I have multiple versions of a graphic in my Project Bin, lets call them A, B, and C.Through out my 30 minute edit, I have used graphic A multiple times. Now I am doing a new version of the edit where everything is the same, except i want to replace every instance of graphic A in the timeline with graphic B. Instead of a "Replace Media", where I would lose graphic A in the my first edit timeline, i simply want to replace A in my second edit timeline. Is this possible quickly and easily?I know the long way is to save individual Project Files for each edit with a different graphic and use the "Replace Media" function, but I am hoping to keep all my timelines in the same project file. Thanks in advance.

I accidentally hid the tool bar and now it and can't bring it back

Unfortunately, the 3D effect prevents me from continuing to use the color gradient. I applied a color gradient to several objects that I named as a compound path. The color gradient no longer starts from the center, as originally intendedDoes anyone have any idea how to keep the original color gradient when using the inflate 3D function? Many Thanks

Is there a way to search for multiple words in one search instance, or is the feature only able to find all uses of one word at a time?i.e. inputing a list of different inappropriate words in the search bar of the transcript function to fill out.

For Adobe Acrobat, the 2- device login limit really needs to be revisited. We are an Adobe Creative Campus and are also using Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Sign for major workflows, and our administration in higher ed employees often have a desktop, a laptop, a tablet, and a phone, and they need to be able to sign Acrobat documents on any device at any time due to their schedules. Signing in and out each time is not convenient and negatively affects productivity.  I can understand for Creative Cloud, the 2-device limit, most are using a laptop and a tablet or a laptop and a desktop and for creative apps that makes more sense. But for Acrobat? It doesn't make sense. Please consider allowing Acrobat Pro users to have up to 4 devices!

Hi Team,I’d like to understand how the Adobe Acrobat PDF Extract API identifies the structure of a PDF document.Does it rely on OCR-based detection, or does it use other layout or heuristic-based methods for identifying elements such as paragraphs, lists, tables, and headings?Could you please share some insights or documentation references about how the API determines and classifies these structural elements? Thanks,Sathish

The images uploaded rarely keep the same facial identity to allow for a continuation of the scenes. The viewer realises that the person in the image is not the same person in the following scenes even if the prompt states " Keep identical facial features or Keep identical face of person for the next scene". This definately affects the realism of the video being generated negatively.

I am attaching a picture of my version release of Adobe Acrobat 2025.  I am also attaching a form that I need created that is accessible.  We have spent hours using the tools in this version of Acrobat trying to make this form screen readable.  Radio buttons ARE NOT ACCESSIBLE in this version of Adobe.    I'm not sure what happened with this latest release but it is almost impossible to create different groups of radio buttons in the same document. Radio buttons are absolutely necessary for this form as we do not want people checking more than one box in certain areas.    I have not found anything addressing the new behaviours of radio buttons in the 2025 software release and the knowledge base articles for previous versions  do not apply.  I would appreciate someone creating accessible radio buttons on this form and then attaching the result with instructions of the steps taken to make them accessible to this post so that I c

I used Classic instead of the cloud version for the following reason: I have read that Adobe retains the right to mine private images uploaded to their cloud for use by their AI tools and possibly other purposes.  Since Apple already has all of my personal images on THEIR cloud, i don't see a need to extend access to yet another tech company.     I expected Lightroom to have a usable facial recognition function, but it DOES NOT.   I've spend 12-18 hours manually retagging a few thousand images of family in Lightroom Classic.  The initial tagging was incorrect most of the time.  Dogs and pieces of furniture "recognized" as specific people, old people recognized as young, men as women, the same IMAGE showing up in different groups.  So, in the end, i had to classify or reclassify most of the images, and finally gave up when i got about 60% of them done.  I think in the future I may upload them to my iPhone cloud and let the iPhone do the image

In my workflow, I import into Media/Photo/CameraImport/2025/2025-07-15/filename.arw. Then I develop and rate there, and when I'm done with an event, I select all the ratings >= 1 and Export them as HDR jpgs (or whatever is needed). What I'd like is for the exports to go in Media/Photo/Exports/2025/2025-07-15/filename-HDR.jpg, i.e. /Media/Photo/Exports/<original folder>/<original filename>-HDR.jpg, and have those files not be part of the Lightroom catalog. (If I use "original folder" then later I sync the folder to pick up new imports, it'll also pick up the Exports into the catalog, which would be bad.)Is this possible? I haven't found any way to apply template tokens to the export folder, just the filename. I suppose I could export to one giant folder with everything, /Media/Photo/Exports/2025-07-15-filename-HDR.jpg (filename tokens make that work OK), but that gets hard to manage. What do folks here do? There's probably a better way. Maybe a plugin like h

Hi everyone, I'm administrating a company license for Creative Cloud/After Effects for 2 users. Our graphic designer would like to try out the Duik Bassel plugin. As it appears, this is a free of charge plugin by RxLaboratory. Are there any costs to installing this since this is an enterprise license. Our certified re-sellers had no answer and pointed out to this community for help. If there are no costs and Adobe allows the installation, then we would proceed accordingly. Thanks in advance for your help!

I've been trying to find a solution to the problem for a while, but I can't figure it out. I've tried several things I found, like turning Overprint Preview on and off, as well as Trim View and Show Transparency Grid. I also tried switching to and from dark mode in Preferences, but nothing works. The strange thing is that it only happens when I want to modify the artboard (Shift+O), and in the View menu, "Hide Artboard" appears but cannot be used. I aprecciate your help.

