안녕하세요, 몇 년 동안 프리미어 프로 플랜을 사용하다 더 이상 구독할 이유가 없어 다른 플랜으로 변경 후 플랜 구독 취소를 한 사람입니다.연결해 둔 카드의 기한이 만료되어 8/28에 다시 결제 방식을 점검하였고, 그 다음날인 8/29에 다른 플랜으로 변경 뒤 구독을 취소하였습니다.변경된 플랜에 대한 환불금은 무사히 받았으나, 프리미어 프로 플랜 금액은 약 10% 가량만 환불이 이루어진 것을 확인했습니다. 이에 대한 이유와 가능하다면 남은 금액인 '취소가능금액' 또한 환불받고 싶습니다.

안녕하세요. 저는 Adobe 서비스를 정기 결제 이후 작년 7월 부터등록되 기기도 없고, 이용한 적이 없음에도 불구하고,귀사의 명의로 해외결제 PG사를 통해 10개월간 매월 30,800원씩 총 308,000원이 자동 결제되었습니다.해지를 하려고 했지만, 위약금을 물어야 했고 플랜 취소하는 UX가 너무 복잡해서금전적 손실을 보게 되었습니다. 등록된 기기도 존재하지 않으며, 어떠한 이용 내역도 확인되지 않습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 해외결제 건으로 매월 비용이 빠져나간 것은 명백히 부당한 자동결제입니다. 이는 소비자 동의 없는 결제이자, 환불 절차를 회피하는 구조적인 문제입니다. 귀사의 이러한 관행은 소비자 기만 행위로 볼 수 있으며, 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 및 「표시·광고의 공정화에 관한 법률」을 위반하는 행위에 해당될 소지가 큽니다. 특히나 대학생에게는 매월 30, 800원은 굉장히 부담되는 금액이고,이 문의를 본 CS 응대 직원분께서 그냥 환불이 안된다고 응답하는건 정말 양심없는 행동이라고 생각합니다.본인도 대학생 시절 해지하기 너무 어려운 해외 서비스에서 매달 마다 30,800원씩 나가고 해지 위약금으로 43,000원을 납부하라는 메시지를 보면 이용하고 싶은 마음이 들다가도 어도비를 사용하기 싫지 않을까요? 10개월간 청구된 금액 308,000원 전액 환불 자동결제 경위 및 재발방지 대책에 대한 공식 서면 답변 해당 사례에 대해 한국 내 공식 대리점 또는 PG사와 협력하여 책임 있는 후속 조치 즉각적인 환불과 시정조치를 요청드립니다.******@******.****** 계정이오니 확인 후******@******.******으로 회신 메일 부탁드립니다.   * 모더레이터에 의해 삭제되었습니다.

Hi! I am new to audition and trying to record a voice-over of a script. I have been using the punch and roll feature to retake areas in which I make a mistake. However, I am now suddenly having yellow crosses appear on my tracks, where I have punch and roll recorded. All the takes audibly playing over one another. How do I fix this? And make it so just the track on the top is audible. Thank-you in advance 🙂 

플랜 취소하면서 혜택을 선택하라길래 그냥 아무거나 했는데, 환불 안 해주고 60일 무료 구독??인가 하는 거더라고요.... 근데 저는 그냥 환불 받고 싶은데 이거 어떻게 해결 안 되나요....

사진을 보시면 올해 4월 29일에 결제를 했고 한달 사용후 자동결제로 5월 30일,6월 29일 결제까진 맞습니다 그이후로 7월이후로 앱을 일정 사용하지 않았고 한달도 안되서 7월 11일에 결제가 진행되었습니다 이때 환불을 못했었는데 또 한달이 되기 전에 7월 30일에 다시 결제가 되었습니다 그런데 이게 두번 결제가 되더라구요?? 그래서 환불을 하고 지났는데 8월 1일날 두번 결제가 또 되었습니다. 제가 분명 환불이 되었다고 확인을 했었는데 그날 몇시간뒤에 또 결제가 되었다고 카드 결제 문자가 와서 너무 당황스럽네요 문의를 할 곳이 맞는지는 모르겠지만 한달도 안되서 두번 결제가 되고 취소 가 되었다고 해서 했는데 총 4번이 더 결제가 된점 이거 환불 가능한게 맞을까요? 여기다가 문의 하는게 맞는지도 궁금합니다   * 모더레이터에 의해 삭제되었습니다.

저의 플랜은 ₩26,400 월정액 이였습니다. 변경 하지 않았는데 이번달 결제 금액이 ₩47,300으로 변경되어 결제가 되어 환불을 요청합니다.     * 모더레이터에 의해 삭제되었습니다.

