Solved

I have activated fonts via Adobe Cloud for my project, however the billboard company requires that I include the fonts with the source material. I told them it's activated via Adobe, but they say they're a billboard company and it's simply standard practice to include any used fonts, and they are not responsible for running Adobe on their billboard systems. It's a .aep file for a massive multi-screen digital billboard, not a video or still export. Please advise what to do since I can only find info saying that download is not possible - which makes things difficult. Thanks!

Background: We use red font to indicate changes in the draft document. Then we change the red text back to black before issuing the final version of the document. We sometimes have master page borders and artwork that we use red text with that we do NOT want to change. Four questions: Is there a way to manually search for red text and find it? I didn't see it in the find and replace options? (If I could find it manually, I would be better able to find a way to script it.) Is there a way to script this? I found a script on here to find and replace text, but I don't think this would be the same thing. I know tables present some difficulty, in that if press Ctrl-A to select all and change the font, I usually have to change the tables. My lead would prefer for the script to find the red text and prompt if you want to change it or not? (He's worried about the automated script changing the artwork and/or occasional (rare) times that we actually want red text in the docume

Are there any RSS feeds (or equivalent) for Adobe Updates?  I would like to get notified when an update occurs so I can deploy it to our 200 workstations immediately.  Most other RSS feeds have nice integration with Slack (at work) and let me know when an update or change has occurred.  This is important when pushing out updates to workstations.  Our current update workflow is to periodically check for updates and then push them out.  Not the most efficient workflow for updates, especially with almost 200 computers.

Hello,I received pdf file with protectionProtection is made with use sertificate (.pfx)Sertificate was successfully installed on my Android. But Adobe Reader give me warnings "Error. Document is contained function, which not supported on this version"How I can open it?It very important for me.

I'm just trying to find out as to whether I should use "Raw Details" which now – since the newest release – is available in the Menu "Details". The general Information about this function provided by Adobe doesn't give me enough guidance as it is too general (bigger sizes). I can't find any related info in this forum yet.I would like to understand from which sizes of pictures (pixel, dpi), monitor and publishing items (i.e. TV-Screens, printed items) it is essential to use RAW Details. My pics have usually 6000x4000 pixels, are imported into LrC as dng-files and exported from LrC as TIFF-files with 360 dpi. I'm using a 28" monitor. From time to time some (very few) pictures are printed on bigger formats, such as 90 x 60 cm or also bigger. Also I show a selection of my picture on TV-Screens to fan/friends and family. Is there any advice as to whether I should use "Raw Details" anyway or – maybe – only in certain circumstances, e.g. when extracting details of a pic or for specific the

Hi guys,Since the last two days, I can't see the 'Generate Template' function. Instead, Adobe has replaced it with 'Remove Background.' I can't find the function by which I used to upload a file and receive automatic template styles; now it is not showing Plz help

HI there Has anyone out there come across the issue of attempting to activate the recently added Arial, TNR, and Symbol fonts from Adobe fonts where they fail to activate due to error 'font with same name already exists'? Has anyone found a way around this without removing the same named system font verions (this is on a Mac OSX Sequoia). Reason for asking is that by using the Adobe fonts versions my company is licensed for appropriate use in their products, not so if using the system versions. Thanks 🙂

I accidentally chose "Personal Profile" instead of "School/Company" when signing in (the mail is provided by my university). Now, when sign out and sign in again, there was no prompt to choose type of profile anymore but automatically sign in to that personal one. There is nowhere to turn off the "automatic profile selection" as Adobe said. What can I do now? Can I delete this personal account and still use my school mail to sign in again (to have the prompt to choose profile) or if I delete this, the mail will be deactivate, too? Help me plsss.

When I try to edit photos on my laptop (Dell 73900, Windows 11, Intel UHD graphics) the Develop module will not use the entire available window to edit photos.  The photo appears in the upper left corner of the window, and the Lightroom app appears to "overfill" the screen (see attached doc) Any suggestions?

There are files in Acrobad for iPhone that I can't delete. If I go to iPhone (or iPad), Files, Shared, I see old PDF files that were sent to me via Whatsapp. I can't delete them, they are not displayed among the files on Apple iCloud, they are not present in Adobe Cloud. But they appear if I open them. So somewhere they are stored. If I delete Acrobat from cloud services in File, they disappear. So they are related to Acrobat and Adobe Cloud. But in Adobe Cloud they are not displayed (and therefore cannot be deleted).

