Solved

Hi guys, For some reason, I cannot save or export my multitrack session, all options are greyed out. I can, however, go to Multitrack> Mixdown session to new file to export it, but I obviously would like to save my sesx file. My tracks are all set to master. When I was editing, my audio hardware preferences were set to my headphones, which I have since disconnected and set back to my laptops hardware for both output and input - I'm wondering has this anything to do with it? Ive set it back and connected my headphones again, but still no joy. I'm also running 13.0.4 software. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Hi.  I'm not sure if this is the right forum to ask this question or not.  Someone sent me a contract (pdf) via email, and it looks like they signed it electronically, and he has asked me to sign it and return it to him.  Two questions: --How can I know that his signature is actually a legit electonic signature and not just his name written with a script-like font. --How can I add my signature electronically to the contract? I have done this before, but it was always done online where both signers could add their signatures.

We send reservation agreements to clients, and occasionally, we need to edit the agreement to correct payment information, dates, and other details. These edits would take place before anyone has signed the agreement.  For example, if we put down the wrong date for a reservation agreement, we have to resend the agreement and start from scratch

This is a feedback/complaint:It's pretty crazy that I pay almost $1,000 per year to have these wonderful programs that can do so much, but I can't have the simplest feature, collage. Which, by the way, used to work great in the past!I had to get another app - free for now - to be able to do the simplest task. C'mon Adobe! You're better than this! Please bring back the old collage features!Thank you.

Help! I LOVED the moodboard/collage generator on Adobe Express (used it all the time). And now it's gone. You used to be able to upload images and it would automatically throw them into a grid for you.Where did it go?? Why did they remove it?? Sincerely, A collage-less gal.

Hey everyone, long ago I made this script with some help but right now I totally forget all about scripting and I need a little update. What it does is just combining several layers into a smart object, and rename it to the bottom layer. Now, if possible I want to copy the layer's color as well. Can someone help me achieve this? This is the script function main() {var s2t = stringIDToTypeID;(tr = new ActionReference).putProperty(s2t('property'), p = s2t('targetLayersIDs'));tr.putEnumerated(s2t('document'), s2t('ordinal'), s2t('targetEnum'));(lr = new ActionReference).putProperty(s2t('property'), n = s2t('name'));lr.putIdentifier(s2t('layer'), executeActionGet(tr).getList(p).getReference(0).getIdentifier(s2t('layerID')));var nm = executeActionGet(lr).getString(n)executeAction(s2t('newPlacedLayer'), undefined, DialogModes.NO);(r = new ActionReference()).putEnumerated(s2t("layer"), s2t("ordinal"), s2t("targetEnum"));(d = new ActionDescriptor()).putReference(s2t("null"), r);

Since last week my Design team began having issues with links they send using the Share For Review function in Photoshop.  Everyone who has selected these links get a Error 404 message. We have tried clearing browser cookie cache and history with no success. I've seen other posts in Adobe Community about Illustrator users experiencing the same problem the past several days with no fix.Thank you

I've been paying for a Lightroom Classic license for about two years. A few weeks ago, my Windows 10 hard drive died. Automatic repair didn't help. Windows won't start. I couldn't deactivate my old computer. I decided to build a newer computer with a new SSD. I installed Windows 10 and Creative Cloud on my new computer. I log in with my email account, which I created two years earlier specifically for paying for my Adobe Lightroom license. However, the list of activated devices, plans, and payment history are empty. Despite this, I'm still being charged for a plan I can't use. Please provide instructions on how to cancel or recover the serial number of the license I'm still paying for. If necessary, I can provide the debit card number used to make payments. I'm waiting for a response; the situation is irritating.PS. I'm not a native English speaker.

I cannot open more than one image in Photoshop. If I open a second image it automatically is placed on top of the first image. How do I stop this happening?

I didn't have the JPEG problem in the past.   Everything was working just fine. But tonight, I suddenly cannot do a simple task of exporting from Sony RAW files to JPEG.I have exported thousand of JPEG files from the latest (updated) Lightroom Classic with my MacBook Pro M3 Max Chip with 48GB Memory and 1TB SSD.     There are plenty of  hard-drive storage in my SSD MacBook Pro and my SSD external Hard-Drive.I don't know what happen, but now suddenly cannot do any JPEG Export at all.   I resstarted my MacBook Pro  and  restarted my Lightroom Classic, but it's still not working.    Please see the error file below (attachment).     I also had the latest  MacBook iOS updates and Lightroom Classic latest updates. The JPEG Export was working just fine this morning and it was also working just fine for the last few years.   I don't know why suddenly the JPEG Export stopt working.    P

Hi again -- This is a follow-up question to my post from last week, Re: Customizing Tooltips in Adobe Acrobat Pro.  @Tariq Ahmad gave me some great tips on how to customize my tooltips by turning my Adobe Acrobat Pro PDF into a form. As suggested, I created buttons to make my images and text interactive, so that when the user clicks these buttons, a corresponding document opens on our website.  When I click a button, the background color of the images and the text distort (see attached example) briefly and then the corresponding document opens successfully.  I don't want the background color of my images and text to change when the mouse is clicked. Are there any button properties I can modify to solve this issue? I've attached my draft form.  Thank you in advance.

Ok this has been happening for a couple of days now. I can drop in my RAW photos and all is fine. Then I usually apply my preset to a photo and then apply it to all of them, that is when it freezes and I have to close it. I am working off of SSD's, plenty of RAM and storage.  I have tried to reinstall 2 times, I have tried all different kind of option changes and nothing works. I have so much work to do and I cant do anything. Please let me know if there is anything you can think of. Thank you

Merci

I'm making some business cards for a company and I have certain elements that are the same for every card - logo, main phone, lic. #, website - but then i need to be able to change the name, email, title, and mobile #, and I am trying to understand a way to do this with symbols or templates or something. Anyways any and all help appreciated!

Hi! I have both Lightroom Classic and CC/Mobile installed - I do however only use CC/Mobile, never Classic.I noticed now that there's a huge file (300+ Gb) called "Mobile Downloads.lrdata". It eats up all my space, and I wonder if I can erase this without risking any of my photos (that I have in the cloud for Lighroom CC/Mobile). What's the best approach here? Thanks!

Já exclui e instalei novamente, já apaguei o que manda no site e nada resolve. sempre que abro o light vem essa mensagem e não consigo usar.

I have subscribed to Lightroom Plan with 1TB for $23.99/month.When I looked at the version that was installed on my desktop I noted it was version 8.5 not the latest version 14.  Why is this?It clearly said Lightroom Classic for Desktop, but I got this old version.Very confused, can anyone sort this out for me.

Hi, (sorry for my bad english I am a french guy) I have a problem dealing with the numbered list in arabc. As you see on the screenshot, when I come to 10 and over, the arabic just write 01and not 10, 21 not 12 etc.. By the way, the gap between the first numbers is exactly what I wanted, but when I came to 10 and over the gap have been longer. What can I do ? thank you all.

Hi, since today I've been getting this error in Photoshop on many of the fonts I downloaded. The font texture has disappeared. It also freezes for a few seconds when I switch between fonts.I'm attaching a screenshot. On the left, the characters display correctly in Premiere Pro. On the right, they display correctly in Photoshop.
