Solved

I just upgraded to LRc 14.5.1. I had 2000+ photos in All Photos. Now I only have 335 photos.  What happened?  What can I do?  All my photos appear to be intact on an external hard drive.  Also intact on a backup external hard drive.  Using Mac OS Tahoe 26.0.1.  What can I do to return the photos to LRc?

Hello everyone! I am looking for any insights of why visits in google analytics would be lower than the reported visits from our X site (using adobe analytics) sent to the a Y site (using google analytics) - using X and Y to differ the sites.  For example - our site has reported thousands of visits clicking on CTAs leading to that site (-3% difference compared to the visitor dimension).  However, this number has only been about 600 in total per what the team has seen on their end. Now, I know comparing data in different platforms are not the best practice as this can vary depending on how visits/sessions/etc are defined in either platform. Has anyone dealt with this before and come to a potential root cause? Best,

I hope this isn't a silly question.. I am working on a document which has been supplied with the Language set to French. I need to spell check it in English, but don't seem to be able to change the languge of the dictionary.I have changed the setting in Settings>Hypenation.Did language not used to appear as a setting in the character panel? Thanks!!

Just within the past two days I now have to use an upgraded version of PDF that is forcing me to create a new signature. When I take and use a new photo of my signature, it looks terrible on the document, including a shaded area behind my name. In the previous version of PDF all I had to do was click on the drop down and select my signature which had a transparent background and looked great on the document. What happened????

What is the wrong with my Ps? Factory Assigned Shortcut Keys are not working. For examples Ctrl+SCtrl+0Ctrl+N So far I have found above frequently used keys only. There may be much more. I have latest version of Ps.  How to fix above problem?

I'm at a loss here and cannot find an answer anywhere. I just bought an external hard drive for my photos. I've fairly new to lightroom and have been figuring things out as I go. I am stuck on the importing process, I cannot seem to get it down. I plug my memory card into my Mac and I copy/move photos to my external hard drive first. Just drag and drop. Then I open LRC, click import, choose my photos on my external hard drive and click "add" at the top and then import. They show up in LRC under my external hard drive, I create my collections and collection sets and organize how I like. Where I get stuck is when I eject my external drive, LRC can no longer find the original files and gives me that little exclaimation point in the top right corner of the photos. I understand that it cannot find them because the external drive is no longer connected... but how do I go about this? I've tried googling this problem in all sorts of questions and I am so frustrated. How do photographers n

Hello Adobe Community,I am currently developing an Resizable Synthetic Importer for Premiere Pro and am encountering a persistent issue with how Premiere Pro handles dynamic clip durations, despite following the SDK guidelines and prior discussions. I'm hoping someone with deep expertise in Premiere Pro native plugin development might have a solution or a workaround.Intended WorkflowMy importer, SDK_Importer, uses a hybrid approach: a native C++ Premiere Pro plugin coupled with a web-based interface for content creation graphical overlays (lower thirds and such).1. Content Creation Phase:    ◦ When a user creates a new "MySynthClip" (my custom file type), my native plugin launches a local web view which loads a web application where users create/edit content. The app saves a series of PNG image files and a _SUCCESS marker file to a user-specified folder.2. Import/Playback Phase (Dynamic Duration):    ◦ A background thread in my C++ plugin mo

I have a standard membership meaning I have unlimited access to standard image generation. I have been on 0 credits for a while and still been able to generate standard images however today, out of nowhere, I am unable to generate standard images due to the error of having 'insufficient credits' even though credits should be irrelevant because of my unlimited access to standard images generation. Even after trying online, re-installing the application, restoring purchases or restarting my device the issue is still there.