I've got a new issue with Adobe Scan.  I am scanning single pages on my Android phone using Adobe Scan Version 25.09.12-gioogle-dynamic.  The PDF file looks fine on the phone.  I share and send a copy of the pdf file via email to my Windows 10 PC.  I open the pdf file in Acrobat Reader verion 25.001.20744, and again the file looks fine.  If I print from there, the printer prints only the top portion of the page, maybe a couple inches, and the remainder of the page is blank and the page is ejected.  I don't get any error messages.  If I open the pdf file in Chrome and print it, it prints fine, the whole page.  I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe Scan on my phone.  I have done many successfull scans with Adobe Scan over the past few years and never seen this issue.  Has anyone been having this issue with the latest updates?  Can anyone suggest a fix? Thanks,Jim

I signed up for the 7-day trial and want to cancel my plan. All I can see it a "You'll be able to manage this plan shortly" message.   So cheeky of adobe to do this. Payments go through instantly and they don't need time to "process"   It's clearly a way of them making people forget to cancel the trial and charging them for the first month.   Very unethical. And it's been going on for years. Threads from 5+ years ago with the same issue.   Sort it out adobe    [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Hey @Mathias Moehl, just wanted to advise that I'm getting an error using the For Each Project Item block when reading generative AI-extended clips in the Project Panel: 'execution result:"unknown project item type 8 for item...' The block/script stops when it encounters these files, throws up the error, and there doesn't seem to be a way to ignore them.My script needs to assess everything in a given project from the root bin, so I've built a very rough workaround using ChatGPT which moves any items like that into a 'TEMP AVOID' folder (and everything else into a TEMP folder, which is then reviewed): https://chatgpt.com/share/68e23c72-bb1c-8005-b6d2-7144fd92fb51Just wanted to message in case you weren't aware of this, cheers (and again thanks for the amazing plug-in!)

I try to rasterize AI files with drag-and-drop PDF import, but PS doesn't use the names of these files, but to every imported file gives the previously remembered name, and all imported files have the same, wrong name.Example files to import:  Import window with correct name shown: Result - the name of the imported file is "PKO5C101448 karta KAPIBARA", which I've imported a few days ago:Same with the other file:  I've tried to downgrade PS to fix this, but it seems that all 25 and 26 versions have the same bug.

I have a type to fix on an outlined badge in Arabic, once I place the text over a curve it breaks. Anyone have an idea how to do it?

I am writing on here because Adobe has made it essentially impossible for me to cancel my subscription, and I refuse to let Adobe's convoluted cancellation procedures leave me stuck with a subscription that I don't even use anymore.I noticed today on my billing statement that my Lightroom subscription was renewed for another month -- this I have no problem paying for, since it was on me for not remembering to cancel my subscription earlier. However, when I try to follow the steps to cancel my subscription, the "Manage Plan," "View Plan," and "Cancel Plan" buttons are missing entirely.Instead, I'm given a bogus alert saying "There is an issue with your payment details," and the only button I'm given is a "Manage Payment" button.First of all -- zero changes have been made to the credit card being used to pay for this subscription, and this is made even more obvious by the fact that the charge for this renewal literally appeared on my billing statement today. When I try to "update my b

I want to show the string "B & W" as a title. If I put "B & W" into my TranslatedStrings, I getWindows: "B  W"Mac: "B & W"If I put "B && W" into my TranslatedStrings, I getWindows: "B & W"Mac: "B && W"If I use the unicode for ampersand nothing changes. Do I have to use different zStrings for different Platforms? Or should I wrap the LOC function with custom code and always put "&&" into my TranslatedStrings?

Despite following the advice to open system preferences and enable full disk access neither programs show up in the automation folder where they apparently need to be to enable this functionality. Are there any workarounds or solutions other than using Lightroom Classic which works perfectly. Many thanks,

Hi,I'm hoping there is a fast and easy way to do this! I have the full suite but currently Adobe express is doing the fastest and best job but it only does one image at a time. Are there any other options? I pay enough for the Adobe package and dont want to buy an App from some other company to do this! Any help is grestly appreciated! Thank you!

This may sound a bit crazyI have a large lightroom catalog on my internal hdd drive in my tower. I also have a med catalog on an external sdd. Can I download and install a second Lighroom Classic program to my SSD catalog with out interfering with my catalog on my computer. Eventually I will move the second large catalog to the external SDD and merge the two catalogues. Want to make sure the SDD catalog is working good first.
