Fresco is not launching, the computer meets requirements and is updated. I also updatedFresco the version. Uninstalled and installed again but it just crushed when loading documents and automatically closes, not launching home app.

Back in 2015 when SSO was enabled in Creative Cloud for Enterprise, SSO via SAML was an enterprise feature. We are a small business with less than 100 employees and SSO/SAML support is one of the first questions we ask a vendor when evaluating a product. This feature has really moved down market and Adobe should enable SSO/SAML ID Federation in Creative Cloud for Teams.

Hi there, when i try to open an older project, i get this error:libgit2 error -3(6/path is not a repository: /Users/.../Ch Data/repo.noindex) returned from git_repository_open_bare(&raw-RepoP, (const char*)fullPathP) [null] best, patrick

I have a question that has been bugging me for some time and the answer might be simple but I haven't quite figured it out yet.So, I have an object in a file, with certain custom color swatches attributed to it. I copy it and paste it into a new document, and sometimes, the custom swatches are automatically added to the swatches list, bust most of the times they dont and I have to add them manually, which is stupid. This seems random, happens either with CMYK or RGB color modes and it drives me crazy.Anyone can tell me why this happens?

Hello,I would like to add a 'non-digital' signature field on my fillable form. This form is to request a permit for the city and we want to post the form on our website. I do not want users to enter a digital signature when they fill in the form, I just want them to sign (as with Adobe Sign) but I will not send the file for signature. In short, my question is how can I get the signature field from the 'Fill and sign' tool into my fillable form prepared with the 'Prepare form tool' Thanks

Hi everyone, I just wanted to ask for some advice. It’s been five days and I still haven’t received my refund — what should I do next?

Whenever I start up fresco it crashes right after the loading documents screen. I looked in event viewer and it told me it was an "Exception code: 0xc0000005" In the "gemini_uwp_bridge.dll" file  I tried driver updates, reinstalling it, checking for corrupt system files, and doing a Windows Memory Diagnostic scan, but to no avail.if I go back a Fresco version, it works but crashes after selecting brushes or brush size. any help is very much appreciated.

I'd like to download after effects 2023 or 2022 but its not shown in the previous older files, and I can't get into contact with any adobe workers 😞

I've got a bunch of scripts I made for work to make our lives easier.  Most repetitive, annoying tasks that my coworker and I face daily have been eliminated, and I'm working on more. There are a bunch now, ~25, so I made a script browser to make it easier for us to browse and launch the scripts.  There are 2 versions of it, an Extenscript one that she uses now, and a CEP version I've been working on that adds a lot of features that will significantly increase its usefulness and the development speed of our scripts (Mainly, it adds GitHub support for auto-updating and bug reporting). On my computer, all of this works perfectly.  Unfortunately, on her Mac, the CEP extension version is showing in her extensions menu, but when she launches the extension, the panel is blank, and not even the earliest of debug alerts will run, so the extension is not running at all.  Then I found out it's this way for all of her CEP extensions that she has tried; they show up, but w

So, in two forms calculations won't work. The real weird thing is that two of these forms were created off the original, and it is the original and one of the others that are not working. For the ones not working, neither the sum function or the simplified function works (I haven't tried the custom calc field). Is there a setting that has changed to prevent these from working for these documents and not the other one? This is the simplied formula I am using: PowerPowerPlant-PowerSubPower (each of these are the exact names and tool tips of the fields in question) Again, it works for one document but not the others.

Hi all. I have a very pressing iseue I was hoping you could help with, as we have an important UAT server down. I installed the CF 2023 license today. I got a message after license entry that said CF server needed to have access to the Internet to work for certain license types. I wasn't asure if my license type was the one listed, so I thought I'd test. I removed my proxy and proxy port settings from the package manager settings, and turned off the proxy on my Windows machine. Then I removed the -Dhttp.proxyHost and -Dhttp.proxyPort settings from the JVM, which required me to restart. Nowe, CF2023 Application Server service will not start back up again. I turned the windows proxy back on, and since I couldn't get to the JVM with the Admin not able to load, I added the proxy settings to the jvm.config file. CF server would still not start up. There arew errors in the exception log saying "Failed to contact the Adobe Licensing server". Can anyone tell me how to resol

var layer = app.activeDocument.activeLayer; var Width = layer.bounds[2] - layer.bounds[0]; var Height = layer.bounds[3] - layer.bounds[1]; alert(Width + "\n" + Height)The dimensions obtained by the above code are 207 and 765, but the actual dimensions are 567 and 850, because the image contains transparent areas. How can I get the actual dimensions? Thank you, everyone

I have an Ae file that freezes up Ae every time I open it, even the autosave files freeze it up. The problem is specific to one project. All my other Ae project files open just fine. Never had this issue before today. I have coworkers that can open the file just fine, on the same version of Ae. Same exact hardware and software build as well. I can even open it on my laptop, which has an old version of Ae, just can't open it on my Mac Pro. I tried reinstalling the current and old version of Ae. Still won't open. See screenshot below. It looks like a dialogue box starts opening and freezes before it gets past this point. I get the color wheel and have to force quit. Any thoughts?

Hello,we are experiencing constant freezes while using Indesign 20.4 or 20.5 on multiple devices.Indesign itself and files can be opened without any problems but after 5-10 Minutes the application freezes. There is no Crash-Report or something like that it's just not responding. If this happens we can either wait 10 minutes or close the application via Task-Manager. The issues first appeared in June and as a workaround we started to reinstall Indesign 20.0 this version works fine.We discovered that the Problem is caused by our Proxy Settings. We run our Proxy as an explicit Proxy with required authentification. The settings are distributed to our users via GPO which will store the Proxy pac script in the Internet Settings. It seems like InDesign ignores this settings in the versions 20.4 and above. We tried to set our Proxy using "Netsh winhttp set Proxy" - in this case the application works fine. As soon as we reset the winhttp proxy the issue reappears. Is there a way to con

Hey,How do I send multiple files at once for signature? I do not intend to send to multiple recipients, but only multiple files to the same one.

Like this:If all four values are 0, I modify it.Otherwise, if the first value is greater than 0, I don't modify it.

I am using a Lightroom on a PC. I am trying to crop an image to a certain dimension but I am struggling to find where I can type in these numbers. When I select "Custom" crop, it does not allow me to enter numbers. I know this is a feature that Mac users have. Can this be done on a PC? If so, how?
