Solved

I have scanned a small book using Adobe Scan app on my iPhone. The pages are all slightly different size in the resultant PDF file, though uniform in the original book.I have done some research on resizing all pages to be uniform, and apparently "fit to page" via the "print to PDF" is the way to go.My only problem is that there is NO "Print to PDF" option in my print box, only my laser printer is listed.I am using Acrobat Pro DC on a Mac. Is that the problem? I read vague comments online that this is Windows only.Could anyone kindly offer any other solutions?Thank you.

Hi everyone,I'm new to this software and am working on a macbook pro. I pressed ctrl + ~ to view the playback full screen (an instruction I found on google!) and now I am stuck! I have tried everything I can think of so can anyone please help me?! Thank you!!!

I have recently returned to Photoshop after several years, and I remember there being an outer glow option in the Layer styles panel. I have searched this site quite a bit and I see that as recent as December 2022 the outer glow option was still available, yet it's missing in mine. I am using CC version 24.1.0 (up to date)  on Windows 10 Has it been moved/removed? and where can I find it? What am I missing?

I'm trying to upload a video to YouTube, but everytime I try an error pops up, saying that the proccessing has been abandoned. I've tried several file formats, and it seems like what keeps happening is that only the first second is saving as a file. I have no idea why this is happening, someone please help.

Hey everyone, For the last weeks I have checked the hyphenation/ justified type from different top book publishers/Bestsellers on Amazon, specifically Novels. Their pages generally just look beautiful. They have few Hyphens but still an overall good looking Page without too much or too little of a Gap - it just seems perfectly balanced. Now, i tried to replicate that/ achieve a similar result (For the last weeks), but for some reason it doesn't work. I played with the sliders/Percentage within Indesign both within Hyphenation and Justification, watched different Tutorials on that, read through different articles, but I still get too much Hyphens - and if I configure it specifically for less Hyphens, the Gap just looks unbalanced...  Just to give an example. You can find online a Tutorial from Charles Nix, the Creative Type Director from Monotype, where he does a very simple Video speficially on that. After I applied the settings, it just didn't look good in my

Where do I find the plugins I had installed in previous versions of Acrobat?

Looks like I finally have to leave Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5 running on Mac Mojave and go ahead with a perpetual monthly subscription to Lightroom Classic (Dropbox just quit supporting Mojave):1. Am I correct in that this would be the app that replaces the editing and organizing features of Lightroom 5 with its catalog method?2. Can I store the photos and catalogs on a hard drive or on Dropbox? (Or do I have to use Adobe's web server.)3. Will my Lightroom 5 catalogs transfer over? Note: I'll probably not transfer over everything  but start new catalogs in Lightroom Classic. However, eventually I'll want to update the platform for the old photos. Thanks

Acrobat updated and i prefer working with the older version i had. In Adobe Creative Cloud i have the option to install 'Other versions' for all other apps except Adobe Acrobat. Can anyone explain to me if and how i can install older versions of Adobe Acrobat?

I am new-ish to CC, and I noticed that I now have dozens of irrelevant fonts in my menu bar. Fonts I will never ever use. They only clutter up the menu.In my work I use only 3-4 type families, and have no need for all these other fonts that seem to have been installed on my system since upgrading from CS3 to CC, and from OSX to Monterey. Is there any way to get rid of all these fonts I will never use, so that my font menu will only show the ones that I need? Thank you for any help.

My work computer updated to the new Adobe Acrobat Pro (2023.006.20320) and the app is now completely unusable. This update is genuinely terrible. Nothing was improved, and even after a month using this version, work that used to take me 5 minutes now takes half an hour.   I've tried to find the option to "disable new acrobat" but it does not appear under the "View" drop down menu. Why is the option not appearing for me and how can I revert back to the previous acrobat version?

I used to be able to use 4-Color Gradient on my Color Matte layers without any issues whatsoever, but since the latest update, it seems like it is broken and it shows black no matter when or where I apply the effect to. I tried reapplying it multiple times, cleared caches etc. Also, all of my previous projects which had it now lost it too, they all show it black. Any reasons why or ways to fix?

