special" student accounts? And 8 yea

Hello, we use Creative Cloud for Teams in the company. Today I noticed that our Adobe Acrobat (v2025.001.20458 / .20467) no longer shows a pro designation. Is this normal? Thanks, Roberty

Hi, so I need to animate a scribble style snake for a music video for my highschool final exam. My teacher advised us to draw 8 similar straight snakes in a psd-file (a layer for each one).  I did that. Where do I go from there, if I want the snake to kind of meander around the frame? My teacher talked about some kind of skeleton animation, but I cannot recall it perfectly or figure out how to do it? Thanks a lot in advance!Elli

I just laid out a book in the LR module, getting ready to order at Blurb. Now, the front and back cover spread is not showing any more on top of the book. The book just starts with the grey default page. I don't see that I can re-insert this special page somewhere in the menu but of course I want to design a cover for this book (hardcover wrap).I have done all the work on all the pages so would rather not start over. Is there a way to get the cover page template back in?Thanks in advance.

Hi everyone,I’ve attached two images for reference:Image 01: Created in Illustrator – features a soft, vibrant gradient look on a gear shape.Image 02: Created in After Effects using 3D extrusion and lighting via the Cinema 4D renderer. My goal is to design and animate a 3D cogwheel in After Effects that looks visually similar to Image 01. However, I’m struggling to recreate the smooth and colorful gradient style from Illustrator within the 3D environment of After Effects. Is there a way to achieve that kind of stylized gradient shading on a 3D object directly in After Effects? Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

So... I have a very simple graphic page with lines of text. In my sequence, everything looks fine. But, upon export, the exported file appears to have random letters that are of a different thickness. It looks as if some of the letters are let's say "Roboto Medium" instead of "Roboto Bold." Again, it looks perfectly fine in Premiere. Nothing weird on the export settings - Just the pre-baked "High quality 1080 HD" setting.

I'm using macOS Monterey 12.6.1 and Adobe Illustrator 27.1.1. I am trying to use the import options to place a layered Photoshop file but when I go to File/Place and check the box "Show Import Options" Illustrator doesn't bring up the dialogue box for the import options. It goes directly to place the Photoshop file. The other boxes (Link and Template) are unchecked when I go to File/Place. I tried checking and unchecking all the boxes to see if that would make a difference and my computer has been restarted, also, but the import options still aren't showing up.  Any help or advice greatly appreciated!

I created a custom bar chart (attached) and the doc displays with the assigned colors within AI, and pdf exports show the same range of colors as well. But, Mac Sonoma now displays the .ai thumbnail as monochrome in all views. It didn't do this yesterday.  I rebooted the system in Safe Boot, then restarted and opened the doc, saved it.  No change in the issue. So, the file is fine and no issues with workflow, but strange that my iMac 24 (Sonoma) suddenly started doing this. Thoughts?

Hello, because Adobe Stock tells me that it is created by AI, if it is not, it was created from 0 from an image that is happening. Maybe they no longer believe in one's potential. It is a shame that this platform thinks that it is generated by AI, something that It is not like this

No ilustrator, as guias sempre estão bloqueadas. Poderia existir uma opção para decidirmos, se as guias ficam sempre bloqueadas assim que iniciarmos o projeto, ou desbloqueadas. FIM

I've just started experiencing a problem with one particular XD file where updating my link isn't actually updating the UI shown in the web browser. I'm able to update the link like normal, but when i go into 'Share' mode i've noticed that the UI elements revert to their previous state and their updated state is visible, but greyed out (like a "ghost copy" of the changes i've made; see attached screenshot). When i finish publishing the changes and check the link, the changes i've made to the UI elements are not represented, but rather they remain in their original state. When i switch over to Share mode, the UI elements revert to their previous state and the updated UI is shown as a "ghost copy". Of course i've saved the file, closed and re-opened XD, checked for updates, rebooted, tried creating a brand new prototype link (same result), etc. I've tested it out with other XD prototype links i have (separate files) and they're working as expected. So, has the file in ques

Dzień dobryFaktura musi w Polsce zawierać nazwę firmy i NIP.

Hello,It's been nearly a month that my adobe license has been cancelled for supposedly a payment problem (when in fact it has always been automatic). I never had any issue in the past and here I am not able to work.I've got in touch so many times with the adobe custom service via the chat and they told me there is a technical issue and people with the 100Go Creative Cloud subscription are encountering the same problem. Meaning they paid, and still don't have access to any softwares. It appears as if you didn't buy anything. Did any of you struggle with this ?

I need to split documents using Top Level Bookmarks, but when I choose "The Same Folder Selected at Start", my option to "Use bookmark names for file names" greys out....I need both of these.

HiI would like to create a function that allows me to vary the number of copies of a page to print, depending on whether or not the wording "Unemployed" is present in the "PROFESSION-2" field. This is the function I created but it doesn't workvar pp = this.getPrintParams ();pp.colorOverride = pp.constants.colorOverrides.blackandwhite;pp.pageHandling = pp.constants.handling.fit;pp.printRange = [[30,30]];var s1 = this.getField ("PROFESSION-2"). value;if (s1 == "Unemployed") {s1.value = "3";} else {s1.value = "4";}pp.NumCopies = s1.value;pp.DuplexType = 1;pp.printerName = getField ("PRINTER"). value;pp.interactive = pp.constants.interactionLevel.silent;this.print (pp); Can anyone help me please?

Back in June 2016 I purchased and downloaded from Adobe two copies of Adobe Acrobat. When I log into my Adobe account, I see both serial numbers.  Since then, one of my computers had to be wiped clean, and Windows 10 reinstalled.  I now want to reinstall Adobe Acrobat on that system, but I don't know which of the two serial numbers to use.  If I could tell which serial number is used on the other system which still has its original Adobe Acrobat installation, then I would know to use the other one.  Is there a way I can find it in the Adobe application?  Or do I need to go find it in the Windows registry?  If I need to go into the registry, where would I find it?

I'm hoping to automate modifying the camera label of each clip in my project so that it corresponds to the bin they are in. For example: Bin 1 'Camera 1' contains 514 clips in and I'd like all clips to have the camera label 'Camera 1' Bin 2 'Camera 2' contains 354 clips in and I'd like all clips to have the camera label 'Camera 2' and so on for 12 Camera bins. I'd then like to create a multicam sequence for each camera bin and then one big multicam sequence which contains all the cameras. I've been having a look at ExtendScript Developer and getting ChatGPT to write the code but it isnt working. I'd like to know if its possible and has anyone had success in doing it or something similar?

Since february 2025 I get an error while making a backup: "Cannot make a backup (V13-3). Check your privaliges for the map and be aware there is sufficient space both on the backup-location as on the main map for Lightroom." I checked: sufficient space on 2 different stations, privalages are ok as far as i can see (I can save a Word-document in both maps).