I signed up for a 7 day free trial.  I used a "trial" for (5) days and canceled on 8/20/25.  I received an email "This email confirms that you canceled  on 20-August 2025.  On 8/22/25 I received a charge on our credit card, and again 9/22/25.  Who do I contact to stop this charge and receive a credit?  Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I'm using 24.6.8 (build 3), Mac Sequoia 15.6.1 and Team Projects on a regular basis... and on a regular basis, projects I create give me an error which suggests (I think?) they've somehow lost connection to the cloud, stoppped auto-saving and I can't save, therefore can't close without acknowledging I haven't saved changes- my workaround being to cut and paste the entire job into a scratch local project, close the Team Project, open it back up and then paste it all back. My questions1. Is anyone else having this issue- and if so are there ways to prevent it?2. If it is somehow unavoidable is there a better workaround than the above? I had thought my wifi might be dropping without knowing it but this is true even when hardwired via ethernet with wifi switched off. Error message reads: "The current auto-save operation of your changes to the Team Project "XXX" has not completed in XX minute(s). Please consider restarting Premiere Pro and reopening the Team Project before ma

Hello,Adobe Collaboration Synchronizer seems to prevent me from moving Acrobat(PDF) files right after I opened then, and than closed them. I get the message that "it's still in use with another program". But it's closed - no program open!I have to either completely reboot or via task manager end the process "Adobe Collaboration Synchronizer"Only then can I move an AcrobatPDF\ file.Very anoying! Is there a way to eliminate Adobe Collaboration Synchronizer permanently without jeopardizing functionality of Adobe?

I have created a video from photos and clips from other videos set to an audio track. The timeline is 5:11; it will not download. It errors and says Download FailedAn error occurred while downloading your file. Please try again. I have rebooted my laptop, signed out of Adobe and signed back in. I tried several times to download, and it fails. I can't even upload to Google Drive or Dropbox Box. That fails, too.

Respectable Community of Acrobat, I would like to find the solution as follows "easy" problem. Description of the problem: I use Acrobat Pro. I would like to convert the form.pdf into a PDF/A format file. However, Acrobar Pro, does not allow me. The conversion stops with the following message: "No intent of defined outputs. To convert a PDF/A PDF file, an intent of output is a net. Define an intent of output in preliminary verification preferences. " How I could solve this problem and use the basic function : transform FORM.PDF into FILE.PDF/A ??? Thanks again and good work to everyone.

I realized that the  "NONE" object in the object style is not really none, it still has a lot of settings.I would like to create a real none object style (e.g. named "trueNone ").Then create a new AA object style based on "trueNone".How to write it?Thank you very much!

I have been experiencing a problem with the brush in Lightroom Classic 14.5.1 on my MacBook Pro running MacOS 15.6.1.  When selecting to create a new mask, using the brush tool I used to see the cursor showing the size/shape of the brush straight away.  Just recently I noticed this behaviour change and the cursor reverted to the arrow as soon as I moved it. It would only go back to the brush shape after clicking in the photo.  Adobe took over my computer and seemed to solve the problem, but as soon as the remote session ended the problem returned.   I have since discovered that this unusual brush behaviour only happens when I am in HDR mode.  As soon as I revert to SDR mode the brush behaviour normalises.   [Moved from ‘Bugs’ to ‘Discussions’ by moderator, according to forum rules.]

I have a PNG file with 10 bird images gradually chaging it poses. This PNG file is masked to hide it's background. All 10 birds are in one image. Is it possible to make it 10 separate images.? That means 10 individual imges.

I didn't know I had acrobat installed, it came with an update or something. I don't want it at all but it changed all my normal pdf files to acrobat files which has me confused. How do I change the files back to just displaying PDF instead of an Adobe Acrobat Document? Is there a difference? Can it be fixed by removing Adobe?

Hi, I accidentally used a feature a few days ago (I think it might be a new one), but now I can’t find it anymore. I remember selecting part of my linework, and then a pop-up window appeared that generated a repeatable pattern based on the selected area. It’s not the “View → Pattern Preview” function. I even drew a picture of how it worked.I’ve been searching for it for about two hours now and I’m so confused—was that a real feature, or did I just dream it😰

If I have an object in Dimension, e.g. some packaging, and then add textures + branding to it... can I then export that and import it into another 3D application? Or would all the textures be lost when exporting to a more generic format?