Hi all,I want to fade out whilst holding the last frame of a short video.I've added a still frame at the end by Clip > Video Options > Insert Frame Hold SegmentI created a keyframe part way through the still frame segment and left the opacity at 100%, then created another keyframe just in from the end of still frame segment and set the opacity to 0%As I drag the ¿¿scrubber?? across the still frame segment I can see the opacity (numbers in the effect controls panel) changes from 100 to 0% but the video image doesn't change in any way - it doesn't fade. What am I doing wrong?

My PC is equipped with a file manager called Explorer, it was included in the operating system (Windows 11). I use this exclusively to manage files and folders.  In Acrobat, when I save a file, it defaults to some Adobe file manager that's much less efficient. It only shows me 5 folders that I've recently saved other files to, whereas the Windows explorer shows me the folders on my PC and lets me choose where to save. I know I can click "Choose a Different Folder" and Adobe will pull up File Explorer but I'd like to skip that step and just have the file explorer pop up when I hit save-as - just like it does with every other app.

Hi,How do I clear disk space in Indesign in a simple and safe way? I don't understand why I keep running out of space on Indesign. I have a new iMac and keep most large files on an external hard drive. Help!

Hello, I've generated over 50-100 images using Seaart, upscaled to 4k, and all of them were rejected. Why? Are images created using Seaart not accepted? Could it be that the generator is at fault for not producing satisfactory images, resulting in none of them being accepted? Initially, I generated images using both Leonardo AI and Midjourney without encountering such issues. Some of the images created with Seaart are being rejected, and I'm not sure why. I understand one being rejected, but every single one? I know there are hundreds of thousands of similar images, but I found it intriguing and decided to give this new generator a try.

When I put an Element 3D on a layer in my scene, the Render Que and Media Encoder cannot render the composition. They will either freeze, or drop frames of the Element 3D layer, or flash up crazy blues, greens, or a solid white frame. I just finished a project 2 weeks ago with no problems.I think there was an AE and ME update since then (I did try rolling back, and that did not work). There was also an NVIDIA driver update since hten I believe.Anybody else having trouble with this?

Hello, after the latest update, I'm unable to right click on, or use my keyboard shortcut for enable/disable caption tracks. I tried resetting my workspace, and clearing my cache on startup. Sequence I'm using is a multicam sequence with two caption track layers.  Version 23.5.0 (Build 56)Windows 10

I'm hoping a new feature can be considered where other people can interact with a webpage, bit like Padlet, comment and like etc.My reasoning is to facilitate online presence and peer to peer social presence, connecting with socially constructing knowledge and knowledge sharing.  Thanks :).

I need to export .OGV and .WEBM files from Premiere Pro CS5 (or, if necessary, AE CS5).Can this be done? They don't appear as export options. Thanks!

*Solved- Resetting preferences and deleteing all previews seems to have cured the issue.Looking for some help here. For the last few days, when I open LRc no folders or folder structure appears in my Library Navigation Pane, only a filter folders box is there. (see photo)I can go to catalog>all photos and everything is there, but under folders it's completely blank. I can go to Collections and all is normal and working there. Eventually it (slowly) fixes itself and repopulates the folder structure, but something is very wrong. When folders are missing, if I try to right click a photo I get no dialog box, no way to chose "show folder in Library". I have Windows 11 and Nvidia 4080, everything current and up to date including GPU driver. All other functions on my PC are perfect and Photoshop is functioning perfectly. Also today my LR crashed during a large export, which has NEVER happened before. I don't know if I should reset LR preferences or reinstall LR? Or is it maybe a corrupt ca

I’m working on a multi-page document in InDesign and want to keep my layouts consistent across different sections. I’ve heard master pages are the best way to handle this, but I’m not fully sure how to use them effectively. Can anyone explain best practices or tips for setting up and managing master pages?