AcrobatRederDCで、バージョン（25.1.20630.0）にアップデート後、AcrobatRederDC操作中に以下メッセージが表示されるようになりました。「AdobeCollabSync.exe:プロシージャエントリポイントSetThreadDescriptionがダイナミックリンクライブラリC:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat Reader DC\Reader\AdobeGrowthSDK.dllから見つかりませんでした」再起動、修復しても解消しません。再インストールすれば解消しますでしょうか？（OS：WindowsServer2016） 

위 제목과 마찬가지로 플랜 취소 후 남은 기간을 유지하는 것으로 했는데, 다른 계정으로 다른 플랜을 이용 중이라 남은 기간을 환불 받고 싶습니다.

무료플랜 이용 후 취소하려고 어도비 사이트에 접속했는데 결제를 업데이트 한 후에 취소하라고 하더라구요.일단 결제하고 14일 안에 환불 신청하면 전액 환불해준다는 말을 믿고 결제하였습니다.그런데 취소 수수료가 결제액이랑 동일하더라구요플랜은 이미 취소해서 9월엔 사용도 못하고, 결제 유도해서 수수료라는 명목하에 환불도 안해준다는걸로 이해되어 혼란스럽고 기분나쁩니다환불 부탁드려요 

포토샵 21560원을 결제했는데 계정 내에서 결제내역이 뜨지 않아 취소가 불가함. 취소 처리 바람.

how to place multiple or single pdf to adoe inDesign via C++ SDK plugin. i cannot find the necssary API calls or documentation to achive this.

Hi there,I am creating a planner in Acrobat and would like to create a checkbox that has three states:1st click  =  filled box (hex color: 918B80)2nd click = Dash, cross, checkmark, whatever is easiest. I just want the hex color: 918B80.3rd click = Blank (White box) This is the checkmark 'legend' as reference: I've been able to find a forum on how to create a three-state button that does Checkmark, dash, and blank, but I would really like to learn how to implement a color fill. Is this too complicated? Would it create issues for my clients who would be using this planner through a standard pdf reader? Is there software or an app that's better suited for this type of project?

Windows11でillustrator CS6です。試しに不要なフォントを削除しようとしています。「Ironwood Std Medium」C:\windows\フォント、コントロールパネル\フォントのいずれにもありません。フォント名を検索してもPC内では見つかりません。PCプログラムのCS6ファイルにあるとおもうのですが、フォントフォルダが見つかりません。このフォントを削除する手順など教えていただければありがたく存じます。 

Is there an add-on that will help me handle styles better? Like highlighting all text with a certain style. Jumping from text w/certain style to next instance of text with that style etc. etc. I know how to do this manually but i would like to automate it.Thank youSF

現在、社内ではWindows 23H2で2024年版イラストレーターを使用中です。近日中に24H2にUpdateを予定しているのですが、設定とデータが引き継がれるか、問題なく起動できるか教えていただきたいです。なお、使用PCはHP Workstationです。

I find the whip transition very useful as I'm sure many do.  There is just one small problem for me however -  the transition goes only from left to right.  Any chance of it going from right to left as well?  It seems odd to me that the first clip doesn't appear to move "out of the way" (i.e. to the left) before the second clip appears.

Lately I am not getting a preview of my work in the Liquify filter workspace.  I can see the mesh getting deformed but the image doesn't move. When I click Okay, the image shows the distortion.I'm on Windows 10 ProMy Graphics card is GeForce GTX 970 (Driver date is 10/27/2017 - the latest driver)Anybody know how to fix this?Dan

I was trying to fix the poke holes on a woman's stocking (from a 3D render) using generative filling and got this message "your action is against our guidence, please read PS guidence and try again"  there were no naked or inappropriate content whatsoever!  Funny thing is, I tried to do the same with a table's uneven color pattern, it worked like a charm, but when I try to do the work on a female, again nothing close to exposure of naked content or anything sensetive! it just blocks all my attempt! This tech can sometimes make 30 mins work in a sec, but it will be useless and die quickly if adobe don't sort out your censorship with exceeding boundries.   now I'm back using clone stamp doing repeatative labor.

I'm uploading an .epub file to IngramSpark and—on the surface—everything looks to be fine. However, I'm served with this error message (three times) from IS:(PKG-026): /META-INF/encryption.xml: Obfuscated resource must be a Font Core Media Type (was declared as "application/x-font-ttf" in "OEBPS/content.opf").I assume this is in relation to the 3x fonts I'm using in the .indd file – however, they are all Times New Roman (Regular, Italics and Bold styles) so there shouldn't be a licensing issue. They are .ttf files so I'm assuming that's the issue, but how do I go about rectifying that?
