Hello there, I am unable to cancel my Creative Cloud Photography plan which I am still in the trial period (bought on october 3rd. 2025). It wont let me cancel it and I already tried a different browser - even a different device but still the same. I am still waiting 4 days after the subscription began. What do I have to do? Best regards

Our workflow with clients was to publish InDesign files online, collect all of their comments, implement, publish again....Now, since about a week ALL of our links are not working anymore and we get a 404 or 401. Sometimes, accessing those links in incognito browser works again, however even then the comments don't map to specific locations in the document. So, this is a serious issue for us. We trusted the online reviewing feature 100% and it made life so much easier. What is currently happening? Or other users also having this issue?

HiI started with Lightroom Classic 15 years ago  and I later added Lightroom Mobile on a few devices.I have over 18,000 pictures with 1/3 in RAW format and a few videos.I dont understand why it only occupies 19G on my 1T plan.If I export them all in JPG it takes over 70G. RAW takes more room.  I suspect that not all my pictures are backed up in the cloud in top resolution.I need your  help understanding the Cloud Sync/Backup I want to make certain that everything is in the Cloud in the best resolution available. Thank you in advance.

I am guessing this file contains unsaved redactions after Acrobatc crashed recently (not sure). i don't want to lose my redactions. If I continue to edit, the message persists. Is there a way to make it go away (turn it off)? Or just "apply"? (I did that, and I lost only two redactions, so pehraps all is well.) Never had this occur before.  Tx

Hello Adobe Support,I have been experiencing a persistent issue with Substance 3D Sampler 5.x on my system, and after extensive troubleshooting with NVIDIA support, the issue still remains unresolved.Problem Summary:Sampler 5.x works correctly right after a clean Windows installation. After 1–2 weeks of use, the application suddenly fails to launch.Version 4.5.2 works without any issues.Event Viewer consistently shows errors related to vulkan-1.dll during the crash. The issue only affects Adobe applications (Sampler and Designer). All other games and applications using Vulkan run without any problems.Steps Already Taken:Multiple clean driver installations (both Studio and Game Ready drivers, using DDU and NVIDIA Cleanup Tool).Tested on both Windows 10 and Windows 11 – same issue occurs.Performed multiple full OS reinstalls (4+ times) and confirmed the same pattern:Works after a fresh install → fails to launch after some time.Tried with offline local Microsoft account (not cloud-linked).D

I'm trying to find a way to navigate to a specific timecode in my timeline using only the keyboard. I'm aware that I can type in digits using the numpad and they will automatically be typed in the "Playhead Position" field in the timeline, but when I do this I can't also enter colons or semicolons, so I can't enter a valid timecode. What am I missing?