Hi Adobe Expertscan't start Adobe after effects on my new macbook pro M4 - always get the same error - see my attached warning and shutdown-message by starting the tool. - thanx for some helping adivces how to start -  i did already the safe start - don't work also i've deleted every not compatable plugins. - deleted also every older versions - no chance - thanx for help.  adobe tutorials and online help desks don’t show helpful answers and guidance. - This is the error message:  Zuletzt protokollierte Meldung: Transmit plugin „DeckLinkTransmit“ ist während des Aufrufs von „tmResult ML::TransmitEntry::Startup(const dvacore::UTF16String &, const tmModule *, tmStdParms *, tmPluginInfo *)“ abgestürzt..

Why does photoshop V26.10 keep giving me this pop up now when it's obviously been saved over and I obviously want to keep updating the save making this pop up warning just an annoyance?  It just started today immediately after updating to 26.10.   And how do I make force it to stop?  Is it because I started testing out Lightroom automatic writing metadata to xmp option that has been bugged for a couple years now?  Before that issue when it was on by default, it never popped up this warning, but now it is and that is coincidentally the only other thing changed other than updating both software.

I reset Premiere to its default settings and the bar on the clip that allows you to adjust the clip's transparency disappeared. Can anyone tell me how to get it back?  it was like this

I finished editing a Word document for an internal client, and made a PDF (using Acrobat Pro version 2025.001.20693). The client complained that a couple of filenames were in the wrong font.      I looked at the Word document. The filenames were correct. I looked at the PDF. They were in the wrong font. Furthermore, every bit of text in the document that should have been in our usual code font was in the wrong font (in Times New Roman, as it happens).     I searched for a possible reason. All I found was, "The font must be installed on your system." Well, the font most certainly is installed on my system. If it weren't, the document would have looked unintelligible when I edited it.     I closed all of my open Word documents, then reopened the document in question, and generated a new PDF. It looks just fine.     So the immediate problem is solved, but the underlying problem is not. What made this hap

I have a document that uses multi-level numbering (1., 1.1, 1.2,...2.,...) for Heading 1 through Heading 5. A tab separates the autonumber from the heading text. The font is Arial for Heading 1 and Heading 2, Times New Roman for Headings 3, 4, and 5. The document must comply with Section 508 accessibility requirements. I am using Word 365 in Windows 10 and Acrobat Pro DC. When I export the document to a PDF file, Heading 1 through Heading 5 are no longer text. Instead, each is a pair of images, one for the number and one for the heading text. And Acrobat produces the accessibility error, "Other elements alternate text." What can I do to ensure that the text remains as text when exporting to PDF?

Hi there..Fairly specific question here about licenses and the limit to 2 machines pr account.I work at a University, and while the University have way more, I run about 50 machines with ADobe licenses on them. These licenses are tied to the machine, and not the account the students have.Basically they are machine-licenses that lets anyone log on to them, log in with their Adobe account, and use the software without having their own subscription going. And this has worked fine for a long time now! However, this year I have a student that reported a problem I have not encountered the last 10 years I've been working here, and we've had these machine licenses for as long as I can remember.Case is:Student has his own subscription tied to his account.Student has two machines for that account (laptop and desktop).Student logs in with that account on our machines (with local machine license).Adobe claims he's trying to use his license on more than 2 machines.Should it not ignore his personal li

Hi, I haven't had this issue previously in the 2 or 3 years I've been using Illustrator. I work on a laptop mainly as I am a student. I use the touch pad to zoom in and out, which has worked fine for me up until now. It will still zoom in like it has been, but about 50% of the time it will zoom extremely far in or extremely far out. Almost like my mouse sensitivity went up for a moment. I've looked through a bunch of forums and tried messing with every zoom preference option possible, but nothing seems to be working. Any solutions or tips would be appreciated because this is starting to become really frustrating.

He, i wanted to try the new function to generate a video. But it says that i dont acces to this function of adobe firefly and ik have to contact my administrator or something. but i dont know who that is or where i cant find that.  can you help me please?

I have activated fonts via Adobe Cloud for my project, however the billboard company requires that I include the fonts with the source material. I told them it's activated via Adobe, but they say they're a billboard company and it's simply standard practice to include any used fonts, and they are not responsible for running Adobe on their billboard systems. It's a .aep file for a massive multi-screen digital billboard, not a video or still export. Please advise what to do since I can only find info saying that download is not possible - which makes things difficult. Thanks!

Background: We use red font to indicate changes in the draft document. Then we change the red text back to black before issuing the final version of the document. We sometimes have master page borders and artwork that we use red text with that we do NOT want to change. Four questions: Is there a way to manually search for red text and find it? I didn't see it in the find and replace options? (If I could find it manually, I would be better able to find a way to script it.) Is there a way to script this? I found a script on here to find and replace text, but I don't think this would be the same thing. I know tables present some difficulty, in that if press Ctrl-A to select all and change the font, I usually have to change the tables. My lead would prefer for the script to find the red text and prompt if you want to change it or not? (He's worried about the automated script changing the artwork and/or occasional (rare) times that we actually want red text in the docume

Are there any RSS feeds (or equivalent) for Adobe Updates?  I would like to get notified when an update occurs so I can deploy it to our 200 workstations immediately.  Most other RSS feeds have nice integration with Slack (at work) and let me know when an update or change has occurred.  This is important when pushing out updates to workstations.  Our current update workflow is to periodically check for updates and then push them out.  Not the most efficient workflow for updates, especially with almost 200 computers.
